The true test of what a company s values are is what they do when things don t go quite right or as expected. And this is why we LOVE TLC.

TLC s water treatment division was tasked with addressing a problem we ve been living with for 2 years. It was a confusing problem that had baffled us and several other plumbers. They installed 2 new reverse osmosis units for us, as well as a new water softener. The next day, we had big problems. Our booster pump kept shutting off every 10 minutes, and the softener wouldn t stop draining.

I was SO glad that I could just call up Jay, with whom I d discussed the problem at length, and have him jump on the problem. He didn t connect me with their pump and plumbing guys. He sent Gavin, who had installed our equipment, that very afternoon. It meant a lot to have their personal help....to not have to call a company that would just send whoever they had available...someone who was unfamiliar with our job. Gavin spent a TON of time listening, working to understand our problem, and diagnosing it correctly. He is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. He fixed our issue, and we could not be happier with the result. We actually are having to adjust to the idea that we don t have to worry about our water anymore!

When plumbing issues occur that are outside the typical homeowner s ability to address, everyone worries we ll get taken advantage of by whatever plumber we call; or that they won t know what they re doing and will make our lives even worse. You don t have to worry about either of these things with TLC. Jay and Gavin specifically demonstrate the personal customer care that make TLC a great company.
