Wouldn't trust anyone else for our AC repair. TLC has always been able to get someone out to my house promptly, within a day or two, they have emergency after hours service, and their techs are respectful, knowledgable, and do a great job. Have used TLC 3 times since moving to NM, will continue to use them in the future, and you should too!
Called early this morning for a water leak and James Crespin was at our home within 3 hours and fixed the broken pipe. James was very professional, and informative for every step of the way. Extremely pleased with service we were provided!
First, TLC fit me in last minute on a Friday which was heaven sent as the thermostat went out on my air conditioner. We couldn t of lasted another day without air! I was on an all day waitlist but Eric Santillanes fit me in quickly, he was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He had no problem explaining things and of course made sure everything was running perfectly before he left! I highly recommend TLC & Eric Santillanes, if I could of given Eric 10 stars I would have! My furnace had multiple intermittent failures making it very difficult to trouble shoot and fix. TLCs commitment and knowledge to work the problem very cost effectively was just what I needed. I am very impressed and pleased with TLC's commitment to get the job done right and I will call on them again if necessary.
Lawrence came by after calling to give us a heads up. He found and repaired a leak in the pipe leading to our water heater. My Mom was really worried and I was worried about Covid and....well, a little stressful! Lawrence arrived, though, wearing a mask, was friendly and went to a lot of trouble to explain what had happened and what needed to be repaired as well as what it would cost. I really appreciated that! And...he put up with two very curious Labrador puppies!

Rudy M. performed the spring change-over this morning --- shutting down the furnace and starting up the cooler. He was on time as promised, very polite, courteous, competent and confident. He explained clearly what he was doing and offered options for possible future contingencies. Things seem to be working fine since Rudy left. Doug of TLC was so incredibly helpful - I can't say enough good things about him and how he truly saved us today! We had a total plumbing emergency on Mother's Day of all days and he came through so quickly and fixed our problem in no time. He is such a nice guy - gave us some tips on how to prevent issues in the future and was so friendly through it all. I will no doubt be recommending him to my friends and family for their plumbing needs!
TLC is amazing from the lady who scheduled us to the tech that showed up! Doug Cuffley came out to help my mom and was so helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. My mom is not the easiest person to help especially when her toilet is giving her problems but Doug was so perfessional and curtious and patient with her. If we have any future issues we are definitely calling TLC and requesting Doug.
We had a blockage at our main line and a septic tank we couldn't locate. Mike J. and Simon G. with TLC quickly cleared the blockage and were able to help us locate our tank. They were friendly and knowledgable and I'm so thankful for their hard work which they performed efficiently. If/when our next plumbing issue arises, we'll be calling them first!

Anthony gave me options on how best to clean our main line, we agreed to removed our toilet to snake the line. He let my wife know it could make a mess but did everything he could to minimize it and cleaned it up when done. The next day our kitchen sink line backed up, thinking that it could have happened when the main line was cleaned, he came back the next day, cleared the line at no charge. Anthony was a real pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommend! Brian Richards and John arrived prompt and professional. Brian/TLC originally gave us a quote to R & R our furnace late September 2018 and honored their bid when installing now March 2019 "Great customer service." They were courteous with outstanding expertise and by end of day our new furnace was up and running. Their workers busted the water main here in Portales, the whole town is without water. Estimates range from days to weeks to fix, depending on who you ask. An entire town without water, with official city estimates being days at a minimum? No, in my opinion, this company sucks, I wouldn't hire them to shine my shoes.
We re big big fans of TLC Plumbing - from regular plumbing needs, to swamp coolers and more. They even do gas stoves and heaters too. All the work has been professional - so we don t even think of calling anyone else.

Like most TLC people, Will was thoroughly professional: competent, polite, and prompt. I love TLC.
Extremely disappointed in today's service call. The service technician was extremely rude and insulting. He indicated a pretty simple AC condensation line fix would be over $600.00. Thankfully, I always get three estimates before choosing the one I would like to go with--price only being one factor and trust-ability of the business being the primary variable. Both others estimated a full one-third to one-half TLC's stated cost and--more importantly--exhibited a respectful, professional demeanor.
Clearly I will not be making use of TLC for any future plumbing, heating or AC needs. I am not sure I would even trust them with the basic yearly maintenance duties.
Likewise I would highly recommend any current, future or potential customers seriously consider spending their hard earned money elsewhere as well.
TLC did an excellent job installing a new AC/Furnace and water heater along with an updated electrical panel. The men were professional and courteous. They also took care to watch out for my blind dog, that went above and beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend this company as I am very pleased with the work performed.
UPDATE -- The manager got in touch with us right away and made the situation right. TLC sent someone out the next day on a Saturday over a holiday weekend. We had GREAT serviceman, Keanu, who did an Amazing job. He was helpful, courteous, and professional. I think the initial break down occurred because of a miscommunication with the dispatch service. I would recommend getting names and confirmations when dealing with their dispatch folks.

They never showed up. I got an appointment window between 2pm and 5pm. I had to take off work. I waited and waited....I called at 4:55pm to check if my appointment was still good, the dispatcher assured me it was. 5:45, still no TLC. I checked my phone, one missed call.I called plumber he said he was past his shift and he cancelled the appointment. Terrible customer service.

Riley O'Neal stood out from out the other companies that came to give me a bid. He was trustworthy and very knowledgeable. The great crew that did the installation Barton, Dominic, Sergio were professional and friendly. Cheryl who worked with me to schedule my inspection and Coleen in Accounting were courteous and helpful. I had a great team taking care of my needs.

My house had an aqua therm system which i was not familiar with. James did an excellent job of cleaning the system and explaining how it worked. I would definitely use TLC again.
Needed some plumbing work done in Moriarty. TLC was able to come out and take care of it. Had a little leak later that day but they were right back out to fix it.
Overpriced. I was warned about them from several people AFTER I told them I had TLC come fix our leaking connector pile which was a $6-7 piece you can get from home Depot (of which they informed me) and they charged me $130. I understand service cost and their time, but $123 for them to be there for a few minutes to change that out?! Never again. Lesson learned the hard way. Don't be like me. Go somewhere else. Also, they recommended several other things be replaced (house is 10 years old) my dad's an electrician and has worked in the industry for decades. He told me in their 30+ years of living where they are they've never replaced what he told us needs replacing. They're just trying to upsell. Be aware of that also. Ask around before you believe their nonsense.
Great experience! Dryer duct repair was quick and easy. Took a few visits, but since none of the previous visits could actually make the repair (only diagnose), they only charged me for the actual repair visit. That was a classy move. Saved me $400. Will absolutely use TLC again after that!
Johnny Ray Sedillos from TLC Plumbing completed a Preventive Maintenance plumbing inspection of our home, then completed the annual maintenance on our water heater (drained & inspected). All set! He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, energetic, interested. A pleasure to meet a real pro. We highly recommend TLC - these guys/gals know what they're doing!

Gas plumber came out , inspired no confidence. Telling stories of how he breaks gas lines, blames city for poor markings. way overpriced estimate for the work; went with another company that immediately diagnosed the problem and came up with an affordable solution. Will likely never use TLC again.
These folks continue to provide my wife and I with reliable and professional water treatment service. Keegan in the Kinetico office and Rob my technician are true professionals. I live in the East mountains and the water is tough out here, but my Kinetico water softener and RO system makes my water like it's coming from a clear mountain stream. I recommend them highly.
Called last week regarding an ongoing drip from hose bib. Shannon came on Monday and solved the drip and provided an explanation as to what was doing. Very friendly and professional. What is more important is he helped us do some planning and provided direction for some upcoming projects. Left us his card, so we can ask for him when we are ready to begin some of these projects.

MY LANDLORD CALLED TLC PLUMBING & UTILITY TO SERVICE THE FURNACE FOR THE WINTER. ARNALDO FOUND A LEAK IN THE WATER HEATER. HE SHOWED PROBLEMS WITH THE WATER HEATER TO MY LANDLORD AND THE WATER HEATER WAS REPLACED, THANKFULLY. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE NOISES IT WAS MAKING. HE BROUGHT OUT THE NEW ONE RIGHT AWAY AND INSTALLED IT AND EVEN CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROCESS.

He was on time, thorough, careful, very knowledgeable, very polite, well-able to communicate his findings and concerns---and took care to cover his shoes when inside our home. Well, honestly I can't comment on whether TLC can do plumbing or not. I called and they made an appointment for two weeks out, for between 8 and 10 am. They never showed up.
They made me wait two weeks for plumbing, and then can't or won't call to inform that they aren't coming by. They never showed.
There are lots of plumbers out there. It shouldn't be difficult to find one that can show up for work.
Rich installed a new kitchen faucet for me and he did a great job! He was so patient dealing with the rusty old pipes. He replaced a leaking p-trap in addition to installing the faucet. He was professional and left the place clean. Way to go Rich!

Prompt friendly service. Knowledgeable and experienced. Had hose bibbs replaced. Was informed of possible stucco damage when removing old hose bibbs (which I was aware) and how sometimes might break pipe wall (old hose bibb not releasing from pipe). He was leery about one because he had the experience to tell by the feel of it when he first tried to twist it off. Wouldn't do it with out my giving him the go ahead and understanding the cautions. Skipped this one for now and the others done quickly with no stucco damage. Appreciate his guidance, quickness, professionalism and not just trying to run up the bill. Second time I've used TLC and they are my new default. The first time was for duct work. I know others might work cheaper but a company that I can trust to do the job right and trust to favor the company over profits is worth the premium. Well worth it to know I'm being treated fairly and not being taken advantage by getting charged for shoddy or unnecessary work. I wouldn't want to have my car repaired somewhere I didn't trust. I wouldn't want to go to a doctor I didn't trust. You wouldn't want to put your kids in a daycare you didn't trust. I highly recommend TLC. I know there must be other quality companies out there somewhere but I've found the one I will stick with. I am thoroughly impressed by TLC and wish I had tried them many years ago.
TLC was phenomenal! I experienced an after hours plumbing emergency and they were able to get me back in business for a very reasonable price (half the price I paid for the same service from Sunshine Plumbing during business hours!). I was second in queue and the first job ran long, but Roman kept me apprised hourly. It was really late (3:00 AM) when the first job was completed, but Roman arrived onsite and professionally and courteously took care of my issue. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

We had a leaky shower head that needed to be fixed. Will was very professional and polite during the entire job. Unfortunately, the first cartridge replacement didn't fix the problem completely. When I called TLC back, they scheduled me for next day service. Will returned with another cartridge and with this second fix, the dripping has stopped! I'm very appreciative of the timely response and polite service!

I recently had an issue with the electrical panel in my home. I checked the web and discovered that TLC has professionals available 24 hours. I called and requested services, and much to my surprise, within 1/2 hour Alberto Aguirre arrived at my home and within 1/2 hour, had resolved my issues. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Alberto took the time to check all the wiring behind the panel and performed tests on the breakers to make sure everything was in order. He posted easy-to-read instructions and a check sheet for maintenance. Overall, Alberto gets 10 stars in my book, as well as TLC. I will be signing up for the yearly preventative home maintenance plan to check HVAC/Plumbing and Electrical throughout the house - excellent program that everyone should be doing. Alberto Aguirre is the best!

Great customer service and quick response to have some service done on my house. The two plumbers (Josh &James) that came out were fast and professional. Were even able to complete the task at a lower rate than the initial estimate. TLC has done great work for me in the past and these guys were very trustworthy.
Very professional performance, Jason tested the system, adjusted the setting for water level, hardness settings and fully flushed the system to restore proper levels.

In years past, I've used them exclusively. If I had the intelligence, to buy the part- get a warranty; they would gladly install it; the price would vary depending on the difficulty of the job-- up to now they were my go to place. My water heater broke down- I needed one and getting a return call is difficult. When they did, they quoted a price of over $2000 not including the water heater. While waiting for confirmation- that the job could be done for much less- I went out and purchased a water heater; I expected them to install it in the next day or two-- they said somebody down Monday morning-- the price was over the top; I won't even talk about the numbers-- I said but, for two people this should be 2 to 3 hours. Even at $100 an hour per person-- it seemed like this was acceptable; they said we can't do anything without a firm commitment to you- they sent somebody down; the price was outrageous; I asked what was going on they said in January of this year we switch to a flat rate system. Flat rate system means they quoted large price guarantee everything. Yes I got it done-- install the same day-- by another firm at one third the price. Yes everything was done by the book. If you have an unlimited amount of money. TLC... Will do a fine job-- if you're not happy; they're willing to accept payments of a small amount for the rest of your life as long as you live[yes that's a joke] the bottom line is they quote a large price it's a you compared over time. With hundreds and hundreds of employees-- this firm can be very responsive. But understand, it's Cadillac prices on everything. Meaning very high.

I have used TLC for many years. The people from TLC are knowledgeable, timely, and have never failed in doing what needed to be done. They communicate well, and show me what I need to know and do as well. I have occasionally tried other companies and individuals, and wasted my time and money. I will call TLC when I need any kind of plumbing done.
