Terence stated the time he was available and arrived promptly. He did a full plumbing and gas inspection on house I was potentially purchasing. He found multiple issues that the other home inspector had missed and was able to write up everything for me to submit to seller. It made me comfortable knowing that he was a professional. He found problems like a live gas pipe that was not attached to the wall by the heater that could have been quite serious had I not requested a licensed plumber to inspect. He followed up by talking with the home inspector on a "re-inspect" and made sure that all issues were explained to the seller to fix.
