I have a complicated Cooler. Three separate people were out and did not understand the situation..before I called TLC. . TLC sent Davis Buck out, He knew what the complication was, FIXED the problem within 10 minutes. He was kind and understanding. What a good man. Thank you David and TLC. Lorrie
