Shannon Rushing, the plumber at TLC was amazing. He repaired the hot water heater today after our music studio was without hot water for over a month- since August 17th! He assessed and completed the repair in under an hour and even gave us a thorough tutorial and diagnosis of potential future problems with the breaker, walked us through quick fixes in the event this happened again and was personable and professional the entire time.
