From the initial contact through completion of the job, Jonah was extremely professional and did everything possible to complete the install for removal of the swamp cooler and installation on the new furnace and air conditioner. He and the entire crew worked extremely hard and put in long hours to complete the job. After completion of the install he methodically checked the function of all the units and took the time at the end of a long day to walk me through the details of system operation. I couldn't be any happier with Jonah's work and his taking the time to answer my questions and show me the various steps of the install process. Kudos to Jonah and the entire TLC team!
