Peter U. was beyond excellent and exceeded our expectations with his work and skill, explaining what happened and how he was going to fix it, and general friendliness. It was such a relief to have someone that instantly instilled confidence and trust while setting us at ease as we had never had a professional plumber come to do work at our house before. Peter U. explained everything so well with respect to our knowledge and never complained or said anything negative about our poorly installed plumbing for our mobile home. We warned him about spiders and he showed no fear whatsoever. Peter U. was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure that it was done correctly.
