I don"t remember the exact date but during the later part of October I unfortunately had an occasion to need a plumber. I have used TLC in the past and always had a pleasant experience with the service professional that came to the house. I would like to recognize Beau O. for the outstanding service he gave this household. He was running a little late but during the wait he was thoughtful enough to call me and apologize but did tell me he was still going to come. Once here he immediately located and fixed the problem ( had to snake the drain) which took him no time at all. after which he explained just what he had to do. When we receive this type of service I like to let the company know how they are being represented and Beau O. represented TLC in a positive light. He is an asset to your company. I will definitely call on him again when the need arises. Keep up the good work.
