James C. was our HVAC technician today - he did an outstanding job. James performed our HVAC winterizing last week and at that time, recommended we upgrade our filter system. He would have installed it that day, but our size was not in stock. He kept me apprised re the arrival of our correct size - scheduled the installation and just completed the job in minutes. Before he left, he clearly demonstrated how to change the filter media in a way that even I understood. He is professional, proficient, knowledgeable, polite, personable and pleasant.
