Worst sales people I have ever dealt with, went in to buy a car and they could not do it for the price we needed so we left to be called back to come back down and they would make it work to then be told the price was even higher than before in the same car. Do not waste your time, completely unprofessional!!!
Worst place to buy a car. The lifetime warranty is not free with their large $1800 dealer fee. The supposed "certified" 2016 used car I went to look at had a broken light (glass shattered), stained interior, dirty, and a strange noise while driving. I guess the blind and deaf mechanic who does their "125 point" inspection, missed a couple of things. Salesman who I scheduled an appointment to see this particular and talked to many times could even remember me when I walked in the door. Very unprofessional.
BUYER BEWARE THIS Dealership is a fraud. Will not payoff your trade in. Alvin Hegg should run for political office he would fit right in. Scheming the honest hardworking senior citizens.
I will no longer take my car here. Although the service itself is fine they dont return phone calls after numerous attempts by me to resolve my issue. I was told my door panels would be covered under warranty (due to warping from the heat) by the service guy but come to find out he no longer works there and as they are under new ownership they will not even talk to me to work out something. last time i had an oil change i talked face to face one last time and they said they would look into it to see what they can do. Nothing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
The team was great. Tony Austin was our sales guy and he was very professional and friendly. The business manager and the finance manager was great. They all stay late to get the deal done and make sure we were satisfied customers.

Poor Customer Service! We had our 2 year old Dodge Durango towed here after having it over heat a few weeks after having some warranty work done at this location. I called in and made an appointment, so they would be expecting the vehicle. It took them over a week to even look at the vehicle, despite being told they could fit it in immediately. They told me it would be covered by our warranty and then called back a week later and told me that it would not be. After arguing with them for several days about the problem with the vehicle, it was determined that it would indeed be covered by the warranty. We then waited over a week to have the work done. I was sent an automated text message over the weekend saying my vehicle would be ready to pick up on Monday, I called on Monday afternoon and was told it was just finishing up and I could come get it anytime after 4pm. I couldn't coordinate a ride to the dealership until Tuesday afternoon. When we arrived a day after the date we were given, the car was not ready and we were told it would not be ready until later in the week. When I checked in at the end of the week, I was told it was being worked on, but was going to take some time, so it would be early the following week. I waited until Wednesday, with no communication and then reached back out again. I was finally able to pick up our vehicle on Friday late afternoon. There is now a light on saying that some of the systems need to be reset, but I will be taking it somewhere else to get that done. This entire experience has been horrible! They had my car for 5 weeks, lied about the cause of the problem, did not communicated with us unless I called them for information and still didn t finish the job completely. We will never go back to this dealership again.
I went to superstition spring to buy a new car for my wife. I found a very nice no presser sales men that was great. Set down to talk to a sales manager about the affiliate rewards program I get thru the company I work for. I ask to see the invoice because the rewards program is 1% below invoice he showed me that there internet price was cheaper than the affiliate rewards so I told him we would use the internet price. I had got preapproved thru my bank they asked for me to fill out a credit form and asked me to tell them what I would like my payments to be. I told them that was between me and my bank I was not applying for a loan thru them, and I already had a check from my bank on me. They demanded me to fill the form out because it was there police then they told me it was to check and see if I was a terrorist. I served for 14 years in the military and come on a credit app to see if I m a terrorist. I should have left then but I gave them the benefit of the doubt after I was all done with the paper work and had the keys the sales manager ran out and asked me to sign a paper that shown that they honored the affiliate rewards I told him that we did not use the reward because he said there price was better he told me that it made them look good to Chrysler and it made the company I work for look good to. All it did was make them look dishonest, and looks to me like they have no problem committing fraud. They made a mistake with the control number for the affiliate rewards paperwork and are calling me to give them the number for the rewards just to make it look to Chrysler like they owner there employee discount they don t care for their customers just how they look to Chrysler. There dishonest towards me and there dishonest towards Chrysler makes them in my opinion the worst place to buy a car I have ever been to.
I had originally left a negative review but Jeremy Corrie ( Customer Relations Manager) contacted me immediately and made things right. I'm leaving 4 stars not 5 just due to the whole process but really appreciate Jeremy following up with me and truly caring abut my negative experience. I visited at least a dozen dealerships over the course of one week while I searched for 2 vehicles,. My experience at Superstition Springs was far and away the worst experience I had (by a large margin). Bill B. was rude, condescending and argumentive. He all but called me a liar (in front of my 9 year old daughter) and assured me that there was no way I would find the type of vehicle I was looking for at the amount I was looking to spend. Upon calling the dealership twice to give feedback to a manager regarding my experience I was told that neither manager I was asking for was available and to try again later in the day. Also, beware of the ridiculous add-ons on their vehicles. I've never seen anything like the sales tactic that they employ with their paint protecting, fabric treating, and extended warranty. It would actually be comical if it weren't for the fact that they tell you that all of these add-ons are already included in your vehicle and ADDED on to the price that is listed for the car! Lastly, I feel compelled to add that I did in fact find a vehicle that I love for well under what I was looking to spend... from a dealership that employs friendly and professional people.
Update: Went back for an oil change and had a great experience. They're now accepting appointments for oil changes, the wait time was significantly less, and the service offices have space/doorways between so they're not running in and out to be able to predict wait times and communicate with each other. Kory my service advisor was super kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I'm grateful new ownership is listening to the customer needs. Thanks Courtesy!
Old: Impossible to get through via phone to schedule, website scheduling tool was down, and slow responsiveness when you leave a message. I ended up using the chat feature on the website to get help. Still waited awhile to hear back because the chat rep couldn't schedule me. Nice staff, but $135 to LOOK at a broken tire pressure sensor and a/c that was cutting out is steep. $230 for the tire pressure sensor... I left and paid $30 at Discount Tire. Saved $100 on the a/c to go elsewhere. Their suggestions for tune up totaled almost $1k on a car that's only a few years old. New ownership moved the cashier to an awkwardly tiny space where their card reader doesn't work (they manually type in your #) and more than two people checking out at once is impossible in a tiny space. Seems like $ is the focus instead of customer service. It's too bad. I bought both cars from prior ownership and always had great experiences.
Found Jeep I wanted. I asked to come back the next day to drive it during the day rather than late in evening. Salesperson said he was off but to come in the following and he would make sure it was still there. I called twice that day and never got a response. Finally the sales manager called and said, "Come on in!" When I arrived about 5-10 minutes later they came up and said, "We just sold your vehicle!" Why would you ask someone to come in to just gloat they sold what you wanted to someone else?!?! I am a Jeep guy and will always own a Jeep --- I will NEVER visit this dealership again.
I walked in knowing exactly what model ram I wanted and told the salesman that... 4x4, v8, crew cab - other than those everything was negotiable. After an hour and a half of wandering the lot and showing me all kinds of rams that didn't have at least one of those things (he did show me a used one that met my criteria...I was looking for new though), I left. Basically there are the steps in buying a car: #1 Find a model with the options you want. #2 Agree on a price #3 Sign the paperwork (decide if you're going to get soaked on the extended warranty etc.. ) This dealership couldn't even get past #1. Just drive to Bill Luke, you'll be way better off.
Not good service. Mopar battery 6 months old would not replace because I did not have a receipt. Mind you this is a 36 month free replacement. Way to Stand behindM product.
I was in and out in 10 minutes to get my tow package fixed. I am moving and didn't know I had to sync the computer for the tow lights to work on my Durango. San Tan Dodge told me I had to wait a week for an appointment, superstition got me in right when I got there and out within 10 minutes. My new Ram extended cab purchase will be at Superstition Dodge and all my other car service needs as well.

Any time you deal with car-salesmen or getting into a new vehicle is stressful. I feel the team here is very young and has a lot to learn. I had a unique situation that definitely provided a learning experience for this dealership and threw them for a loop. The good thing is I found a vehicle I wanted to get into. The bad thing is it took 3 days a lot of patience and someone putting their foot down to get me into what I wanted.
After spending $60k on a truck I called to get a price on a bed extender. I spoke with Nico in parts. He was very condescending and rude. I won t spend another dime with these guys now. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Always a great dealership and people but they did not put air in my tires even though the light was on. But if you are looking for a Dodge or Jeep I would highly recommend this dealership.
This was a great experiance for us. I have purchased a number of cars and I would choose these guys over any others I have ever done. When it was all said and done they exceeded my expectation.
This is the absolute worst dealership I ve ever dealt with. Bought a truck here then sold it to another dealership. They agreed my warranty was worth 2400 dollars and only paid me 500. When I asked why they said they didn t cancel it all the way. So we proceeded to cancel it all the way. They then send me a check that bounces for the other 1900!!! When I email everyday to ask when my check will be mailed again I get no response even though when I call in and ask for the person I ve been emailing they say he s at his desk. The front desk now answers calls and then hangs up immediately. What kind of zoo is being ran here? I have spent 8 months trying to get money they said would take me 4-6 weeks to get. I wouldn t buy a bag of chips from here. I won t ever refer someone here. Unless your spending 40000 dollars here they don t care to help you. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Excellent, professional and friendly service agent. Jake Davidson was very helpful and professional. After no response from online scheduling department, I thought maybe the express oil service was still a first come first serve only. Mr. Davidson walked over and let know he could get me in and handed me a phone number to call and schedule for the next time. He was pleasant and understanding. I was in and out within a hour and totally satisfied. Will be back in 6 months or 6,000 miles
Recently purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram Quad cab with 2 recalls for airbag issues. Called Service Dept for appt and was seen that morning. Blaine was our service advisor and provided excellent customer service. Great job and we will have our work done there in the future.
Before this review the dealerships changed hands it seems a couple of times over the last couple of years. however this last visit changed my opinion of them extremely which is why they got a three will see the next visit for a 5. The service people handled their responsibilities and no pushback was given this time
My recent service was handled professionally and very promptly. The person that helped me, Amber, has always gone above and beyond to make any issue have a minimal impact on me as possible. As a small business owner this extra level o service is greatly appreciated.

Did not fix the problem with my windshield....had me bring my car in for 9:40 a.m. when the windshield wasn't going to be done before 1:00 pm.........never called me when it was ready, I had to call them......never told me when I bought my car, that the windshield isn't covered in my "bumper to bumper" package........enough said.
We had one of our best car buying experiences with the Heggs Jeep dealership. My first impression was that this dealership values the family. They kept our teenage children involved in the process. The facility was clean and comfortable during the paperwork process. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and polite. Our sales team, Chris and Joe, were very attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. Even the finance guy, John, was awesome. (Usually our experiences go sour when we get to finance since they already have the sale and tend not to use customer service skills.) I highly recommend the Heggs Auto Group and would likely shop there again.
Stopped in on a Saturday at 2:30 P.M. I was not aware that the Service department closed at 3:00 P.M. I had no problems getting an appointment for service, and was done within a hour.
Nick in the Service department provided great customer service. He made me aware that there were oil changes I had previously purchased at another dealership that could be used toward the cost of my oil change that day. He shared the results of the Multi-Point Inspection that they performed and asked for my approval beforehand to complete the necessary repairs.
I called another dealership that was closer to my home prior to coming here. They never responded. I called this dealership on Saturday after they were closed, and someone returned my call the next Monday by 10:00 A.M.
I was very impressed with their customer service. They now have a customer for life.
We worked with Dakota and we had the best experience. He was so down to earth and didn't pressure us into doing anything we didn't want. We have purchased 2 Ram trucks @ Heggs, everyone here is AWESOME!! Just went in (Sat. last minute) so I wouldn't go over the specified warranty miles, Amber McFarland said no problem at 2 pm even though Service closes at 3 pm, and of course they did a thorough job as usual!! When I go to the dealership for service I am always impressed with the service as well as the dealership as a whole. Everyone is Great!!
I took my truck in for 2 recalls, tire and a brake issue as in not stopping. They fixed the recalls and said it stopped just fine, the mechanic never even test drove it. I know this because I have a dash cam with live feed direct to my phone. After they lied about it I showed them prof and then the story changed.The tire was supposed to be an exact match as the others but was not, so they did fix that with no problem. It was about a week turnaround and replacement of the master cylinder I got my truck back with a cracked windshield and a fresh door ding. I won t do business with these clowns again.
I love my new 2014 Chrysler 200 Limited that I just purchased on April 19th 2014. It is stylish, powerful and drives like a dream. Best car I ever purchased. I had to take advantage of all the rebates that Superstition Springs Chrysler dealership was offering. The people there were kind, so happy, friendly and just good people. I felt like I was part of the family. My sales associate was Mike Madrid. He was the best I ever dealt with and I purchased about 8 cars in my life time so far and 5 of them were brand new. Mike Madrid is very detail oriented, honest, attentive and caring. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the car and the price. His service was above and beyond. I definitely recommend Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
Just used the service shop for the first time, for my New to Me, 18 Shaker Challenger. My service writer Sean, was very friendly and Professional. He gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions before we started the service. No surprises. Every thing was going great until I arrived to pick up my truck. I reviewed the work order and the oil change and tire rotation were not done. Marc worked me into the express lane, however he was unaware of the 2 hr wait for the service. So about 2 1/2 hrs later I was on my way. The work was done free of charge, which I really appreciated. Marc kept me informed and felt bad about the events. I will still plan on sticking with you guys for my service in the future.
I've been to Heggs a couple of times recently to have my car serviced. They have been great to work with and have completed the work very quickly in both instances. I would definitely recommend them.
Very good service by service manager Amber. However missed one area in the roof of vehicle lining. Techs secured the back of roof lining but did not address the front Sunroof area which is very noticeable and the area of complaint. They will have to secure properly next visit.

The service was great all the way around from the moment I got to Heggs. Everyone is warm and friendly, and explained all the options in detail. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable. I was able to plug in and work as I waited. The coffee, water, and pastries are an added treat! I highly recommend Heggs!
I have bought 2 vehicles from Charlie Bennett over the past 3 years and would have to say that it was an exceptional experience both times. Easy, no haggling and straight to the point. I have sent others in to purchase vehicles and they have thanked me for referring them to Charlie. This company works in deception! Make sure u ask every question u can think of, because if u don't they will NOT declose details and will steal from u in every way they can, then tell u differently after the fact!
Fantastic service department and fantastic staff. We had an initial problem, our first visit, but Jeremy called us as soon as he found out, and went above and beyond to fix it. I am very unsatisfied with my experience here. Ever since Courtesy has taken over it seems as though they are rather displeased to honor the "forever warranty" that was provided by the dealership. I used to live close by so having the forever warranty and using them as my go-to dealership was easy. However, when multiple problems with my 2017 Charger began to arise Courtesy was unable to accommodate me with a rental vehicle (since I now live in North Scottsdale); and I was told it would be A MONTH to have a new radio ordered for replacement. They still haven't been able to put together a decent rental fleet!!! So for over a month I had NO radio service/bluetooth service/driving assistance/parking assistance/extra options that were part of the original purchase price...what did I buy this car for if all the options that I am paying for don't even work?! I even sustained some aesthetic damage to my Charger because my driving assistance was defective. When I mentioned how frustrating their lack of a proper rental program was the response I received from Steve in the service department was "yeah, a lot of our customers have auxiliary vehicles so it's not much of an issue." I was even told that I am still within my factory warranty so I can go to other dealerships that can fit my needs better. EXCUSE ME?!?! I have half a mind to contact 3 On Your Side to tell them my story. All of my issues have been diligently documented. I found out from my NEW go-to dealership that the replacement radio was still defective. Courtesy also told me they couldn't help me with the blower motor in my AC unit because everything was "working fine" when I brought it in for diagnostics. My NEW dealership was able to diagnose the issue and order a replacement instead of dismissing me and turning me away. I certainly do not understand your business model. I would appreciate some sort of buy-out for the "forever warranty" since it seems I have been pushed away anyhow.
The sales staff is excellent no high pressure listened to what we were looking for. Gave us a fair trade in value and an excellent purchase price. The whole process was simple and quick not an all day event. Salvador Anglada was our salesperson very personable and friendly. In fact all the staff was great. Our experience was so great not only will we recommend this dealership to others but we will patronize them in the future.
I recently needed to purchase a new vehicle, and was dreading it. We've all heard more than our fair share of horror stories. But my experience at Heggs was nothing like I imagined it would be. Mike Harding was very knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. He took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured or rushed. I had the impression that he was genuinely concerned that I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. He was great!

The service was great, fast, professional.... the only thing I didn t like was how I seen a shuttle driver treat a senior who was going home, no respect and very rude!
WOW! I don't know what else to say, except thank you! I gave Bear and his teammates a very tall, difficult order to fill and they worked their magic. I was blown away at how patient they were when I would ask random questions at random times. Because I was not in *need* of a new car, I had all the time in the world and it took over three days from start to finish. Bear and Elmore were perfect gentlemen, I never felt pressured into a car, I told them what I wanted and I had three vehicles in mind and they made it work.
Harvey, in the credit department, worked his tail off to help me make the best deal. Ryan made the closing super easy and I left feeling if I needed anything I could reach out to any of the team to get a question answered.
My last car was a 2004 Saturn VUE, and it was time for retirement. With tear streaming down my face (yes, I AM that dumb girl!) Elmore hugged me and told me he understood and Bear had Kleenex for me.
The atmosphere is family. I'm sorry I'm still not going in nightly to test drive a new car because I will miss interacting with this team. They are top notch!

Seems like we agree with the horrible service department reviewers. I'm just not sure if it's the low standards of Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge or if it is truly this service dept. We owned a Honda van for years & Honda service was always TOP NOTCH for us. We have the same complaints of the others who say these guys keep our car for days & weeks, only to be told by Mark they didn't really do anything. Managers don't care or do anything about it. The good news is we have a warranty, so it doesn't cost us anything. But I absolutely HATE Heggs service dept. I'm afraid all Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge service departments are like this though.
Called on a truck and was told to wait to make sure it was there. Told me the truck was there, so I set up an appointment to see it since I live a 1/2 hour away. I get to Courtesy and was bounced around to a couple different salesman. I then was told it just sold. One salesman said it was sold a couple days ago another one said it sold in the past 15 minutes. These guys are liars! Then they try to sell me another truck, went to get it and it was sold. This is a second time Ive had a bad experience at this dealer. Courtesy must be someone s last name because its not their work ethic. After reading other reviews, looks like these guys lie all the time!
God bless Heggs CDR, recently took my charger in for a oil service at Bill Luke and i found out 2 days later my splash guard wasnt reinstalled properly. rather than driving 30 miles from superstition springs back to bill luke with a half fallen off splash guard i thought id bring the car to Heggs. not only did their express lane get working on my car right away but they didnt even charge me labor to fix someone elses mistake. As a new to town customer, Heggs has earned my future business.
Love this location, I always seem to have a better experience than the other two closest locations nearby. Everyone is so helpful and so friendly. I used to wait around two hours for an oil change and now with the new appointment system I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
