We had one of our best car buying experiences with the Heggs Jeep dealership. My first impression was that this dealership values the family. They kept our teenage children involved in the process. The facility was clean and comfortable during the paperwork process. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and polite. Our sales team, Chris and Joe, were very attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. Even the finance guy, John, was awesome. (Usually our experiences go sour when we get to finance since they already have the sale and tend not to use customer service skills.)
I highly recommend the Heggs Auto Group and would likely shop there again.
