Does anybody know if this place is still open? I have left several messages and I hear they are refusing to service vehicles that were purchased there. Some sort of issues with paychecks, Dodge needs to come in and rescue this dralership before they upset all their customers. If they are still open, call me back, I need help with my car I just bought.

Marc at Courtesy Dodge was great kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle repair which was an oil change, tire rotation and address a glitch in the nav system. However when trying to update the infotainment system it crashed and needed to be replaced. Marc set me up with a loaner at no charge and indicated it would be about a week (as this was over the holidays it seemed reasonable). But one week turned into two and almost six weeks later my car was fixed. My beef is with Chrysler as I see no reason it should take over a month to get a replacement radio for a 2018 vehicle, this is just unacceptable and will certainly have an impact on my next vehicle in the future. Again the folks at Courtesy Chrysler were great and highly recommend them.

Took to long had car from wed. (Had appointment). To sat. Although, had car rental my car has the handicap license plate, therefore, was a problem for my husband who has a broken neck. The car was returned dirty.. No sticker for next change. We have been a customer of superstition for 15 years. Plus purchased vehicle from you That we still own. .Sad, No longer will we use your service. Cost for rental Ins. Per day not covered. You seem to over book! My Chrysler Town & country has Chrysler warranty 4 life only has 19,500 miles on it, although it's a 2012. Looking for new vehicle but not from your company. Very disappointed.( Enterprise rental was very helpful.)

I was very specific with the salesman about what we could afford. Before leaving he wanted our number to call us back incase he found something. He called and promptly and offered us a vehicle with higher monthly payments than we could afford and tried to convince us that we could afford it. He even took the privilege of estimating our insurance and gas costs and used that to "help" us to understand why we could afford the vehicle. A week later we are getting called constantly by a survey company that the salesman apparently gave our number too without asking our permission. Not a trustworthy experience. On the positive side they have a good warranty and a reasonable selection of vehicles.

BEWARE - This dealer has over $3000 dollars in "accessories" that they charge in addition to the price off the car. Is it really a good deal after this sneaky mark up??? Do you want to pay $170 for nitrogen in the tires or $999 for a dealer review?

AWFUL!!!!!! I have never been treated so badly by a dealership. There employees are liars, they tell you there will be no problems and then three weeks later they call you to say "they cant find a bank to finance you". I told them repeatedly. I don't want to take the car, if I'm going get a call in a couple of days saying I don't get approved. Three of there employees told me there is not going to be a problem and one of then was there finance guys. So apparently this dealership hires liars to work for them. I have never been treated and also threatened by a dealership. I can't believe how they're treating me, calling harassing me at home and at work, talking to me a child. I am writing this letting future customers know NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
Thank You Carisa Elrod

Very easy transaction. We found what we wanted, test drove 2 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawks and we talked about extras, trade-in and finances. It took about 4 hours to complete the transaction but that's down from 6 hours at Toyota about 5 years ago.

I had THE BEST experience here at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram that I ve ever had with a service department at a dealership. Right away Steve Y. listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease that they would do anything and everything they could to help me out with the issue my van was having. He even noticed I was juggling my two little kids and helped carry my baby in the carrier for me! Hector was very nice and helpful as well. My van is all fixed and Steve worked with my warranty dept for me to make sure everything was covered. He never tried to sell me anything I didn t need and was always honest! They all treated me like family and I would never go anywhere else! They made a customer for life!

1. Switched the vehicle without notice after deal.
2. Empty gas tank upon delivery. Had to follow salesman to a gas station.
3. 4 trips (4 hrs. of driving) to pick up a check meant to make me happy about the above screw-up.
4. The check was mailed to my co-signer in Alabama.

The day I bought my NEW Jeep Wrangler I was told they had a new 2015 and a 2016 that had the minimum options that I wanted before I would agree to buy. I had already test driven the 2015 which included head liners and the upgraded stereo system in addition to the minimum options I wanted. I was shown both Jeeps before we sat down to negotiate. After looking at both I told them I wanted to make the deal on the 2015 even though the 2015 was a little more expensive due to the extra features but being that I would be driving a 1 year old car off the lot the depreciation alone should be close to evening out the price. After agreeing on a price and spending a little over 5 hours there the deal was done. I walked out to my car to find out it wasn't the Jeep with the head liners and the upgraded stereo. It was the second Jeep I looked at that day, by the way, It wasn't even a 2016 it was also a 2015. So not only did i not get the Jeep I was negotiating on, I didn't even get the correct year of the second Jeep I was shown. I was never told that they were changing the vehicle at any point during the negotiations. They offered me a $300 check to make upgrades to the Jeep, I reluctantly agreed on a $400 check knowing that It wouldn't even come close to paying for equipment and installation of a new stereo. This all happen on a Tuesday, I was asked to return the following week to pick up the check. Adding to insult, when I cranked the Jeep to leave, IT WAS SITTING ON EMPTY!!! I had to go back inside to tell someone then I had to follow a sales rep up the road to fill up the tank. I returned the following Thursday (9 days & a 30min one way drive later) to pick up my check and was told that the guy that had to sign the check wasn't there and was asked to come back the next day (friday) I had to work Fri. so I asked if I could come Sat and they said that would be fine. I returned on Sat. and was told that the business office did not work on Saturdays and was once again asked to come back on Monday. That brings me to today. Today, (Monday) I was told that the check was mailed to my co-signer who lives in Alabama on the previous Wednesday which was the day before I went to dealership the FIRST time to pick it up the check. They cancelled the first check and again, I'm having to go tomorrow to pick up the check. For those of you doing the math that is the 4th trip I will take to the dealership at 30 minutes each way equaling 4 hours of driving to pick up a check that was meant to correct a massive mistake or deception that was made in the first place. After all of this, the sales manager offered me a tank of gas!!! I'm seriously contemplating selling the car, taking a loss and buying one somewhere else just so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Shout out to the service advisor Stephen tapia and the service manager Mr. Abrian Acedo at Courtesy Dodge. These guys live and practice their company name " courtesy." They displayed a great sense of care for me. They were attentive and went out of their way to accommodate me. I brought the car back after the service for a minor issue on Friday, they were busy. They gave my request a high priority and took care the issue promptly. I will definitely be back to see these guys again if i have any issue. You guys are a great asset to your company. thank you

It was a thoroughly enjoyable and exciting experience purchasing my new Pacifica through Courtesy. Pete Johnson went above and beyond to find me exactly what van I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants that special service.

Our salesman Daniel was on a break as we pulled in to check out a particular vehicle. He immediately pointed us to a convenient place to park. He discerned that what we really wanted was a new Chrysler 300 Touring. Courtesy made our trade in of a 2007 300 Touring and purchase of a beautiful 2020 blue 300 Touring a pleasant experience. We recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from a wonderful sales representaive Bear. He was truly the best to work with, he was beyond friendly not pushy like most of the car sales people I have ever spoke with and was very knowledgeable, and a great listener. He made himself available in case I had any questions or future needs after my purchase was completed. When I did have some questions he got back to me right away I truly feel that I made a friend. I highly recommend that you speak with Bear if you are just looking or ready to buy he is honest and holds a great deal of knowledge. Best car purchasing experience ever.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable, I doubt with Service Manager Abrian who is outstanding! He provided me with the best automotive service experiance. I will be privilege to have my vehicles serviced here in the future.

The place itself was nice cant argue with that. The internet sales rep I met with was a jackass though (name left out intentionally). He wanted a ridiculous amount down or a co signer otherwise he wouldn't even attempt to get me financed. Funny how Chapman had no problem getting me into a brand new 2018 1500 with a low interest rate though. I went here based on a recommendation from a coworker who dealt with another rep and when asked to deal with that rep he said he could not because my file was in the internet guys name. That in my opinion is ridiculous and why I went elsewhere.

First, I would like to state that while the initial sales and experience at Heggs was inviting I am having to leave a negative review and will neither recommend or buy from this dealership again. I have contacted the dealership, both our sales representative and the finance department multiple times to figure out why my vehicle that I traded in has yet to be paid off almost two months later. I have already had to make one payment on the truck after I traded it in and will soon be paying another month due to the failure of Heggs Auto Group. This now means I will need to not only get Heggs to finally payoff the outstanding loan but also recoup two months of payment that should have been paid with ease from the dealership. Unfortunately this same experience was also shared by a family member who purchased a vehicle a few months prior. This type of reoccurring business practice conducted by a car dealership is unacceptable and will result in using a different dealership in the future when either myself or someone in our family is in search of a new vehicle.

Poor service!

Poor service!

I had dropped off my wrangler late Friday afternoon on June 2nd without an appointment. I was told by the service Advisor that because I did not have an appointment it would be Monday or Tuesday at the latest, I should have looked at what i signed when i dropped it off. After I did look and what she told me is not what she wrote on the pre-write paperwork. On Wednesday when I had not heard back I called was transferred to Th advisor's voicemail, who was on vacation but no one bothered to tell me. I repeated this pointless exercise again then finally demanded I speak to someone. it was at this point I was told about the advisor being on vacation. The advisor I was finally connected to was polite, professional and honest. He told me they could not locate my vehicle and would have to call me back. If my recollection is correct it is now Thursday morning. He called back later after finding my jeep and honestly told me, which I appreciated, that someone dropped the ball and no one had even looked at my jeep yet. He quickly got it looked at the next morning and after told me the 2" sag on the front right is normal in Rubicon's and therefore does not need to be fixed. At this point my jeep had spent an entire week at your shop to have nothing done with it. Quite frustrating! If jeep does truly make a vehicle so poorly that it is considered normal for the body to lean inches in one direction and it is not fixable under warranty it seems to me that the 1st service advisor should have told when I was dropping it off and saved me some time and frustration.

Dishonest Dealership: I was car shopping with my young cousin (her first car purchase). After looking at used car lots, I asked her if she wanted to go look at a regular dealership. We stopped in here, because they had a few cars she was interested in.

She found one she liked and it was supposed to be $12,500 + tax, title, and license. She put a deposit down, then went back with her mom the next day. Well, it turns out that this dealership 'requires' you to purchase 'accessories'. This drove the price of the car up to $17,000.

The salesman was nice and this was probably not his fault - it is more likely that the new owners are greedy and dishonest. If you advertise a car at $12,500 + TTL, then that car had better not cost more than $14,500 TOTAL (OUT THE DOOR). Avoid this dealership at all costs. They can not be trusted to do the right thing.

So I wanted to get an upgrade on my car, they took my car, charge me a down payment of 1200 dollars, let me leave with the new car for several days, and then they could not get the deal done, so they tell me I have to bring back the car today. After showing off this car to all my friends and family and loving it just to be told, I can not keep it and I have to bring it back. Yes, I understand they couldn't get the job done for whatever reason my credit or the banks wouldn't accept finance me., but to let me leave with the car for several days and to be told to bring it back because they could not close the deal, it's absolutely unacceptable. Not only is embarrassing it's was a complete waste of my time. I am very, very unhappy at the moment. I would have rather just been told, hey, we'll see what we can do and will let you know in a couple of days, instead of letting me leave with the car. Also I cut all my wires to my stereo system under the impression that this deal was going to go down and now I have to deal with that problem on top of everything else. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing that happens, but it is completely unacceptable to me.

Went in for an oil change. In and out in 30min. Prices are great. Aaron in the express service was a big help. he knew that I would be outside with my dog and said that he would page me on the outside PA.

The folks in the service department are pretty awesome, but making the employees who work their butt off hide their tattoos makes me question if I want to trade my Jeep in for a new one, I also have tattoos and am not sure if my is good enough?

01/08/2018 Update: I've bounced all over the country for the last few months, even traded for a new Jeep in Louisiana, I show up for service, (without an appointment of course) and my service guy Jeffery Santoro not only gets me in and out real quick, he also remembered my name... Hopefully when the boss is giving three crew raises, stuff like this gets factored in@

I bought 2 cars in a time span 5 months from Courtesy dealership and its been the worst experience of my life. Basically I bought 1 bad car had to trade it in for another. The first dealership Courtesy Volvo sd if I stay within Courtesy dealership they would help to make things right The warranty coverage from my first veichle that I purchased I was told I would get a refund when I traded the car in. I was told by both dealerships I wouldn't need a down payment for the second car because they were working with me because of the first car problems and how I was sold a bad car! Instead they took my refund over $2000.00. Next the first few days after buying the second car. I had repair issues and also a bad tires. So since they took my warranty refund.I was unable to purchase or apply my refund to this car!Long in short I was given a hard time, had the car one week they had it almost 3 weeks. Got the car back again told them still had issues.I had to call the owner of the dealerships and explained what I been going thru and how the dealership had my car more then I did and I explained what I been going thru has been a horrible experience and I was abused in my car contract. Nobody contacted in regards to none of my complaints. I expressed it wrong to take advantage of people! Why waiting for my car to be returned to me, I met lady who was going thru the same issue as myself. All I can say I will never buy any cars from any Courtesy dealership in Az again. I tried to make complaints to get help because I felt I was taken advantage of. Unfortunately one if the workers said I bought a used car and they all have issue and that what I should expect! I would like to say it unfortunate Im going to take what ever avenue to be heard. What's so bad I had my a friend as a witness to everything that happened and they just dont care. Well I care because they have there money for the purchase of both cars and I have left with being disrespected as a woman in general when I told them about repair issues and I was questioned how I knew I had issues. Every time in my defense, I said just because I'm a woman doesnt mean I dont have a clue about cars and what wrong with them. I Know I'm not the first or the last person to be taking advantage of. Beware and do research!!!!

Service department doesn't communicate with me. I have to call multiple times and they never return my calls. It took me two months to find out that they never ordered the part I needed after I came in and had them look at my broken tail hatch. I ordered motor mounts over 8 months ago, and they also lost that order. They are fine if they have the parts on hand, but totally unreliable if you need something ordered. I am going to try a different dealer.

By far the worst experience coming to the dealership. I have bought many cars and 3 from them when it was Heggs. I waited 9 hours at the dealership to get told numbers
that I agreed to, change in the finance office. It's sad and negligent and they have no remorse.

Corey Allen, did a great job in assisting me with the sale. I purchased a used beetle from out of state , and his videos and service were outstanding. Although there was alittle miscommunication with transporting the vehicle to my home state, he did return my calls and got the job done. Thank you Corey for your honesty and integrity. I would definitely seek him out for any future purchases.

Darin Yantzer was awesome. The entire sales team was great but Darin is the first sales guy that actually made a lasting impression. I came in a couple weeks earlier to "window shop" and Darin walked up and greeted me but it didn't come off as pushy. He walked around with me, showed me a couple of Chargers and when I told him that I would come back in a few weeks he didn't try to push the sale but just wrote down some notes and my name in his notepad, gave me his card, shook my hand and I left. I ended up coming in a couple weeks later and gave him a call and once ai told him my name he remembered everything I had told him and even the random small talk topics.

Great experience, just hate how long the paperwork process takes when buying a car but it's unavoidable. Will be back for my next car.

Thanks Darin.

I scheduled ahead of time to have my 2013 Journey in for some warranty repairs. I left my car there for the day and when it was time to pick it up I was told the dealership can't order the parts (thermostat assembly) and won't be able to until November because the dealership is being sold. The computer for the dealership was down when I dropped it off and when I picked up my car I got a hand written receipt that said "no parts at this time". Dismal service. I subsequently took my car into Earnhardt Dodge and they were able to complete the repairs. I see no reason to go back to Superstition Springs/Heggs Chrysler Dodge Ram for anything further.

Hi, this is my pen name. I was an author at one time in my life. My real name is Jeff Ottle and my wife is Linda Ottle.

Due to an email error I never got the survey where I could talk up Pete and Lem who helped us buy a new Jeep Cherokee. So I am writing something here instead.

Stated succinctly, the assistance and warmth my wife and I received from Pete and his assistant Lem was top shelf. Neither of us have been treated with the professionalism and kindness at an automobile dealership such as what we got from these two fine men.

To this day when I have a question Pete is "there", on it and helps me.

We will be using your dealership for the service required on our Jeep over the years and if we buy another car it will be your dealership we will return to.

We highly recommend anyone looking at a car purchase seek Pete and Lem to help them out. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Thank you, Jeff and Linda Ottle

Horrible horrible place! Stay away at all costs! I would give no stars if that was possible!!!!
The customer service is horrible. Inexperienced employees, the salesman are uneducated and have no knowledge on what they are doing.
The salesman was misleading and rude. He told me he was selling the vehicle for a particular price (as it was advertised online) and then come to find out there was an astronomical amount of hidden fees of items I didn t even receive added onto the price. This caused the total sale to be $7,000 over what I was expecting to pay. The finance department was incredibly rude and unhelpful and snippy when I attempted to call in and ask about it.
On top of that- the battery died not even a week after I purchased the vehicle!! When I took it in they told me that I bought it as-is and said they were only going to help ONLY because it was less than a week.
AWFUL, EVIL, CARELESS PEOPLE!!! Avoid HEGGS at all cost, if there is any one thing I can do in my life that is helpful then let this be that one thing!!

The employees were nice but there was so many miscommunications and scheduling mistakes that I don't want to do service with them again. I had to get keys made for a used car I had purchased. I called in, spoke to two different people on two different days stating that they had one of the keys but the second needed to be ordered. The second conversation ended in the promise that the second kept would be in by Tuesday and a service appointment was made for Saturday morning, more than enough time for the key to arrive. I arrived at my appointment time on Saturday morning, waited almost 50 minutes to be spoken to and then was told I would need to leave my car the whole day. I hadn't planned to leave my car because when I made the appointment I was told it would be an hour and the keys would be made. We made arrangements to leave the car at the dealership on Monday and pick it up after I finished work. When I got there Monday afternoon I was told that there was only one key and the other had to be ordered. Obviously, I was very upset and explained the situation about my calls twice before to order the key. The response I was given was, the key has now been ordered when it comes in we'll get it programmed and maybe I can get the second service fee waived. So then I paid for my key and got in my car to find trash on the floor from the service techs. It was the very worst service I had expirienced. Although the workers are kind, the communication and service quality is horrible.

Service was very fast for an early morning drop in. Biggest issue was what they wanted to do to my car that wasn t needed. They didn t have previous service records from past owners. Thinking this was my last visit there if my warranty is good someplace else.

I came to buy a used vehicle, and Mike Harding got me a smoking deal on a new one (Chrysler 200) with more options for almost the same money! These guys make you feel welcome from the moment you get one foot out of your car! I can't see going anywhere else in the future!

Made appointment on line to get an oil change. Arrived earlier for my appointment and was told that they don't take appointments to get oil changes. That I had to wait in line for the "speedy" oil change. There were 3 cars ahead of me in that line and they said it would be 1 1/2 hours before they could get to my truck because they were under staffed. If they don't have enough staff why are they taking appointments? Why do they accept appointments for oil changes on line, but don't honor them at the facility? They need to fix their system. I am stuck by my warranty to get my oil changes there, and I have to put up with this poor service and poorly designed system.

Purchased a 2014 used Ram in August of 2016 and elected to add the service package to our vehicle which included 12 oil/filter, lube and tire rotation so that I could keep the warranty up to date. The time came to get my first service done and being new to the whole process I called ahead and was told that for oil changes it was a drive in thing no appointment needed and they typically take about 30 minutes. I arrived at 10:40 AM and was told that they where a little busy and it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. When the actual service writer took my information the wait jumped up to 2 hours and 30 minutes. At about the 2 hour mark I saw that my truck had not moved so at that point I asked the first employee I saw to find out the status of my truck he assured me that it was next in line so I hung around the service area to wait. At the 2 hour and 30 minute mark the services writer lady approached me and told me my truck was being worked on in a bay at the other end (Could not see from where I was) so out of curiosity and frustration I wet to see if my truck was parked where it had been sitting for the past few hours and sure enough it was (not being worked on as I was told). I ended up driving away my truck just over 3 hours later (1:55 PM) with a fresh oil change and tires rotated. If I did not have a service plan with these guys I would be going out of my way to not give them my business. They treated me like I was just another unsatisfied customer and there was plenty of other business out there.

Very quick service. I initially went to the Dodge dealership and was referred to the Jeep dealership due to the amount of time it was going to take to get my vehicle serviced. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly staff and professionalism of their team.

Amber McFarland is truly and amazing person that goes above and beyond. I have a Dodge Ram 1500 that had 3 recalls. When I called my local dealership in another state I was informed all of my recalls has been completed the month prior at Heggs. Funny thing is I have never taken my vehicle to AZ. I fought with my dealership to get my truck in and the recalls fixed. They did finally take my vehicle in and fixed the recalls. My dealership did not bother to get the records updated so I took it upon myself to call and resolve this issue. Amber is who I was directed to when I called Heggs and let me tell you she is fantastic. She heard me out, did the research to figure out what had happened and resolved the issue. Turns out the wrong VIN was updated in their records. Amber attempted to keep me updated, but odd thing she was not able to call my phone number. When I spoke to her again after seeing several missed calls from her, we determined there was something strange going on. I could see the missed call, but the call never rang on her end or mine. She didn't stop there to make sure I was informed. She kept me updated via text which oddly enough worked. There are not many people that would go above and beyond like Amber did, and I appreciate everything she has done even though I am not a customer of Heggs. Thank you Amber, keep up the great work!

Got sold a used vehicle here 'as is' and less then 2 months later now paying $4k in transmission repairs at my expense. The sales associate kept swapping numbers around to make the deal look like something that it wasn't , then round 2 with the finance department had to fight again as they used the same sneaky like tactics. From now on going to check with a third party mechanic first when getting a used car. I don't like leaving bad reviews but hopefully this saves someone else the headaches I am now enduring. Live and learn I guess, but the experience here was anything but pleasant.

I was getting the run around from another dealership and the team at Courtesy told me to come out and the would take care of me. Not only were they more professional but they were about meeting my needs and wants. They offered the best deal and treated me amazing. They definitely live up to the name Courtesy.

No happy at all! In Aug of 2019 they sold me 2 tires that dated 2015 and a different brand then what was on my Jeep. March of 2020 I needed 2 front tire, went to discount tire and they are the one who told me My new back tires were 2015. When I went back to tell them I was unhappy they refused to do anything to make it right. Was told by 2 different tire companies they are not allowed to sell a tire that is older then two years. So I guess dealerships have no integrity ! Wow how do you people sleep at night! So now instead of buying 2 tires I have to buy 4.
I do have to say the Cody in the service department was on it right away
I appreciate all he tried to do. I wasn't his fault.

This dealership is professional and quick! I felt like I got a great deal and it didn't take me all day to do it. Ask for Chris Caban if you're calling sales - he's great and will go above and beyond to help you find a good deal.

My fiance and I recently traded in my car for a truck. The experience was fantastic. Riley, our sales consultant was very accommodating, patient, and easy to talk to. Christopher, our finance manager was great as well, he worked with us and our finances and made us feel well taken care of. We left the dealership feeling valued and like we were winners Best! Even Cher, the delivery specialist was warm and bubbly! Best dealership/car buying experience we have ever had!

I have taken my truck here for service for the last 4 years. Now that Courtesy owns this dealership the service department has improved immensely. My service writer Blaine does a fantastic job, he always keeps me updated on my truck when it is there for service and is always honest and upfront. I would recommend asking for Blaine when you go in for service.

Sales guy was very knowledgeable, think his name was bill. Explained whole truck. Just beware if your buying of actual epa fuel mileage claims, ex ram rebel showing and sales employees stating 16-21, stuff like that when real world it is known those estimates are not from a rebel and it's much much lower.

Sales person Kerry Yoder at the dealership was very knowledgeable on the Dodge Ram truck we purchased. The only issue was purchasing the Dodge drop in adapter to fit my existing 5th wheel hitch. The salesperson said it should fit 95% of the newer 5th wheel hitches. The adapter was not able to accomodate my 2013 Ford B&W companion hitch and I had to return it for a refund. Just wish they had a listing of what hitches would fit the adapater so as not to guess. Overall my experience was a good one.

My other half went in there to get some work done over over at the Chrysler Courtesy Chrysler Dodge and they told him that she had a recall part on his vehicle they said he'll be next week well we ended up waiting three months for the van to be picked up and courtesy Dodge is supposed to pay for the rental car okay so they did but they also added extra insurance on there and when he paid for what he had to pay for illegally took his number off his credit card and paid the car rental agency which I know is against the law and they should be punished I don't recommend anybody to go there cuz this place sucks!

UPDATE:

UPDATE:
Let me start with saying that my below original review from July 2013 still stands. Charlie was a great salesman and if you still decide to buy a car from this place. Go to him.

Long story short, we received a defective vehicle and the manager Ben Saxton clearly isn't going to help us in getting out of this nightmare of a vehicle. Home of the Slam JUNK deal is more like it!

We purchased a used 2011 Dodge Durango with 14k miles back in July 2013. We saw this vehicle as long term and we purchased the extended warranty. Shortly after purchasing this car, it repeatedly wouldn't start. Numerous times I was late to work, my son late to school or straight up just stranded wherever I happened to be at the time. It took THREE trips for the service department to finally fix THAT problem. Despite the brakes being in great condition, they squeak and squeal so loud when braking. Not a huge issue, but shouldn't be happening and another thing the service department can't fix or isn't willing to. Among the several other issues with this car and feeling like I live in the service department.... the air conditioning quit working when driving home from California the other weekend!! We were in the middle of the desert and had no choice but to drive for 2+ hours with NO AC with a small child in the backseat! This has become ridiculous and I don't pay several hundred dollars a month to be dealing with such big issues and have a vehicle that is unreliable and a total piece of garbage!

We went into the dealership to talk to the manager Ben Saxton and tell him our entire history with the car. He promised us he would work something out to get us out of this problem vehicle. WRONG! He didn't help us at all. He left to run an errand while Charlie helped us look at other vehicles and when he arrived back, he walked right past us and we never saw him again. We left the dealership with our same piece of junk not knowing when it's going to break again and what's going to break. It's a very bad spot to be in especially when driving around with kids. I don't know when I'm going to get stranded again. Thanks Superstition Springs Chrysler for selling us a defective vehicle and not willing to help us get out of it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
We purchased a new car here in July and it was one of the smoothest, quickest car deals we have ever done. Our salesman Charlie Bennett was very knowledgeable and not your typical "car salesman". He was never pushy and helped us get exactly what we wanted in our price range. I highly recommend this place! Ask for Charlie, you won't regret it!

Awesome customer service. Came in this morning, and left with the car (2016 Go Mango Scat Pack Charger) with the terms (0% for 60 months) I wanted. I want give a special thank you to my salesperson (Kerry Yoder), as well as my finance manager (Jorge Gonzalez). The atmosphere at Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge is very friendly, and helpful. I will definitely recommend all friends and family to buy here, and will definitely buy my next vehicle from here. You have gained a lifetime customer.

My husband and I went into "Courtesy Chrysler Dodge RAM of Superstition Springs" on Sunday mid afternoon on 11/08/2020. We are a family of 3 with a daughter and were wanting to trade in our vehicle for a better truck that would last us a very long time. We walked onto the sales lot and had the pleasure of being greeted by a man named Brad Dehart who helped us with our purchase. I want to also add, about a year ago we went to another Dodge competitor (I won't name which one) and the sales associate there made us want to leave and not even buy from the dealership. Well at this dealership, Ed was night and day. He didn't pressure us into any specific truck, he was very down to earth and personable, he was very knowledgeable with our questions and what we wanted for the future and he was a great salesman. When we left with our truck Sunday evening he even made to go over extra things about the truck with us and told us to call him if we needed anything on the truck done because he had a few contacts available. I really appreciated everything he did for us and he is definitely someone you guys should take pride in having on your team.

I must say that from the scheduling process all the way to the finish repair I was extremely satisfied. Thomas the service scheduler made the process really easy and fast. I'd go back to have all my other repairs done there and would recommend all my friends do the same.
