I walked in knowing exactly what model ram I wanted and told the salesman that... 4x4, v8, crew cab - other than those everything was negotiable. After an hour and a half of wandering the lot and showing me all kinds of rams that didn't have at least one of those things (he did show me a used one that met my criteria...I was looking for new though), I left. Basically there are the steps in buying a car:
#1 Find a model with the options you want.
#2 Agree on a price
#3 Sign the paperwork (decide if you're going to get soaked on the extended warranty etc.. )
This dealership couldn't even get past #1.
Just drive to Bill Luke, you'll be way better off.
