Every thing was going great until I arrived to pick up my truck. I reviewed the work order and the oil change and tire rotation were not done. Marc worked me into the express lane, however he was unaware of the 2 hr wait for the service. So about 2 1/2 hrs later I was on my way. The work was done free of charge, which I really appreciated. Marc kept me informed and felt bad about the events. I will still plan on sticking with you guys for my service in the future.
