Just used the service shop for the first time, for my New to Me, 18 Shaker Challenger. My service writer Sean, was very friendly and Professional. He gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions before we started the service. No surprises. They were very prompt and even sent me pictures during my service, so I could make decisions on what I saw. I appreciate it guys, thank you for a good experience. See you next service.
