NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

When it was Hegg and before that Superstition it was a great company, really felt that they would go to bat for you, they were honorable people.

NOW it is just another CROOKED car dealership.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. We are a jeep family and bought 2 jeeps from this dealership because of the WARRANTY FOREVER PROGRAM.

THIS DEALERSHIP CLAIMS THAT NO SERVICE RECORDS WERE TRANSFERRED TO THEM IN THE DEAL.

How is that even possible? When you purchase a business you are also purchasing their good will also their customer base. Due to an input error from previous dealership service dept. they have found a way to VOID the warranty. Hegg would never have been so unreasonable.

Even CARFAX was flabbergasted at their lack of customer records, claimed impossible to not have those records.

DO YOU THINK WE WILL EVER LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH OUR VEHICLES AGAIN???? NO WAY

DO YOU THINK WE WILL EVER BUY ANOTHER JEEP FROM YOU?

Was not looking forward to the whole truck buying experience because the last couple of cars I bought was not that much fun. But from the time I pulled onto the lot until I left with my new truck everyone was great. My salesman Vernard and the finance manager Jeff were all super helpful. At 71 I may never need another new truck but if I do this the only place I would go .

The sales staff was friendly our entire time visiting the dealership and never pressured us to make a sale. However, they like to play number games like most dealerships do these days. They will give you a high offer on your trade in then refuse to negotiate a price on their vehicle. For example, the dealership would not come down to the online price nor offer any military discount (Air Force). Please remember when the Government saved Chrysler from bankruptcy? Also please keep in mind FIAT owns Chrysler group now; it is no longer an American company.

I am disgusted by the review I just read from someone named Monique. She is clearly just upset about being fired today and wanted to post something evil. My family and friends have been going to this dealership for years, and they always make us feel like part of one big family. Their positivity has always been something that we appreciate. Mr. Walker is one of the kindest least pushy sales people there, as a matter of fact we heard that he had neck surgery recently, so there is no way that he would be assalting anyone. We love Heggs and are grateful when they remove negative staff from their organization.
This person posting such negatively should be careful, as using others names, especially wrongfully, can result in an arrest for slander and defamation of character.

Buying our car we had a great experience. But after we bought the car our experience went down hill. The answering staff is terrible. The lady who directs calls has a major attitude. She's not very helpful and her customer service is terrible. Also I've tried to speak with 2 different managers in different departments. I've left voice mails and have never had a call back. I'm so disappointed in this dealership. And I'm regretting tgst our hard earned money is paying for these people to have jobs. I honestly don't think this dealership cares about their customers. They are only nice when you're buying the car. After that, they could care less. Buyers, you have been warned! Also, to the person who is going to read this review and tell me to call the dealership to speak with someone about my experience, if I call going to have to speak to the lady with horrible customer service, leave a message for a manager and never get a call back. Trust me, I've tried to speak with you guys about my concerns. I just don't get a call back. I definitely do not recommend buying from here!

We scheduled our Town and Country for warranty service on the actuator on the sliding door, and a few regular maintenance services. A couple of days later we noticed that we were unable to open the door from the outside. Something was obviously not assembled correctly. I have contacted the service department twice, but have received a response. Very disappointed in the follow up service after spending over $1400 on maintenance.

My husband and i had a very bad experience with HEGG. we stopped in and heard there was new owners and decided to give the dealer another try. Well things started out ok, finding a vehicle we liked. The problems started when we had john as a finance person who told us, businesses were closed and on Monday credit unions a would be open and he would contact them and get the best interest rate he could.
Sunday, woke up and found scratches on the vehicle. On Monday i had to go to the dealer to get the second set of keys where i talked to Jeff Bonner a service person named Jeff. i was told Jeff would call me to set up a time to have the vehicle buffed out.I was also told by Jeff since the dead battery was replaced on the vehicle the battery light needed to reset and would take up to a week to happen. Well reading the manual that came with the vehicle. I found the service light was not the battery light but the start /stop function. My husband took the vehicle in on Wednesday and was told a second aux battery was also bad and had to be ordered. My husband again returned to the dealer to have the aux battery replaced. I advised him to ask about getting the scratch fixed since no one had called to schedule that to be done. My husband contacted Steve in service who was able to tell him the car needed to be send in be repaired not just buffed out like Jeff stated earlier. My husband also attempted to talk to the finance person, John, to find out who the loan company was and how well he was able to get a good interest rate, since we were still not informed of any of the information regarding our loan. John did finally call after my husband talked to the GM Jason John told me he only went through one finance company and that is ALL he would do. Getting a hold of anyone at this dealer i a cause for concern no one ever responds back. I would have never dealt with a company who would only go through one specific place for financing to be able to get you the best rate, instead of what ever the ONE company offers. We have also noticed, new owners yes, same old employees, same old problems.

Had a great experience with Francisco, he did everything he could to get me the best deal on a used Colorado as well as a decent deal on my trade-in!
Also some of the finance people were very very helpful in resolving a minor issue!
It was kinda fun to ring the gong!!!!

From a sales perspective, Justin James would get 5 stars. Easy to deal with and was very personalable. Did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle in anyway and made the whole process seamless. We bought a chrysler pacifica due to twins on the way.
The 3 star rating was due to the finance manager and the fact that he quoted us a rate of 2.59% but didnt tell us that he actually bought the rate down from 3.9% and charged us 1600.00 in order to buy the rate down. Said it was a part of the other protection products. Just a bit shady in my opinion.

I will start with the positive experiences first. Jorge was the first person we met. He is a hard working professional, they should be proud to have him on the team. They have some good trained mechanics that will make sure you get back on the road with no worries.
The negative experience I had, was no communication. I'm known to be a very patient person but I was pushed to my limits with the phone calls not returned. The other is the price. It is about 18% higher than it should be, in my opinion. Little things could make all the difference for them, but I would recommend them.

Cannot get a hold of service writer to get status. I left my car at 10:30 am and finally got a hold of the tech 1:30 pm the next day. They never called me to give an update. They would not apply the diognostic charge toward parts and wanted $440 to install a $40 sensor that you could reach by taking off the bottom dust cover.

This was the very WORST place I could have taken my 2016 vehicle to. Let me start off by saying that I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle NOR will I ever recommend this business to a friend.
What brought me to Heggs was it's closeness to my home and work. I needed a place that would do warranty work nearby so that I didn't miss work.
I have a 2016 car and my Check Engine light popped on. I brought it in on a Monday and did not get my car back for over a WEEK plus 2 days.
Here is what happened:
I left it for the day and then had to call them to check the status of what they found--bear in mind, they NEVER called me---I had to always call them. They said "it is fixed-there was an update to your cars module".
I came in to get it but just as I used my remote-start, it shut right back off and the check-engine light popped back on again.
The service man told me to leave it and was sorry--that's it!!
I waited for another 4 days before they told me that it would need to be kept over the weekend to be looked at because the technician was busy.
When I finally got a hold of my service adviser he said, "sure come on in, it's ready". They NEVER called me to tell me the car was ready--I had to call THEM.
When I arrived at the dealership I was advised that my car would not start. They had used ALL of my gas (half-tank) and then told me that maybe there was a fuel sensor going bad. I promptly replied that was impossible because I NEVER let my tank go below 1/4 so there would be NO WAY I could have a sensor problem OR be our of gas. They proceeded to make me wait 30 minutes while someone went to get me 2 gallons of gas to see if my car would start...it did.
Once I drove off the lot my tire pressure sensors went off. My brand new tires I had purchased were BELOW tire pressure---and also extremly out of balance per Firestone (the original place of purchase of my new tires).
The next day I began noticing my car downshifting ROUGHLY. As I drove it more and more it has gotten worse and worse-----it is now back at the shop but NOT at Heggs----never ever ever again will they touch my vehicle!!!!

Did not honor the advertised price, bait and switch tactics. Sales rep told me to receive all the incentives you have to finance through Chrysler. No problem. Then he told me the lower credit score you have the better incentives you get, this is how it works at Chrysler.

I had a late appointment last night. They told me there was a leak but didn t know where ? So i have To bring my car back and they will look at it when they are looking at another issue. Thanks for helping me forecast what I need to do on my end, NOT!
Most dealerships I go to will check your fluids and fill them up if needed, this did not happen when they did my oil change and rotation.
Overall visit felt like someone was trying to clock out. I get that 5:30 is a late appointment, and I appreciate them taking the car in early as I was able to get there early. However, if you re going to rush, then why offer the late appointment?

Terrible service department. Brought my jeep in for a check up for a cross country trip. Was told I needed new front breaks and they would machine the rotors. This was to cost 286.90 and would take 2 hours. Sheri was the service rep on my car. Between 1230 and 100 I got a call that said they have to put new rotors on and it was going to be 407.00 now. When I said I thought they were going to machine them. She acted like she never said anything about it in the quote. When I brought up exactly what she said. She responded with, well your rotors are too thin we need to replace them. So I said fine. Several hours past without hearing anything. Finally I called and couldn't get a hold of Sheri so they said they would have her call me. 45 minutes later she calls and said they just sent it down to check for the "small oil leak " they found in the inspection. She said she would know something in a few minutes. An hour and a half later, 6 hours after I dropped it off, (it was supposed to only take a total of 2 hours) she finally calls me and says they found 4 leaks and it would cost 1500 on top of the 407 to replace the front breaks. I declined and went to pick up my car. There I talked with a couple that had a oil change and wind shield wipers replaced. After the service they left and had to come back because they noticed the wind shield wipers they paid for were not replaced!! I do not trust this service department, and will never bring my jeep back! I have found no fluid of any kind on the ground after my jeep has been sitting, and notice nothing to indicate a leak. 2 months ago I had the oil changed and there was no mention of anything leaking. Terrible department, not trustworthy, and you would think they would call and give updates when they keep your car 4 hours past the 2 hour time frame they said they would be done in.

**update** got to Kentucky and took my jeep go the jeep dealership here had them check it out. They found the rear pinion seal was starting to leak just a little and quoted me $206 to fix. Proof that heggs jeep at auto park in mesa,Az was trying to bend me over the barrel and screw me over.

I had some issues with another vehicle I had purchased with them and I won't lie it took a little bit to get it fixed but they have been amazing and have gone above and beyond to get everything resolved and I feel like we got a new van out of it. Thank you so much for all your dedication.

Ahead of time scheduled appointment for exhaust leak on passenger side manifold and a couple recalls. The only warranty item i came in for was the exhaust leak and yet after a entire day of truck being at dealership what was the one item not fixed.
Yup the exhaust leak tech confirmed a couple of broken studs but somehow none were in stock and could take days to get. Seriously a couple M8x1.25 studs not in stock hey you try autozone O'Reilly pep boys or napa huh they all had them. I left with my truck so ticked off at this dealership i was ready to explode. I had to go to work late arrange special transportation to and from work to get the truck and it didn't even have the main issue fixed. Needless to say i went to napa bought 3 studs went home took the passenger front tire off took out the broken studs and put in the new ones myself thanks alot Heggs. This is the stereotypical result of going to a dealership at least that part didn't surprise me.

Went to test drive one, salesman took us in the golf cart to the trucks we are looking at. after giving a full description of the truck, we hop in for a test drive. Then he asked for my phone number, I explained we're not ready to give contact info cuz we don't know which brand of truck we want yet. He said it was company policy in order to test drive a truck, I said while I guess this transaction is over then. We all jumped out of the truck he didn't even bother giving us a ride back to our vehicle in the golf cart, he was rude and just jumped in his cart and sped off. 0 customer service, definitely lost any potential for a sale.

Staff is very friendly. Significant improvement over Heggs. Service needs to listen to the customer. I have had my vehicle in for service 3 times for the same issue. Resetting the computer memory is not the solution. I would appreciate it service actually services my vehicle and figures out the problem. Overall still better than Heggs.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Courtesy Dodge. The service writer was friendly and knowledgeable, and he answered all my concerns I had with my vehicle. I was told my vehicle would be done by the end of the day, but I mentioned I needed it asap. The service writer said he would do his best to get my vehicle done as soon as possible. I received a call a couple hours later that my vehicle was done! Wow, I was impressed! I received excellent service from start to finish! Thank you to the fantastic service writer and thank you to the fast and efficient mechanic who did an amazing job! You all surely exceeded my expectations, I will definitely be coming back for all my service needs!

After leaving a negative review someone from the dealer got a hold of me to correct the problems i had. The problems i had wasn't directly the fault of the salesman or dealership. Anyways, it was all corrected and I'm happy now. Thank you for a great buying experience. The only thing i would change at the dealership is going back to giving the customers all the copies of all the documents they signed instead of just a thumb drive containing just the sales purchase.

I was treated very well here and they replaced a recalled clutch on my Wrangler and provided full service under warranty. Marc from service communicated throughout the entire process and kept me updated. They even provided me with a brand new rental car to use while my Jeep was being repaired for the three days. Robert Clark was a tremendous help. Communicated through text so not to inconvenience my family. Stayed in touch the whole way through. Our Finance Manager was riot. We laughed so much it made our time fly by. He cut the BS out. I just wished I remembered his name we had such a good time I forgot. Above all the beat EVERYONE price! With the dealer add ons they still out did them all. I m not a fan of add ons but the pricing was so good I didn t know they included. See Robert and will need to repost the Finance Managers name. He was by far the best!!!!

He informed of the car I was looking for and when my family saw it we immediately fell in love. We were uncertain at first because we never have financed at a New car dealership. But Mario was very opened and understanding to our needs because I could tell that he cared for our situation and didn't want to set us up for failure. After explaining what we wanted and were being realistic to what we needed he understood. After going over the numbers for the price and what company and himself had to offer we were blown away.
