Upgraded my 2016 RAM for a 2019 (5th gen) and i absolutely loved the treatment given to me by Lem. He was very respectful and hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Not once did we feel any pressure or forced to buy this vehicle. I had received an approval through my bank prior to walking into the dealership, Lem knew and he made sure we got the price we wanted for our trade in and the price we needed to financing this truck for. There was no running around for hours. He respected our time as we did his. Thanks Lem for the exceptional service and for treating your customers the way they deserve to be treated. The same goes for the finance person who understood the certified warranty is all i needed and he didn t try to force anything else on us. Over all great dealership to work with.
