If there was an option for no stars, that is what I would pick.
I purchased my 2015 Dodge Charger from them. I have had it in the shop over the last 4.5 months complaining of shaking and rough idling along with a ticking noise. The first two times I had it in, they found "nothing and the shaking was normal". I took but back 7 weeks ago for the same ticking and shaking again. They were able to diagnose the ticking as they had to replace the rockers in the engine. As far as the "shaking" the said it was normal and/or part of the rocker issue. This past Friday, I break down and have to have my car towed to the shop. After looking at it, I was told it was something electrical that was causing the rough idle and shaking. I was then told that it is not covered under warranty because I am just over my mileage. So the cost is on me. When I talked to Marc Ray (Rey) he stated that there was nothing they could do because it just went bad. I had explained that I had it in the shop multiple times before, with documentation that I have been addressing it for months. He basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and the issue I had it in for before was the rockers and not this. That there was nothing they could do. Picked it up and the parts were 63.00 and the labor was the remaining 350.00. yet there was nothing they could do. Will never purchase from them nor take it back there again. I thought for sure with all the documentation I had and them not finding the issue and noting it as normal they would help. Poor customer service. I will continue to share my negative experience.
To add salt on the wound, after he basically told me that they would not help with the cost he proceeded to tell me they recommend that I have my fuel system cleaned out. I asked if this was necessary and he stated no but highly recommended. The cost for that and my other repair would be about 800.00. Funny thing is, when asked if they actually looked at it they had not, it was just based on mileage.
As a side note, I showed my 4 months worth of paper work to a friend who owns a shop and he stated that any good technician would know the two complaints were unrelated.
