I haven't shopped at this dealership however I do own a Dodge Pickup that i needed serviced. Spent 30 minutes trying to speak with a service advisor. That didnt happen. Says alot about a dealership. I'll never shop here. I highly recommend to anyone to go to Earnhardt. They got me in quick and i actually spoke to a service advisor. Worth the extra miles to drive there for service.
