Very friendly dealership! nice that the owner and his staff make themselves available and greet customers. Overall very nice with cushy seating in the waiting area, cold bottled water, donuts and popcorn while you wait with some really nice cars on display. The bad is that just like all dealerships you get the same quality of service. Express oil & lube is not express as one would think. During my visit for an oil change, they actually told me it took longer due to not having the oil filter for my Jeep's 3.6 liter engine. Another drawback is having the lifetime warranty and that they always seem to find something to turn a simple oil change into a thousand dollar repair. The Jeep Liberty is a 2009 with only 54,000 miles on it. My favorite repair was for them repairing my rear axle because it was leaking, even though I never noticed or had any leaks that were evident from where it's parked everyday in my garage with a new clean floor. So yes, they seem to keep the old Jeep running averaging about one thousand dollars an oil change for parts that seem to expire not by miles driven but age and without evidence of showing due wear. Also interesting was that my "express" oil change took much longer after not agreeing to have extra work done while in for said oil change. (Spark plug replacement and transmission fluid flush, both hundreds of dollars) again this vehicle has 54,000 miles and is never driven hard but from a retirement community to Walmart and back with stops at the local gas station and Chrysler-Dodge dealer.
