It was very "refreshing" to see that the entire process took about three weeks. From the time I completed my application to the time I received my funds. It was all very easy and quick. Stephanie was very helpful and patient. The interest rate was a little higher that I would have wanted, but it is a good option to consider.

My experience in the loan process was great. From start to finish things went very smoothly. My biggest complaint is how hard it is to get information on my loan now that it is being serviced. I can't get any info online and when I call in I am getting an answering machine. Seems very unprofessional. Websites with information on the loan are the bare minimum standard these days and being able to accept payments is something that all financial companies should have... most do.

Do not fall for the 95% loan offer. IT IS to good to be true. Very shady dealings with an appraiser. You WILL NOT get what your house is actually worth, which is why they offer 95%. Do yourself a favor and go with a trustful company that offers less of a loan. You ll be much better off and not have to waste upfront money!

Best Financial Company that I have ever dealt with!

After shopping around Spring EQ was the best lender to go with. They cut the previous lender rates in half, 150.00 a month lesser and 10 years shorter term. Anthony Barbella was very easy to communicate with. We closed on the loan very quickly with no hiccups . Definitely will recommend Spring EQ

One of the few companies that didn't try to sell me a re-fi or my original mortgage, when all I wanted was a home equity loan. All the Spring EQ staff was professional, and my loan was completed quickly. Great service and great product.

My experience in obtaining a home equity loan with Spring EQ was simply amazing. The entire process proceeded very quickly and efficiently which was even more amazing considering the handicaps of trying to accomplish things during the crisis of the virus.

Everyone was very helpful and efficient. I would rate Spring EQ as a 10 on a 10 point scale.

There are many satisfied Spring EQ clients, but I am not one of them. I started my application for refinance in November 2020 after explaining that I am self-employed and asking whether they would be able to navigate the additional requirements. They assured me that it was easy and that I would be approved. They pulled my credit, ordered an apprasial (which I paid for), they pulled my credit and I was told that my LTV ratio was excellent, as was my credit. I quickly provided requested documentation and as the months ticked along, I asked for updates and was told that getting approved was becoming an issue.

Five months later, they've told me that I'm not approved. I'm starting again with another lender. The rates have now increased, my credit has been pulled so rating has decreased and I have an appraisal which may or may not be useful.

The company worked with me to achieve what I wanted to accomplish. Other companies tried to talk me into what I did not want to do.

A decision was made in 15 minutes. Negative results without knowing our complete history. I have 750 credit rating my wife not so good but I earn enough to pay my bills plus a 200k home loan. For an equity loan! Never defaulted on the current loan we have for 20 plus years. We earn 150k combined income, asked for 80% equity of our house and the results were negative and trying to get a refinance from customers to pay the big fees. Don t recommend this company for anyone.

I had a very pleasant experience financing my home equity loan with Spring EQ. It was a smooth process from start to finish. It only took 17 days from the time I completed my application until I had funds in hand!

They had the product I was looking for (Fixed rate 2nd mortgage) with fast close with excellent communication. Doesn't get any better.

My loan officer, Bill, was very attentive to all my questions and answered them thoroughly so that I could understand. He replied quickly when I emailed any documents. He was even available on Saturdays and Sundays...Several times he called me when I had any questions..

Bill Cellucci was great to work with. Very responsive to emails. My only complaint is about the appraisal process. The appraisal was NOT EVEN CLOSE, so I was not able to move forward. I m disappointed because I know what my home is worth and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report and no resolution to my problem.

These people run a great shop. I'm particular about service when it includes my money but I got great service. The processing of the paperwork went quickly and we closed in a short amount of time. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Agents worked meticulously with me during loan process. Everything was explained and worked out very well.

Disappointing experience. Service person reviewed my application and indicated appraisal info on my home appeared to be about $390k. I had a full appraisal completed in Aug/Sept 2017 at $377k for a re-fi. They completed "drive by" for a fee in Feb/Mar 2018 and had copy of full appraisal but "drive by" came back less than full appraisal. Amazing given homes in the area are selling for $380k+ and home across the street is listed for $475k. As a result told me they could not help due to % of equity. Complete Nonsense!! Wasted time and money - disappointing! I do believe service person did her best but appraisal person fell short.

Great Fast service! Never gave me any false hope as companies may come cross. I always knew where i stood in the loan process which was great. I would use them again in a heart beat.

This company will harass you non stop if they get your info. Be warned. I was specifically interested in a HELOC, which they do not even offer. Have received multiple calls, texts, and emails over the past 2 weeks asking if I am interested in a refinance with cash out. I responded to the first 2-3 attempts, politely explaining that unless they offer a HELOC, I have zero interest in any other products, and to stop inquiring. Still getting phone calls and texts. They will abuse your info!

Extremely easy process. We took equity to perform some home improvements and Spring EQ was the only provider that would loan us what we needed to fully complete our project. We will definitely use again.

Never heard of spring eq when I was looking for a home equity loan. They were recommended through lendingtree. What an amazing experience. Cody was extremely helpful and communicated through the entire process. The loan was closed in 3 weeks. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Would recommend them to others

When my husband and I were interested in either a home equity loan or an equity line of credit, Eric told us about the advantages of applying for the home equity loan. We heard from Ryan and Eric all throughout the process letting us know where we stood in the application and what to expect next. If I had a question I would send an email and would receive a reply within that day. I will recommend Spring EQ to all my friends and family who are interested in a home equity loan.

I wish I could give zero stars! They said based on the covid pandemic they will not give loans to self employed people! I can provide income and have more than enough equity in my home to receive the amount of money needed for my home addition. This company is exactly what is wrong with big business! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your loan.

My loan officer was Geoff and he kept me update to date on all ongoing. He was very knowledgable, personable, non-pushy and easy to speak with. The whole process start to finish was around 3 weeks. The portal to load documents is very easy to use and your loan officer will follow up as well.

I had a really positive experience with Spring EQ. The whole process was quick and easy. My agent, Frank Jokic, was always fast to respond. I also worked with insurance agent Alex Lorkowski who helped me secure a better home insurance policy at a great rate. He was really helpful and responsive. I was able to have the paperwork signed at my convenience at my office, Mindy Radcliff assisted as my customer advocate. I highly recommend their services.

Even though I ultimately didn't choose their loan, I want to say everyone was great. Excellent customer service! Their rates and terms were the best out there. I highly recommend them!!! To the appraisal reviews - my bank did one first and gave the same value Spring EQ did.

Within minutes of entering a little info for a refi I was contacted by a rep for this company via text and he seemed cordial and not pushy. Having just ended a relationship with a lender over numbers that changed on the eDocs vs. an email approximation of figures(substantial), I was ready to commit and had all docs ready to go. So this gentleman worked remotely in Montana and it was fitting because trying to get ahold of him was like sending a guide into the mountains with a telegram. He took our application over the phone, a good 35-40 minutes and within one week he sent easedocs for electronic signing. But, you guessed it, our cash back at closing went down 2000. So, i never signed them. I called, texted, and emailed over the course of the next 12 days without a reply. Then, he calls in a panic and he needs us to write a letter to underwriting explaining why we live further away from work than "they would like" and that the address on a W2 is different than where my wife worked(her company has 750 different offices worldwide). I say no problem and hey what about my easedocs and the cashback. O, what? He thinks he remembers seeing something but our last name is similar to another unfortunate customer of his(its BECK, do'n't have a stroke trying to keep it seperated from ???). So, he will look into it. So, we get him the required docs within 1 hour and he goes dark again for over 14 more days, i kid you not. He took soooo long making corrections the second time around and i now know why. He flopped some digits towards his side and then 3 days prior to telling us we were ready to sign, that we would need to increase our loan amount by 1500 to get the money we initially wanted. Fine, do it. So, 72 hours goes by and the Notary is coming and we still haven't seen any electronic docs to sign like all legit lenders do. This is how they treat someone with an 820 credit score who makes decent income and has never, ever missed a mortgage payment. Not even the additional one we had to make because it took 52 days to close. My recommendation is to find someone that doesn't sling mortgages out of a horse drawn buggy and use homing pigeons for communication. Unprofessional, sneaky(by all appearances) and the guy who's initials are B.S. is the biggest bullshrr of them all. I wouldn't rec them to anyone.

Spring EQ was friendly, knowledgeable, very effecient, and fast.

This place is a joke. I called and spoke with Lisa who I provided the same documents to over and over again for about 5 weeks. Finally fed up with her lack of communication and customer service I asked for Lisa or a manager to call me regarding my concerns as I have emails proving I had already sent her my documents. Nobody ever called me and I received a letter in the mail denying me due to income. I went with a much better company who actually provides customer service and I was approved for much more than I was asking with my income. Homeowners do yourself a favor go somewhere else!

We found ourselves looking to use some of the equity in our home to complete a significant remodel of parts of our home. We did not want to refinance a great first already in place and began contacting the regular providers, including our bank to find a fixed HELOC. The typical places we reached out to were not doing HELOC's or 2nds. With some deeper research we found Spring EQ. Had not heard of them before so did some research which showed they are a good company. Called and talked with Jesse at Spring and the process was easy from that point forward. In 14 days we had the cash at a rate and payment that fit our needs perfectly. Professional, responsive with great service and attitude.
I will say there were some complaints on BBB so I read each one and they all seemed to be more a reflection of borrower issues and not Spring.

HORRIBLE...They started calling me about a roll over refi which wouldn't of cost me anything. Then somehow roped me into applying for a new FHA mortgage. The whole process took over 6 months to close. Every month the load officer told me not to pay my mortgage because we were closing and this went on for 3 months. when we finally close, which cost me over 6k to do so. later found out that my old Mortgage company reported me to the credit bureau and the delinquent had cause my credit score to take a nosedive. I would NEVER use them or recommend to anyone. The worst mortgage experience ever! .

It was a good process, a little slow because of Covid-19, the rate could be better but otherwise a great service, I will recommend it.

We wanted to take some of the equity out of our house to do some home improvements, so we reached out to several lenders including Spring EQ. After doing some research, we determined that Spring EQ's rates were very competitive plus they offered a variety of loan terms that the competition did not. The entire loan process took three weeks from initial conversation to funding of the loan. Customer service was excellent and the final documents were signed with the notary in our home ... couldn't have been any easier.

Spring EQ is proficient , professional, and performed in a way the other lenders couldn't touch. I had my loan approved and in hand in less than three weeks. All other lenders were talking months. I highly recommend them.

I would HIGHLY recommend Spring EQ as a lender. We had a great experience because of their seamless process and the professional, yet personable, representatives we worked with. From our first contact with the loan officer, we felt we were viewed as individuals and not just another business deal. They responded quickly to all our questions and kept us apprised of our status during each step of the process.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was told my HELOC would be done in less than 3 weeks last month and after get an approval, having my credit ran, appraisal, and submission of documents. All of a sudden I was told my debt to income ratio was too high. But it wasn't a problem during the application process if I paid some bills off. And I was never told what my DTI had to be after closing. Then I was told I had to take out a home equity loan if I wanted to move forward which i didn't want. I emailed Talia Ray Reed the loan officer 3 weeks ago and have not been told a thing. She hasn't returned my calls or answered any emails. How someone with a credit score of over 760, $200K of equity, and cash reserves can't get a heloc is beyond me. I will be taking my business else where.

The whole process was OUTSTANDING from the beginning to the end.

Reached out to Jon and explained to him about communication issues we had with previous companies regarding a refi, he assured us that communication was never going to be an issue and etc. After a few promising calls back and forth and reviewing our options, he never contacted us back after scheduling a call. Never followed up; no call, text, email, nothing. Not only did he not communicate but he seemed to have "disappeared" all of a sudden. My advice is don't go with this company. Communication is the biggest thing to watch for when it comes to your home, and clearly he and the company failed to follow with their promises.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Money was to be wired into our account on 2/22/21 . All documents were notarized and were to be priority shipped overnight . It is now 3/2 and still no money wired into our account. Just excuse after excuse. Very disappointed. I would not choose this company. Not to mention, our rate isn t that great bc we don t have a lot of equity in our house . Should of got a personal loan .

Inexperienced underwriters that do not know what they are doing. Unfortunately a waste of time. They take your appraisal fee and then you don't hear back from them

So quick and easy. The walked me through every step of the process, sent regular communication emails, and checked to see if everything was okay. This was the best experience that I have ever had with a home loan.

WORST COMPANY EVER. We were told 3 different things from the same person all on the same day. We had no faith in anything that was being told to us so we told the rep to withdraw our application.... I am still being harassed by the rep even though I have told him 3 different times to stop sending me emails. He claims he is just trying to help us. Nate Drummond should be avoided as your representative.

Very good experience with Spring EQ. No other lender was as professional as Spring EQ. They provided a loan at a great rate that fit our needs. Even when we hit a snag in the process, My representative walked me through all of my options and we were successful with the loan. They were always available and every expectation such as dates and signings were spot on. I highly recommend Spring EQ!

this company obtain my personal phone number and sent me text messages. Nothing is more intrusive than this. This is bad business and bad way of soliciting business. If I didn't give you my phone number personally, then you shouldn't be getting my phone number and contacting me directly.

Good company to work with everything was super easy and the team worked with me. Document portion is all online so that was great and they sent the title company to my house to finalize. I m in the middle of renovating my home and needed help and I appreciate them for everything.

This company specializes in Home Equity Loans. They work with you when traditional banks and lenders do not, especially when most traditional banks and lenders prefer cash out refinances rather than home equity loans. It allows you to take advantage of your home equity without having to redo your mortgage. They also are friendly and work with you to get you through the process to include balancing out your Debt-to-Income ratios and other items. I would use them again if I had to.

I needed a loan quickly and Spring EQ loan officers accommodated my requests in an efficient, trouble free manner in time to take care of my need.

Spring EQ did the same to me as a lot of others are reporting. They offered me this great loan to pay off all my debts and then their appraisal came in way lower than comps around this area. I sent documentation backing that up but they won't do the loan now because of debt to income ratio ,even though I have over $100,000 in equity. And like the others, my loan officer ghosted me and after reading these reviews I had to call for the loan officer's manager to tell me the truth. Shady.

Would never use this company again!! I needed clarification on paperwork a customer advocate email me there number wasn't list to get more infornation on what I needed. I called the loan service number several times no one called me back but when I first did the application didnt have a problem returning my call. I have excellent credit so I just took my business somewhere else.
