We are sad to add our voice to those who found this company to be unresponsive. After applying-we heard NOTHING from the company for almost 3 weeks. No responses to multiple emails and phone calls. Although their products have merits you might want to consider, we suspect that it will be a long process before you might know if you are approved or not. In our case, we were not approved, but it took three weeks before we were notified of our status; time that could have been spent pursuing other options

Nothing to show in the way of photos, but we were very happy with the whole process. We initially spoke with Jared and he was great and very helpful. We got the paperwork to them quickly and they moved pretty quick all things considered right now. I can't remember exact but roughly 25 days to close and get our money out of the house and it was a very easy process for us. We searched around and this was our best option and a rate under 3 so all good for us! Thanks
Eric Williams was a gem and easy to deal with. This is a secured loan, so do expect the paperwork to be more than an unsecured loan. Love the time-based HELOC program
I contacted this company and worked with Anthony M. Barbella Credit score of 754 and they said 723 Was looking for a long term loan for a camper and a work shop. They never got back after my application was submitted or replied to my emails. My solar company has a lien against the property was my guess underwriting would not have approved the loan however I did get a unsecured personal loan for the project I wanted to do. Check all your options is my advise for those reading these reviews and SPRING EQ needs to at least follow up with Applications Approved or denied . Deadbeat company s don t reply is my Review .
Terms were better than expected. Easy process. Helpful staff. Nearly everything was done online except a notary who came to my house with the closing package. Highly recommend this company!
I started working with these guys, seemed great and attentive at first, I was dealing with Matt westerfield, they were supposedly waiting on some quotes, then all of a sudden I could not get a call or an email back. It's no problem if we cant do business, or dont qualify, but super unprofessional to just abruptly stop responding, especially when they conveyed nothing but optimism that they would be able to assist.
They are terrible to work with! Qualify with one person, the next day you get a phone call that that person is gone and now your dealing with someone else. Send all required paperwork just to be sent emails from various people requesting same information over again, then you get to the end and all of a sudden they can t use my income because I am commission based. It s the only way I have EVER been paid in the 20+ years in my profession. Of course if we then just use my husband, it s the whole b.s. over again which the basically say, won t happen. We have been working with Spring EQ since the beginning of March and were supposed to close in 16 days . We have excellent credit, great income and no debt besides our mortgage but apparently that s not good enough. I then receive a text, yes you read that correctly, a TEXT from a different person saying that we might be better with another kind of loan option and we should schedule that. Seriously people? Oh and the best is, the manager now calls me to go over the reason why now all of a sudden they can t finalize our loan due to my commission pay. He then adds a second reason, which is now new to me as of that moment since we just talked to our loan officer yesterday about my commission pay, is because I am currently on freeload due to the Covid-19 pandemic! Are you serious right now!?!? I have a job buddy, I just can t go do it because the government says so. Stay away from this company!!
SpringEQ was great to work. I can t say enough about how good my experience was from the loan officer to the underwriter and management team. Hit some speed bumps along the way but they worked diligently to get it resolved and taken care of. From the 5 different lenders that called to try and obtain my business, I am extremely happy I chose SpringEQ!

My experience with Spring EQ was very positive. The entire process couldn't have been easier or quicker. From the time I contacted them to the loan funding was approximately two weeks. Throughout the process the loan officer Anthony and customer advocate Michael were very responsive to any questions I asked of them. I would work with them again without hesitation.
I am pleased with all aspects of the loan process and the personnel I dealt with. Spring EQ was truthful, efficient, and communicated promptly. I am however extremely surprised and disappointed that payments can NOT be made online! Hope they take action and provide this service to customers soon! Overall it was a smooth transaction and I am satisfied.
I m gonna give it 4 because everything was great no issues quick closing but I wanted the money wired into my account and not be given a check well they gave me a check and now my bank has a 10 day hold on it.

Worst experience my family and I had. Do not go with this company for anything. Do not waste your time. They give you the runaround and at the end try to trick you so they can decline your process, after investing a lot of time. They play with you.
It s a scam. Stay away from them! Like other review said, they will hire a third party appraisal so they can say that s independent opinion; if the appraisal comes in too low? No problem, give them another 700 for a full appraisal. Without anything, here goes almost 1000 bucks. When I told them we won t go with them and asked to delete our important documents from their site, here is the arrogant reply They are secure and encrypted will not go anywhere . I learned my lesson in a hard way and I hope you don t fall in this trap as I did!
I'd like to take a moment and commend the staff at Spring Eq on their follow up, and more importantly, their follow through. All have made the experience working with Spring Eq hassle free and satisfying. No time was wasted which was a comfort to me. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. A very condensed and fluid process. I would certainly recommend Spring EQ to family and friends.
The interest rate quoted was half what others were offering. The communication was excellent. Phone calls were answered when I had questions, email communication was also very prompt. Their portal allows you to log in and submit all files easily. You also get a portal dashboard that keeps you up to date with any changes or document requests. Also, Funding was done in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend getting your loan thru Spring EQ
I recently took out a loan in order to finance construction on my existing house - found this company, and the first thing out of the box they did was allow me to communicate by email. I'm busy and it's hard to get on the phone so it was nice to be able to have this quick easy communication aside from when I provided sensitive financial details. I got a quote within the same day, and all of the steps effortlessly laid out. My loan officer Joe Marcucci answered every question I had quickly. I had my cash in hand within two and a half weeks. Couldn't have asked for smoother or better.
This company is a joke! Took my money for an Appraisal that I handed them (had one) Saw in 2015 I was late on a payment that I proved I was not. Took $149 from me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
These folks were awesome! They took care of everything and the entire process took less than two weeks from start until the funds were transferred into our account. The process could've even been speedier, but we kind of took our time uploading some documents to them. Our experience was extremely pleasant and we would definitely recommend them to everyone.
