Spring EQ was a great company to work with. I am glad that I chose them. The process was fast. Everything finalized within 2 weeks. I was kept informed every step of the way. The secure portal was a great convenience to sign documents and upload requested documents. My LO, Bill was very professional and straight forward. The assigned Analyst, Teneeka was also professional and answered all of my questions promptly. Overall, Great Service with Spring EQ! I would definitely recommend them. I didn't give a 5 Star because I know typically they will transfer the account to another Lender, I am hoping the experience of professionalism will continue to be great.
