Bill Cellucci was great to work with. Very responsive to emails. My only complaint is about the appraisal process. The appraisal was NOT EVEN CLOSE, so I was not able to move forward. I m disappointed because I know what my home is worth and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report and no resolution to my problem.
