HORRIBLE...They started calling me about a roll over refi which wouldn't of cost me anything. Then somehow roped me into applying for a new FHA mortgage. The whole process took over 6 months to close. Every month the load officer told me not to pay my mortgage because we were closing and this went on for 3 months. when we finally close, which cost me over 6k to do so. later found out that my old Mortgage company reported me to the credit bureau and the delinquent had cause my credit score to take a nosedive. I would NEVER use them or recommend to anyone. The worst mortgage experience ever! .
