A decision was made in 15 minutes. Negative results without knowing our complete history. I have 750 credit rating my wife not so good but I earn enough to pay my bills plus a 200k home loan. For an equity loan! Never defaulted on the current loan we have for 20 plus years. We earn 150k combined income, asked for 80% equity of our house and the results were negative and trying to get a refinance from customers to pay the big fees. Don t recommend this company for anyone.
