Do not fall for the 95% loan offer. IT IS to good to be true. Very shady dealings with an appraiser. You WILL NOT get what your house is actually worth, which is why they offer 95%. Do yourself a favor and go with a trustful company that offers less of a loan. You ll be much better off and not have to waste upfront money!
