We wanted to take some of the equity out of our house to do some home improvements, so we reached out to several lenders including Spring EQ. After doing some research, we determined that Spring EQ's rates were very competitive plus they offered a variety of loan terms that the competition did not. The entire loan process took three weeks from initial conversation to funding of the loan. Customer service was excellent and the final documents were signed with the notary in our home ... couldn't have been any easier.
