My experience in the loan process was great. From start to finish things went very smoothly. My biggest complaint is how hard it is to get information on my loan now that it is being serviced. I can't get any info online and when I call in I am getting an answering machine. Seems very unprofessional. Websites with information on the loan are the bare minimum standard these days and being able to accept payments is something that all financial companies should have... most do.
