Spring EQ did the same to me as a lot of others are reporting. They offered me this great loan to pay off all my debts and then their appraisal came in way lower than comps around this area. I sent documentation backing that up but they won't do the loan now because of debt to income ratio ,even though I have over $100,000 in equity. And like the others, my loan officer ghosted me and after reading these reviews I had to call for the loan officer's manager to tell me the truth. Shady.
