We found ourselves looking to use some of the equity in our home to complete a significant remodel of parts of our home. We did not want to refinance a great first already in place and began contacting the regular providers, including our bank to find a fixed HELOC. The typical places we reached out to were not doing HELOC's or 2nds. With some deeper research we found Spring EQ. Had not heard of them before so did some research which showed they are a good company. Called and talked with Jesse at Spring and the process was easy from that point forward. In 14 days we had the cash at a rate and payment that fit our needs perfectly. Professional, responsive with great service and attitude.
I will say there were some complaints on BBB so I read each one and they all seemed to be more a reflection of borrower issues and not Spring.
