Disappointing experience. Service person reviewed my application and indicated appraisal info on my home appeared to be about $390k. I had a full appraisal completed in Aug/Sept 2017 at $377k for a re-fi. They completed "drive by" for a fee in Feb/Mar 2018 and had copy of full appraisal but "drive by" came back less than full appraisal. Amazing given homes in the area are selling for $380k+ and home across the street is listed for $475k. As a result told me they could not help due to % of equity. Complete Nonsense!! Wasted time and money - disappointing! I do believe service person did her best but appraisal person fell short.
