Reached out to Jon and explained to him about communication issues we had with previous companies regarding a refi, he assured us that communication was never going to be an issue and etc. After a few promising calls back and forth and reviewing our options, he never contacted us back after scheduling a call. Never followed up; no call, text, email, nothing. Not only did he not communicate but he seemed to have "disappeared" all of a sudden. My advice is don't go with this company. Communication is the biggest thing to watch for when it comes to your home, and clearly he and the company failed to follow with their promises.
