There are many satisfied Spring EQ clients, but I am not one of them. I started my application for refinance in November 2020 after explaining that I am self-employed and asking whether they would be able to navigate the additional requirements. They assured me that it was easy and that I would be approved. They pulled my credit, ordered an apprasial (which I paid for), they pulled my credit and I was told that my LTV ratio was excellent, as was my credit. I quickly provided requested documentation and as the months ticked along, I asked for updates and was told that getting approved was becoming an issue.

Five months later, they've told me that I'm not approved. I'm starting again with another lender. The rates have now increased, my credit has been pulled so rating has decreased and I have an appraisal which may or may not be useful.
