Our sales associate Omar Alkhalaf was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He provided great knowledge about the different vehicles types and truly showed an interest in making sure we were satisfied. Buying a new car can be difficult at times but thanks to Omar and the managers at Jeep Dodge and Chrysler my wife and I couldn t be happier!

I have to admit I read a few reviews from several websites and was skeptical about going in and speaking to anyone at this dealership, but in the end I am glad I did. It was very nice working with Angello on my new lease. He is such a great salesman! He helped me get exactly what I wanted (Durango with specific packages) for a very good price. He was very kind and provided lots of patience. He and Bill M. made the car leasing experience a breeze. Thanks again guys.

Had an appointment for simple oil change. At check in was informed that I would be waiting for at least 2 and a half hours, despite appointment. I questoned the need for an appointment
and was told, ITS JUST THE WAY IT IS. I am presently well into my second hour and STILL WAITING, without explanation or comfort from anyone working here! People just walk around and pretend that your invisible! Really dastardly way to do business!

Great experience!! Highly Recommend!! Not like other dealerships that try to either take advantage of you or by telling you they have the vehicle on their lot only for you to get there and its not there. I spoke with Anthony over the phone and he was able to give me a quote for the vehicle I was interested in and more importantly promised to have the vehicle there when I arrived. (Driving from PA) When I showed up at the dealer, the car was washed and parked in front of the dealership. Erick Inoa was there to greet me and was amazing with the whole deal. He walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. It was one of the easiest transactions I have encountered at a dealership. Make sure you go see Erick and Anthony if you are in the market for a vehicle. They will not steer you wrong!! I will be telling everyone to take their business to 46Jeep for sure!

Their,service department is top rate, fair price and great service. It's worth the drive and I chose this dealeeship over 2 others (Ramsey and Paramus) because of their great service, even a simple,oil change they treat you right.

I just traded my Jeep Wrangler and they give me the best value for my car and great deal on the new grand cherokee . Amar and Adam were a great help. He did his best to make sure I got the best deal and the monthly payment I could afford.

I took my truck in for a recall. I was instructed to leave my vehicle in service and go in to fill out paperwork. I left my keys in the cup holder for when they needed to move my truck because there were people behind me.

When they were done with my truck, they had separated my truck key along with other keys off my key ring. They lost the keys to my work trailer and I had to cut the lock off to get to work.

After you get work done they also call you and tell you a sob story about how if you don t give them all 5 stars on their survey then they won t get paid.

This place is awful and I won t ever come back.

It is actually the worst I have visited. I bought my 2016 renegade at another dealership in East Hanover but FCA sent me to drop my vehicle to this location for the 10 day final repair before going into the Lemon law NJ. Due to transmission issues. But when I went to pick up the car it was damaged. They put 429 miles on it and damaged my black premium rims and scratches on both front doors, damaged my premium seat covers as well. All that besides being so dirty outside and inside. I haven't picked up my car since then until they fix it. That was around 4 weeks ago
Do not take your car for service here. I can't speak about the sales department but I wouldn't buy from them either.

On Friday 1/22/16, I drove to Rt46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge location and wanted to trade my 2006 Honda Civic for a newer car or suv. My civic just made it to the location because my clutch was burning out as I was driving there.
I walked in and found David. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every car that he showed me. He was very friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my time there. I felt like family.
I told him that I was looking for an SUV or 4 door sedan. Him and his finance team was able to put me in a 2011 Mazda CX-7 which is something that I really liked.
I would recommend that anyone looking for a quality service and cars to go visit David O'neal at the Chrysler Jeep Dodge on RT 46.

Service sucks, literally been waiting for 6:30 hours and counting unbelievable.

I just traded in my old truck for a great 2016 Ram 1500. The salesperson Carter was very professional and worked to get me the best deal. I am satisfied with this dealer in US-46 in Little Falls, NJ.

Tried to get a date to get a key FOB programmed. I bought the key fob from them and then they told me it would take weeks to schedule a date to get it programmed.

Now 4 weeks later my son called me from college and said the car is telling him that the key fob is not recognized.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !!!

Arrived for oil change this morning at 7am. I was asked if I had an appointment. Never in the three and a half years since I bought the car from this place have I been asked that concerning an oil change! Was told I had to wait an hour and a half before anyone would begin work. Then was told the techs don t come in until 8am. This means the 5 guys standing there do not know how to change oil. Also means the techs must start at 8:30 since I was told an hour and a half wait time. What is the exact procedure for an oil change?
I hope to get rid of this car altogether so I do NOT have to deal with this dealership anymore.

This place is HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. first of all I traded my 2015 car for a 2016 car and I payed my downpayment and everything went great until the registration didn't come back as quickly as I thought so I had temporary plates put on my car until it came back but it was going to expire in 7 days so I called the manager ADAM. And he told me "don't worry about it if I get any tickets or issues with the expired plates they will pay for it " so on day 9 ..2 days after the plates expired i come out my home and my car is GONE come to find out my car got towed for EXPIRED PLATES I ended up missing work and had to pay nearly $300 dollars to GET MY OWN CAR out and the dealership is withholding the money I paid to get MY OWN CAR OUT because the company that had the title to my old car sent it to them and they lost it in the mail this has been going on for 2 MONTHS NOW so im being punished for THEM losing the title in the mail which ADAM SAID THEY WILL PAY FOR ...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST I WILL REPORT THIS PLACE TO THE BBB...THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE MOBEEN AND ADAM ARE HORRIBLE

Complete scam artists. Look at their Yelp ratings. They pull every scummy trick and you can be hoodwinked if you aren't careful.

Be careful at this place, I tried to lease a Jeep on 2 separate times and they tried pulling the same thing on me, how much do you want to pay a month . Then throwing a feeler at me for 500 a month. I said just be honest with me and give me a fait price. They immediately lowered to 400 a month. I feel bad for all the people the rip off and take their first offer.

Dropped my leased jeep 2017 on 11/20/18 for service for a clanging sound on the left side of the vehicle, a few days later got a call from service department specialist saying they found the sound and they were going oil it up and they would contacted once completed...didn t spoke to someone again until 12/05 saying that my car was ready since nov 24th so they had to charged $45 dollars per day for rental vehicle totaling $500 dollars. Upon my discontent with the lack of professionalism I complained to the Service Mgr Don who said he would check his phones records to ensure no one spoke to me nov 24th. 3 days later i have not received a called from Mgr Don who said itll take atleast 24 hours. Jeep stills has the same sound I brought it in originally for service.

Please BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I purchased a car with 54k miles. By 65k I have replaced the tires and the brakes already. The "warranty" they claimed I got with the car was a "portfolio" warranty and after 3 months they claimed the 25k mile warranty was void. Yes they got me a loan with awful credit. That's why I gave them 2 stars.

Absolute joke. Bought a new Jeep brought the car in for a complimentary car wash. It ended up getting scratched at the car wash and they promised to replace the part. Three weeks later i brought the car in waited an hour and they told me they ordered the wrong part. It only took them an hour to figure out they had the wrong part. Spend your money someplace else

Very nice people as soon as I pulled up on the lot. Best car experience ive ever had. Car seller Tom McHugh is one of, if not the nicest people in that place. Between Tom's smooth talking and nice personality he sold me the best possible car. I give Tom and the jeep dealer a 10/10

Worst car experience ever. We bought our Jeep Wrangler here. It took them hours before we could drive away with it. Finally, by the they gave us our car, they were closing, it was dark... As we pulled out of their driveway, we were waved down by someone in the parking lot, a headlight was out and then we noticed the oil light was on. Because it was so late, we had to return the next day to get this fixed. Within that time I noticed that the hands free talk was not working, something that our sealsman told us was included in the car. It was very important to me that the car had this feature which I had expressed to him. I brought the car back they said everything had been fixed. I get the car home and the phone system was still not working. I brought the car back again and they told me it was fixed this time, once I got the car home it still was not working. I brought the car back a third time and they told me it does not have this feature. Ok so car sealsman lied or was "mistaken". No big deal, they'll
Just install it because we were told it had it . The manager told me
To come down and he'll see what he can do. I get there(we live an hour away) and he ignores me, leaving me with the salesman who sold me the car and caused this inconvenience. Six hours later of going back and forth with a whole lot of unnecessary drama from the salesman storming off to his buddies and ignoring me for blocks of time. The manager finally agreed to sit down with me and says he can't do anything for me. If I had notified him of this issue earlier he would be able to put the feature in the car with no problem-- hello - I was there immediately after we purchased it and notified the salesman and the service dept of this issue. Still he just shrugged and said I could pay half the amount and they will put it in. I googled the cost of this device and it was half the amount to purchase it elsewhere with installation. So that was bs. Horrible. I ended up having to walk out after an all-day fiasco pregnant exhausted and totally pissed off. Drove an hour home, wasted a whole day for nothing. These guys will tell you what you what to hear to make a sale and be your best friend. Don't count on anything afterward but backstabbing lying inconsiderate unprofessional fools. Please go elsewhere to purchase your car!!!

I also had problems with my plates that they weren t coming in on time and my temporary ones had expired. At the time, i had a new salesman, Ramon, who told me if i was issued a ticket they would take care of it which was total bs.After countless calls, they were finally in. I leased a jeep wrangler and drove it a year and few months with no problem. Soon after, started having engine problems and it was a 2016 vehicle. Went december last year and they fixed it. They were confident the problem would not persist. However, i am currently making a service apt for the same issue that has been ongoing for about a month now once again and the hold time right now is ridiculous.

Gabriel Dominguez was really helpful, from the moment I walked into the dealership. I checked in and he was prepared for my arrival he knew which vehicle i was looking for and had the keys ready! He showed me where the vehicle was and i went for a test drive the used vw gti was pristine, and i fell in love with it from the second i felt the acceleration. Honestly have never been so upset with a dealerships sales team. I bought my 2017 jeep almost a year ago and had a decent experience. Unfortunatly when i brought my boyfriend back 3 times we had a horrible experience 3 times in a row as the salesman i delt with is no longer at this dealership. They go on and on about how they push 600 cars a month out just like the rest of the dealerships in this area. Everyone knows the games dealerships play these days. This most recent time was by far the worst because we delt with an inventory manager who should ve worked with us the most. I will not be returning my 2017 wrangler back to this dealership, i will be going elsewhere. I will also make the 4/5 people i refered there do the same!

Everyone was very nice. I was just very displeased with how I received my vehicle. I was told my vehicle would be ready in a half an hour because it was going to be cleaned. Instead, it took about 3 hours. Thankfully I left and came back when they called me. When I received my vehicle, it looked like nothing had been done to it. I thought the car was supposed to be detailed before giving it to the customer. Horrible job done by whoever cleaned the vehicle. I could of done a better job myself and for the money I am paying I would expect it to look almost brand new.

I am writing this review to talk about my pleasent experience I had at route 46 little falls chrysler jeep dodge. This was my first time ever purchasing a car on my own and what could have been a very stressful time turned into a very smooth and pleasant experience! The reason I had this experience was because of my salesman, Bill Murillo. He was extremely patient and couldn't have been a bigger help. He spent the whole day with me and helped me with everything I needed help with. I walked into the dealership in the morning and at night drove away in my brand new jeep! Thanks to Bill, my experience was great! I will be sure to be back when I need another new car!

I bought my very own first car from this dealership on 5/22/17. It was a 2013 Civic SI. At first I thought they were great for getting me an affordable deal on this car. But weeks later I soon realized that, that's all I was. A deal. They just wanted my money. After I signed a deal with a car trade-in, which was my mother's, I had to wait on my plates. After waiting for two weeks I called in and got the run-arounds and a lot of answering machines with no call backs. My temp license plate then expired and they still told me that I had to wait till possibly next Tuesday or Wednesday. Around this time it was 6/7/17. My temp expired 6/10/17 and I still don't have my license plates. I can't drive around with an "illegal" car on the road. Be aware that I'm only 20 years old and on my own insurance. I can't afford any tickets. Anyways, it's 6/15/17 and I still have not received any phone calls or my plates. I wouldn't recommend going here for whatever reasons. And after 3 weeks they finally decided to pay off my old car after I told them that I was still receiving the bill. They told me not to worry, that they'll pay it off. It just got paid off 6/14/17. As a first time car buyer, I won't be purchasing any other vehicles from this dealership. Also, they didn't even give me my second spare key.

I met with Ricardo. I went to the dealership with two vehicles in mind. Both very similar but a few minor option differences (did a little of my own homework). After a test drive of both vehicles, we were able to come to a price that was fair for myself and the dealership. While waiting to complete the process we were made to feel comfortable and explained everything as the process was completed. My new vehicle cleaned and ready by the time we were ready to leave.

I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade and was due for my oil change. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was under the impression that my truck only needed half synthetic oil, but it actually needs complete synthetic. The technicians were very helpful in telling me what I needed and what service was going to be completed. On top of that they provided me with a courtesy because I was not informed initially about what type of oil I needed. I will definitely be going back to them, they beat out all of the other Jeep dealerships/service in the tri-state area.

I worked with Ricardo to try and buy my used Focus St. Ricardo was very quick to get the car ready for me and worked hard to get me the best price he could on the car. I was in and out very happy with the price of the car in about 2 hours. When I came back to finalize the paperwork, the car was clean and looked great. These guys are the best!!! Went above and beyond helping the hubby find what he wanted. Hours and hours, even staying late. He got rid of his Toyota and got a Ram 1500.
