Worst car experience ever. We bought our Jeep Wrangler here. It took them hours before we could drive away with it. Finally, by the they gave us our car, they were closing, it was dark... As we pulled out of their driveway, we were waved down by someone in the parking lot, a headlight was out and then we noticed the oil light was on. Because it was so late, we had to return the next day to get this fixed. Within that time I noticed that the hands free talk was not working, something that our sealsman told us was included in the car. It was very important to me that the car had this feature which I had expressed to him. I brought the car back they said everything had been fixed. I get the car home and the phone system was still not working. I brought the car back again and they told me it was fixed this time, once I got the car home it still was not working. I brought the car back a third time and they told me it does not have this feature. Ok so car sealsman lied or was "mistaken". No big deal, they'll
Just install it because we were told it had it . The manager told me
To come down and he'll see what he can do. I get there(we live an hour away) and he ignores me, leaving me with the salesman who sold me the car and caused this inconvenience. Six hours later of going back and forth with a whole lot of unnecessary drama from the salesman storming off to his buddies and ignoring me for blocks of time. The manager finally agreed to sit down with me and says he can't do anything for me. If I had notified him of this issue earlier he would be able to put the feature in the car with no problem-- hello - I was there immediately after we purchased it and notified the salesman and the service dept of this issue. Still he just shrugged and said I could pay half the amount and they will put it in. I googled the cost of this device and it was half the amount to purchase it elsewhere with installation. So that was bs. Horrible. I ended up having to walk out after an all-day fiasco pregnant exhausted and totally pissed off. Drove an hour home, wasted a whole day for nothing. These guys will tell you what you what to hear to make a sale and be your best friend. Don't count on anything afterward but backstabbing lying inconsiderate unprofessional fools. Please go elsewhere to purchase your car!!!
