Had an appointment for simple oil change. At check in was informed that I would be waiting for at least 2 and a half hours, despite appointment. I questoned the need for an appointment
and was told, ITS JUST THE WAY IT IS. I am presently well into my second hour and STILL WAITING, without explanation or comfort from anyone working here! People just walk around and pretend that your invisible! Really dastardly way to do business!
