Not confident in the service technicians. 2012 jeep liberty- Brake light was on and they claimed to have bled the brake line and replaced a wire. Within 30-60 days, the brake light came on again. When I took it back, they claimed it was brake pads I needed. Turns out it was indeed the brake line again. I almost got into an accident. They did not tighten the line so, air seeped in causing my brakes to be weak and not stop properly.I will not be going back. It's unfortunate, because I've been going here for the past two years. I do not recommended this dealer for any of your car service needs.

5 stars just is not enough!!! The best car buying or leasing experience ever!!! The staff is all so accommodating and friendly. They really strive to make sure you are happy with the choices you are making and that all your needs are met. I've been to Rt 46 Dodge before to lease a 2013 Dodge Dart. I was looking to save some money at the time and Sterling helped me out big time. When I was ready to buy a Dodge Charger I went to sterling again. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and again Sterling made it happen. He was very honest about whats available, what can, and what can't be done. He ended up factory ordering a vehicle for me so it had everything I wanted. I definitely recommend going to see Sterling at Route 46.

drove all the way up after a friend recently purchased a car from route 46! the first thing i noticed was how huge the place was. it was new and clean. Mike Managano helped me out from start to finish was was just about as helpful as I could ask for. We picked out a beautiful new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014, we walked out back and there was just a sea of vehicles ready to be sold. so many colors and options to choose from. mike pointed me in the right direction. I got a great price on my trade in which i was trying to sell privately forever!! After negotiating the numbers quickly and picking the lease term I wanted, Frank Mirabella helped do the paperwork. I was in and out of that office pretty quick. By the time I was done the car was all cleaned up and ready to roll. Mike gave me a hand putting all of my personal stuff from my old car into the new one. Threw the temp tag on and I was on the road again! Fast and easy which is something you don't normally get from a car dealership. I would send anyone here everyone was great couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks mike

From the Start to the End this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My Salesman RJ was on top of everything and the process was a smooth and quick process. They handled everything with my lease return which made things alot easier.

Mike was busy with other customers yet he very much respected my tight time constraints and made sure I was taken care of as quick as possible. I'd highly recommend buying a car from him!!

I've been taking my Jeep to their service dept sin...

I've been taking my Jeep to their service dept since 2005, and they'er the best...but their sales dept is the worst. Always whined up leasing my jeep from some where else (Teterboro / DeCozen). Been to there Sales dept. 3 times this year with the promises of getting me into a new jeep and three times I've left so disappointed and upset. Even explained my situation over the phone, so that I wouldn't have to waste anybody's time...and they always told "Don't worry about it, I promise I will get you into a new Jeep". So it looks like I'll be taking my business else AGAIN!!!

So this is by far the worst place to purchase a vehicle not only did they place a different name on the cat so my services gave me issues everytime but they also haggle you with prices even if you come in with a pre-approved loan. I paid an extra 2000 for no reason just as a down payment that never went towards the car it just went to the sales rep as a bonus for making the sale.

I come to this dealership for oil changes. The people and the work they do is great, however the wait is horrible. On a Saturday with an appointment it at least a 2 hour wait. This had been the case every time I have come here for the past 2-3 years. Today, Wednesday with a suggested 2:00 appointment it s now going on over an hour. I m sitting across from someone who has been here since I got here. He s out cold. He s been sleeping for the past hour. I understand there is a limited amount of garage space, limiting the amount of cars being worked on at one time. Since increasing the building size is not a realistic solution, management needs to work on how they can reduce the amount of waiting time and or provide loaner cars. I do not believe the owners of this establishment would rate anyone highly if they were to sit and wait 2 hours for any service, whether it s an oil change, Dr visit, or any service. Management needs to be the customer to understand the inconvenience. There are Six Sigma Lean processes that would increase productivity and minimize the customer s wait time. It s time someone looked into the situation. It s been 1 1/2 hrs and I m still not done.

Today(9/25/20) i had chance to talk to Taylor on the phone and made an appointment for 5.30pm but she wasnt available when i arrive at appointment time . so i met Bob in person to test drive Jeep wrangler but the way Bob were behaving, it seems like he dont care. Bob was rushing, he seems like dont have time to answer customer questions even tho i told him im planning to lease within next weeks. Since he was rushing i couldnt even get chance to test drive the car. Poor customer service, i will never come back to this place.

I did went there after a phone call from a old male telling me about getting me into a car with no credit or or deposit problems and I did spend with this lady about 3 r hours trying to sell me a $15 to 20 dollars car deal. I told them that didn't want to spend that kind of money. My time was wasted there I I did walk out by this car dealer laying to customers. They should be doing that at all. And not only that I told this sales lady or from finance that I want low possible car payments and she wants me to pay around 3 to 4 hundred dollars plus a full coverage. All lies. New customers and low budget people like me be for the look out with this cars dealership like this one and others that all are liers. Good luck..

This is the most unprofessional service department I have ever had to deal with. Customer care is a joke. My lease can not end soon enough so I will never have to deal with this dealership again. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from this Auto Group. The 1st 2 cars I bought from the Nissan branch and the 3rd was from the Chrysler Branch. Although the payments "Changed" at the time of sale on my last car, that is not why I have an issue with the dealership. I have an issue because I actually tried making a deal for a 4th car within a week and I got a run around for 5 days. They made me an offer on the car and then realized they could not honor the deal. Had they simply told me that I would have accepted that response, but instead they strung me along for 5 days only to tell me they could not make the deal.
The Sales staff at the RT 46 Jeep Dodge Chrysler simply embody EVERYTHING we all think of Car Salesman...

WARNING: You will be risking the lives of your passengers and yourself if you use this location. I brought my vehicle here for a tire rotation and break service. $540 later I'm driving on the highway with my family and the both rear wheels start to come off. The technician couldn't be bothered with tightening the lug nuts on EITHER rear wheel. I called twice to complain to a manager and report the situation; NO ONE would address my concerns or take my call. I've issued a formal complaint to JEEP and recommend that you have your vehicle re-inspected by REAL Technicians and professionals if you've had the misfortune of bringing your vehicle to this location. Besides being over priced, their work and ethics are questionable at best.

One word. "Painless" experience. You read so many horror stories about dealer service centers with cars being brought in for service and sitting there for weeks, delays etc. My car broke down Friday, road side assistance had my towed in Friday evening without me waiting around and they allowed us to drop keys off in the drop box. I got a call from the service dept. On Saturday that the car is there and they're looking at it. By Monday my car was fixed and ready to go. I'd highly recommend a dealership that takes such good care of their clients.

If you want to be rip off this is the right place. I bought a car here on 2016 I paid for my bad credit at the time. they used most of my downpayment in GAP insurances, ok I didnt get it back then. But when I trade this car for a new one with better interest and low payments. I was trying to recover some money. Guess what this people recieved the check from the Gap Company sent me a form to be sing by me but I never recieve my money back. More that 50 calls and they dont pick up phone calls, not one want to be responsible for answer questions. This is happening since March 2017 and still not recieve my money back.

I had the most stressful experience ever with this...

I had the most stressful experience ever with this dealership this week. I made an appointment for diagnostic testing on my vehicle, that I have only had for 1 year and a few months. The appointment processing was not that bad, I was patient with them due to a recent flooding and the receptionist explained the delay in creating appointments. BUT! I was annoyed the most with the inconsistent information. I was told one price by one worker, another by price by another. In the end, I was just fully annoyed with the miscommunication between staff. I also was told THREE different things about my warranty which just even made me more upset. I spend WAY more than I intended and only got 1 of my issue resolved which is annoying for me. I did not like this experience and I am upset with the service. I ask to speak to a manager, and still have not heard anything from any manager. I tried to be patient, but the amount of information that was not explained or just did not make sense. This experience was by far the most annoyance I have dealt with. Gio, service rep, did explain a decent amount but I am still annoyed with the experience and with what happened.

My salesman, Marvin Belton, went above and beyond ! He was patient and listened to my needs. He was not pushy. He had great follow up asking how he could earn my business. Well now that I am driving my new Jeep Compass I can say he definitely earned my business and my trust.

Service: Just had my second oil change and can't say enough about the service. I dropped off the car thinking the wait would be too long and I was barely home and they called and said "your car is ready!".
Plus the basic oil change is free w my lease! Such a great feeling the week of xmas - to not spend $$!

There are a few individuals that are nice, helpful and go out of the way to help. However, the business is currently involved in a class action suit. Bergen County Prosecutor's office has been in contact with me regarding the suit. Personally, never let them owe you anything regardless of the amount because they will give you the run-around. I am currently filing complaints regarding money owed to me for the balance of an extended warranty that was not used because the vehicle was traded in before the warranty expiration. It has been months and them have found ever excuse in the book to avoid paying me monies owed to me.

I brought my Chrysler Town & Country in for scheduled service and they performed a 26 point inspection.
The technician found out that the front CV joint was leaking.
I did not know that there was a problem.
They replaced the front drive shaft in the car, under warranty, free of charge.
Thank you Route 46 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge maintenance shop.
Your service department was excellent and I got the car back in one day.

Came to the showroom at a given appointment after driving for 3 hours,car wasnt there. Didnt let me test drive. Nobody mentioned they were closing early. The price that was negotiated, they didnt want to give it to me anymore. Ridiculous. Wasted my time and money. Went to Garden City dodge and they were great. They accomodated me and I was able to get a car from them

Very quick service I brought my 2015 Dodge Durango R/T for oil change and put my navegation to update and they gave me a very good price and was done within about an hour!. I felt it was a good price compared to other places. I also bought my car here and they gave me the best price possible and I love my car! I also want to say the showroom is packed with nice cars.

Sales person was good and responsive as far as getting photos, let them know it was a 6 hour drive to get there so trying to get as much done before heading down. After calling the bank and getting info apparently someone offered more than their advertised price so no longer can make a deal. Coincidence both days I inquire on the vehicle there was someone going to look at it but they did not purchase it and now someone offered offered more than listed price.... Either playing the typical "sales" game or just poor communication.

A neighbor told me to go here so I called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for in stock and they did, first of all. Not many dealerships had the truck I was looking for.
I was introduced to Jr. Villlanueva upon my arrival and he took me straight to the truck I was looking for. JR listened to everything I was talking about and did not once try to push a sale. That alone impressed me. He then worked out a small discount for my involvement as a first responder. The finance department worked tirelessly to find me the right deal and I drove the truck home that night.
I normally don't buy through dealerships because of past experiences but JR did a great job in restoring my faith in at least this dealership.

2/4/20-What an awful morning. I don t know whether...

2/4/20-What an awful morning. I don t know whether this place sucks or the one in Teterboro (As per service receptionist there they were booked for the next couple months. I had an appointment with this dealership (Little Falls) for today 9AM. I pull my vehicle up for service. I speak to the white guy with glasses (I don't remember his name). He told me that he cannot service my vehicle because I did not purchase my vehicle here and the 3rd party warranty they do not accept at this location. Also, that they DO NOT PROVIDE LOANERS. I was told that I have to go to the other location where I purchased my vehicle because it is within 40 miles of where you live. (Which does not make sense because I can go to any JEEP dealer as I wish) So, now they had my vehicle removed from the service area at this location. I called the Jeep HQ and they apologized for this locations behavior and stated to me that they CAN service my vehicle here. I go back inside and discuss this situation with the white guy with glasses, manager , and the receptionist. The receptionist told me that she had my appointment set up as WELL AS MY LOANER ready to go for this location. The white guy with the glasses stated to me that they do not provide loaner vehicles at this location which is a total lie. I asked the receptionist (Cynthia) who was very nice about where is the loaner vehicle section and she told me where to go. At this point is is 10:30AM and they were able to start servicing my vehicle. There were no apologies or anything like that to me as a very irritated customer. I got more apologies from the JEEP Headquarters and from my 3rd part warranty location. My point being is that WHY MUST YOU LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IN REGARDS TO SERVICES. My experience with Jeep dealers have been awful. The service they provide at the service department is below satisfactory and re-training must by done ASAP. I received a missed phone call from the Jeep dealership and it was when they were about to close. I called back within 2 minutes and they receptionist stated that all the workers had left for the day. I asked her what is going on with my vehicle and she did not know. Once again a customer is left in the dark.
2/5/20- Early morning, I had to keep calling for an update on my vehicle. No staff ever calls to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. It has been 24 hours for a diagnosis to be completed. I called and Joe stated my vehicle is ready to be picked up. (If I did not call to ask about the update no one would have called me back.) Long story short it is currently 6PM and I received my vehicle back. Joe handed the paperwork to the receptionist rather than going over what was done with my vehicle. The manager came over and stated, Oh hey I remember you with a big smile on his face (Only if he had a smile on his face the first time we met yesterday and understood the situation about how his staff need to get it together it would have been alright. It is funny that a customer has to be on hold for about 20 minutes meanwhile the staff are all giggling and having fun. If you do not want to work let someone else who is more passionate work and take care of the customers. Zero communication skills/people skills within this dealership. The receptionists have more people skills than anyone there. 2 Stars because of the receptionists and Joe.

Had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. They didn't have a key for my locked lug nuts which they said the did and never told me. Kind of gave me the run around, kept saying 5 or 10 minutes which turned into another hour. Ended up having to cut them off. Only thing good was they didn't charge me for the new lug nuts which I shouldn't have had to pay for anyway. Was my first time there, hoping the next is much better.
