I took my truck in for a recall. I was instructed to leave my vehicle in service and go in to fill out paperwork. I left my keys in the cup holder for when they needed to move my truck because there were people behind me.

When they were done with my truck, they had separated my truck key along with other keys off my key ring. They lost the keys to my work trailer and I had to cut the lock off to get to work.

After you get work done they also call you and tell you a sob story about how if you don t give them all 5 stars on their survey then they won t get paid.

This place is awful and I won t ever come back.
