Dropped my leased jeep 2017 on 11/20/18 for servic...

Dropped my leased jeep 2017 on 11/20/18 for service for a clanging sound on the left side of the vehicle, a few days later got a call from service department specialist saying they found the sound and they were going oil it up and they would contacted once completed...didn t spoke to someone again until 12/05 saying that my car was ready since nov 24th so they had to charged $45 dollars per day for rental vehicle totaling $500 dollars. Upon my discontent with the lack of professionalism I complained to the Service Mgr Don who said he would check his phones records to ensure no one spoke to me nov 24th. 3 days later i have not received a called from Mgr Don who said itll take atleast 24 hours. Jeep stills has the same sound I brought it in originally for service.
