I also had problems with my plates that they weren t coming in on time and my temporary ones had expired. At the time, i had a new salesman, Ramon, who told me if i was issued a ticket they would take care of it which was total bs.After countless calls, they were finally in. I leased a jeep wrangler and drove it a year and few months with no problem. Soon after, started having engine problems and it was a 2016 vehicle. Went december last year and they fixed it. They were confident the problem would not persist. However, i am currently making a service apt for the same issue that has been ongoing for about a month now once again and the hold time right now is ridiculous.
