Honestly I can't believe it was so easy to work everything out so fast and they're so true to their word. I really appreciate Sebastian, Michell and Neal as they were able to make everything happen without breaking a sweat. I admire how patient they were to explain every little nitty gritty detail. An extra sticker goes to Sebastian for driving the car from Yonkers to Williamsburg, so we didn't have to change our schedules on Memorial Day weekend.

Horrible service! Took four months to get my tags and they denied fault until I went to the dmv and proved it.

I went there with the anticipation of leasing a car however, after looking at the car I wanted the prices were outrageous. I honestly shared what prices I had to compare from other places but the guy looked at me as if I didn't know what I was saying and literally just ignored me. I wonder if I were a man, would he have listened to what I had to say, I know about cars & finances as well! This was a waste of my time and a big disappointment as many of my friends recommended this place, but I'm sure they will change their mind once they hear about my experience. I felt rushed and the guy kept saying "it's the beginning of the month, nobody is looking to meet their monthly goal," I thought that was unacceptable because his job is to get a sale and not tell me that if I don't buy anything, he still has time to meet his goal. He was rushing me to just leave pretty much. Didn't even try to offer me a better deal or other options, which I was very much open to!

I would not even give them one star. My girlfriend bought a car from Mat M (M and M). We don't live anywhere near there however they still had the model and year car we wanted. Upon purchase they only had one key to the car. Fastfoward 2 months later, I called to find out about the key and I am transfered from one obnoxious person to another being told they don't know what I'm saying. Finally I spoke to my salesman himself and he told me I am not being flexible. I'm sorry, I have a lease and a limit on my miles. Why am I wasting 70 miles to come get the key when it was the dealer's fault. Furthermore, we tried to do it when we were in the area and were told oh well change your plans, you're not beig flexible. What can I say? A car is a big ticket item and I'd expect a dealer to be nothing but accommodating. The people here at Central Ave jeep are obnoxious and disgusting! We are getting another jeep in October and I would never ever go back there!! Absolutely terrible!

I have to say im very impressed with the service provided by my salesman Jarred Daniels. He was very professional and knowlegable during and after the sale. If you are in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge; he is the guy to see. I've purchased many cars but I've never had an experience like this. his is our second car lease/purchase from Central Avenue Jeep, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Ernie Feri was the sales person we worked with and to say he is fabulous would certainly be an understatement. He kept in touch with us over our three years that we were leasing our Jeep, and we knew when we were ready to buy or lease again, he would be our go to person. We walked in to see him at 9:30 this morning, and by the end of the day we were driving home in our new Jeep Wrangler! What a seamless and stress-less process. Thank you Ernie!

Over the past six months I have had the worst experience with the Service Department. The individuals who work in the Service Department are rude, brash, sexist, and act as if you owe them something when you walk into the office. It all began when I had trouble with my gas tank. They needed to order an entirely new gas tank for my truck and didn't inform me that the part was sitting in the back of the Service department for a month. I had to go into the dealership and demand for Service because they were dragging their feet. I believe they knew my initial warranty was ending soon and they wanted to wait until I had to pay out of pocket.

When I was dealing with the gas tank situation I decided to purchase an extended warranty from this dealership. The individual who worked with me, Alex, kept making unprofessional comments towards me that were incredibly insulting. He alluded to the fact that he was surprised that I am an educator and made sure that I sat down in the waiting room to read the extended warranty contract, as if my pretty little brain couldn't handle a quick read of a contract.

Another situation occurred when I was getting an oil change. The Service department workers didn't believe me that my car was leaking oil. (This is one of the many examples of subtle sexism.) I had to bring my car to the dealership multiple times for a simple oil leak fix.

The most recent and abhorrent situations with the Service department took place a few days ago. There was a serious moment that took place while driving my car on Saturday to a presentation, my car dropped from 60 to 30 miles per hour on the Henry Hudson and started to shake uncontrollably. I called the Service department on Monday morning to schedule an appointment and they didn't have time until Tuesday morning. When I asked for a loaner car they said all of the loaners were out and they couldn't do anything about it. So I explained to them that I purchased an extended warranty so I wouldn't have to deal with such an inconvenience and that this was unacceptable. During the conversation Alex was cutting me off, speaking in an aggressive manner, and refused to listen to my concerns. At some point in the conversation Alex said to me, "This is the problem with you people". At that point in the conversation I had enough verbal abuse and refused to be spoken to in that manner. I have never been spoken to in such a horrible way by someone in a service department. Alex is absolutely awful.

I am now refusing to interact with anyone in that service department and once the transmission problem is fixed I am never going back to this dealership again.

I hope the people who read this review steer clear of the Yonkers Chrysler Jeep Dealership in Yonkers, because those who work there are disgusting. They curse, speak about customers in such disrespectful ways, and treat their customers terribly.

On December 26th, my overall experience at the central avenue jeep dealership was great. once my wife, myself and my sister in law enter we was greeted by a floor manager and he asked if we had an appointment and with who. I guess the person I had the initial appointment with was busy therefore we was then directed to Manny Fakhouri. Which I have to say since the very beginning he was very honest about everything, difference between finance and leasing which we decided on leasing. he showed us his entire inventory of 2014 jeep grand Cherokee and proceeded on asking what color, interior style, explaining optional features. until we found the car that me and my wife wanted. Manny allowed us to take a test drive with a similar model 4x4 Laredo and it went really smooth I was in love. we proceeded on with the financial paperwork which Manny guided us through every step. there was a little mishap in the system but we got approved and therefore Manny told us that the rest of the process, financial paperwork and detailing the car will take about 2 hours he suggested we could go out run some errands and he would call us back in 2hours. exactly 2 hours later we got a phone call from Manny stating the car was ready to be picked up. we went to the dealership, filled out the rest of the paperwork, explaining everything payments, protections and insurance coverage. once that was done we got to see the car, which Manny again took his time to introduce us to all of the cars features in a detailed explanation.

I had a great experience here buying my wife s Durango. I had been to a few other dealerships, and I knew exactly which combo I wanted, but they seemed to be dismissive and would t do a search for the car without making a deal . Anthony Margilaj was the polar opposite. Pleasant, knowledgeable and made the experience a breeze. Anthony contacted my insurance agent in preparation of delivery (like most dealers do), and even my insurance agent commented on what a great guy he was to work with! I bought seven cars myself from Central Ave., Jeep Dodge and met Jimmy Ingenito in 2008 since then I have referred people who have referred people themselves . probably bought over 60 cars in total or more. everyone has always said to me when I ask them that Jimmy is the best person they ever dealt with any car dealership anywhere. Jimmy is great at what he does knows how to treat people he s kind and courteous respectful and has A charming personality. John Rosabella has been my salesman he is excellent at his job because he goes above and beyond to help you he picks up his phone every time you call him he follows up with everything leaving no questions unanswered he doesn t pressure you he s kind and courteous speaks very well. John also adds a totally different flair to selling a car. he takes a picture with you and post it on his social media he treats you as if you are truly his family he calls you a few days after you ve had your car and follows up on how everything is. He also says if you have any problems to call him and he ll help you with any kind of service appointments or anything else you need. Nobody does that. they should have 10 guys like John selling cars. Or he should give an in house seminar to his peers. Thanks again

Called twice to confirm that the car I was looking for was there. Second time was while I was on the road, 5 minutes away... salesman told me "Yep, I got it. I'm looking right at it." I get there, and of course.... it was sold already. No one knew what I was talking about. Turns out the car was sold a week or so before and they never updated their system. Bait and switch tactics, tried to put me in some car that I had zero interest in. Even knocked off a crazy amount off the price which made me fishy about the car. Guy seemed eager to get it off the lot. They had some decent stuff, but I went for something specific and was blatantly lied to.

I m convinced some people just tend to forget we re in a middle of a pandemic. Walked in that place and half the employees with their mask off. To top it off the sales person that we sat down with kept rubbing his face his nose kept his mask off the entire time we were there like no care in the world! My husband and I just got up and walked out of that place. Terrible customer service from that grumpy looking man, and no one taking the proper measures to protect themselves and customers. So disappointing.

I went there to end my lease early and get another Jeep. I worked with Leif. He knew I was still shopping around and was very patient. He didn't hound me with phone calls EVERYDAY like some dealerships and was 100% up front about fees the entire time. I went to another dealer (rhymes with shmeastchester) and was given different prices that changed when I decided to make a deal. The day I picked up my car Leif was unavailable but Alex (I think that was his name, he had nice eyes) was very nice, helpful, and informative. I left feeling very comfortable with my new car. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is that as a loyal customer, I thought I might have gotten some perks (like 6 free oil changes) as a sign of appreciation like the last time I got a car from Central (Greenwich Jeep gave me complimentary oil changes too). Instead they tried to sell it as an add-on. In general it was a great experience as usual. Keep up the great work and honesty guys!!! Thanks!!! See you in 3 years!

I was hesitant to try this location because of mixed reviews I've read online. i cannot speak for any of the other sales personal. but i can comment on the excellence service i received from Felicia Liriano. she was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole experience. at no point did i feel like i was being rushed to purchase a vehicle i did not want. she allowed my wife and i to test drive three vehicles before we decided on the 2017 jeep grand cherokee. she presented us with a good deal and that was it. it was a more competitive price for a better vehicle than what i was offered at another jeep dealership. i was more than happy with my purchase. so happy in fact that i was back there within the week to get a brand new challenger gt. she had none in stock.

Felicia went above and beyond to get me a vehicle while i waited just so i could test drive it. again she was not pushy and let me test drive other vehicles as well. this time the deal was even better than before. i could not pass up this offer. i know have two brand new vehicles from felicia at central avenue and i couldn't be happier. i will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend this dealership. so if you want the best, ask for the best, i promise you will not be disappointed.

Got my Jeep Wrangler from Central Ave in March and had a few troubles here and there, but Nosh handled them very well and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and had my best interests in mind.
