I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade and was due for my oil change. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was under the impression that my truck only needed half synthetic oil, but it actually needs complete synthetic. The technicians were very helpful in telling me what I needed and what service was going to be completed. On top of that they provided me with a courtesy because I was not informed initially about what type of oil I needed. I will definitely be going back to them, they beat out all of the other Jeep dealerships/service in the tri-state area.
