Arrived for oil change this morning at 7am. I was asked if I had an appointment. Never in the three and a half years since I bought the car from this place have I been asked that concerning an oil change! Was told I had to wait an hour and a half before anyone would begin work. Then was told the techs don t come in until 8am. This means the 5 guys standing there do not know how to change oil. Also means the techs must start at 8:30 since I was told an hour and a half wait time. What is the exact procedure for an oil change?
I hope to get rid of this car altogether so I do NOT have to deal with this dealership anymore.
