If I could rate this dealership with no stars I would.

I bought my very own first car from this dealership on 5/22/17. It was a 2013 Civic SI. At first I thought they were great for getting me an affordable deal on this car. But weeks later I soon realized that, that's all I was. A deal. They just wanted my money. After I signed a deal with a car trade-in, which was my mother's, I had to wait on my plates. After waiting for two weeks I called in and got the run-arounds and a lot of answering machines with no call backs. My temp license plate then expired and they still told me that I had to wait till possibly next Tuesday or Wednesday. Around this time it was 6/7/17. My temp expired 6/10/17 and I still don't have my license plates. I can't drive around with an "illegal" car on the road. Be aware that I'm only 20 years old and on my own insurance. I can't afford any tickets. Anyways, it's 6/15/17 and I still have not received any phone calls or my plates. I wouldn't recommend going here for whatever reasons. And after 3 weeks they finally decided to pay off my old car after I told them that I was still receiving the bill. They told me not to worry, that they'll pay it off. It just got paid off 6/14/17. As a first time car buyer, I won't be purchasing any other vehicles from this dealership. Also, they didn't even give me my second spare key.
