I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Jude has been very helpful and professional. With my experience i would definitely recommend my friends here.

I will find a site that I can rate and review the salesman Gabriel because he was outstanding. I have nothing negative to say about Gabriel. He was straightforward, honest and definitely wanted to make sure he put us in the right vehicle at the right price. If you are in the market for an automobile, CALL GABRIEL! He will take honest and fair care of you.
I don't have the same to say about the company for which he works. I have tried, on 8 different occasions, to contact someone from the company, other than Gabriel, to discuss various matters and I have NEVER received a call back. 8 TIMES!! The most recent was to complain about the fact that, after I had signed my car loan, I drove the car home and a week later received my new Dodge Mastercard credit card. I didn't even sign up for one. I called the card company and they said the dealer must have signed me up for it. REALLY?? They would just do that? I have not been able to confirm it was them because THEY HAVEN'T CALLED ME BACK.
This is just one of the MANY complaints I have about the company. Gabe was nice enough to explain all of the ways they LIE in their ads. They advertise the lowest price for a vehicle but you have to be in the military and a senior citizen and born on a Tuesday afternoon during a snowstorm in July during an eclipse. It's ridiculous. I know they ALL do this but come on, take a risk and TELL THE TRUTH!!
This dealership is why I (and everyone else) HATE shopping for cars. Gabe on the other hand, brought back some faith in me.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! ITS TRULY A SHAME... I AM STILL WAITING FOR A DEPOSIT OF $500 THAT I GAVE IN OCTOBER 1ST... FIRST VISIT THAT I DID BECAUSE I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THEM INVITING ME TO STOP BY AND CHECK THEIR INVENTORY WAS VERY GOOD THEY PROMISE THIS N THEY PROMISE THAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A CAR IN SECONDS BLAH BLAH BLAH... I HAD TO WAIT AND WHEN I WENT THE SECOND TIME THEY TOOK A $500 DEPOSIT SAYING THAT THEY WILL HAVE THE TRUCK IN A FEW DAYS. WEEKS WENT BY AND I HAD TO BE CALLING THEM ASKING THEM FOR ANY NEWS BECAUSE THEY WERE INCAPABLE OF CALLING SINCE I SAW NO INTEREST FROM THE SALES PERSON TO HELP ME I WENT BACK AND REQUESTED THE DEPOSIT BACK I WAS TOLD THAT IN A FEW DAYS I WAS GOING TO RECEIVED IT I AM STILL WAITING 3 WEEKS AFTER.... DEFF. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... BY THE WAY I VISIT ANOTHER DEALER WITHIN 3 DAYS I WAS DRIVING THE TRUCK THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR...
Bought my jeep grand Cherokee from this place. my sales guy was Erick Inoa. he introduced me the vehicle i loved the way how it looked, he was very professional explaining all the features whats so ever. when it came to talking to numbers his manager Adam very nice men got close the deal exactly where i wanted to be. in conclusion both were very professional and will recommend these two person to any one.
purchase 2 vehicle from Erick Inoa and both transaction were smooth with him. very knowledgeable salesman and understood all my needs and gave me both great deals
Justin was very honest and up front about being one of the newest salesman of the dealership and yet he was still able to provide me with outstanding customer service.I am happy with my new jeep compass and also very please with my experience at the dealership.Thank you guys!!
Walking into a car dealership as a first time buyer and driver I was very nervous especially being a woman. I was worried the sales men would try to get over on me, however Marvin Belton and Marcelle Burgess took good care of me and were very honest and helpful...which for me is the way I like to do business. I would definitely recommend family, friends and colleagues to purchase cars from these two!
awesome dealership salesman and managers. My sales guy was Eric Inoa, initially i wanted the compass 2018 latitude but he showed me all the features that the compass limited has. when we sat down to talk about numbers, his manager Adam Solomon jumped in, very polite young men. Erick and Adam both did a professional job and got me with the right price and vehicle i was looking for. 5 stars all the way..
Waited for 45min to see a car that never arrived
Waste of my time
I had such a great experience buying my own first car here! Sean walked me through the process and was so patient with all the questions I had. I will highly recommend him and rt 46 Jeep to anybody looking for a car! Thanks Sean, you're the best!!
i Saw a car listed on their website and it was a good price, so I called and the person told me to hold on while they checked to see if the vehicle was still available. They said it was and asked me when I wanted to come see it. I said at noon and they made an appointment. I received a call from Jeffrey about an hour later to confirm my appointment and to make sure I would be there at noon. I arrived and waited for Jeffrey for 45 minutes then met with Erik who told me the car was sold. He got the manager Adam who apologized and asked what type of vehicle I was looking for. I said no thanks and walked out, the old bait and switch. Do not go to this dealership
I came in to get a consultation for the new Jeep Cherokee since I am in the market for a new car for my baby mama. I wanted to trade in my Honda Pilot, but I was worried because I had heard that dealers give you much less on a trade in then what you normally get by selling it your self. I sat with Mo Shahin and he showed me some options and gave me some quotes on the Jeep with different features. He also went above and beyond to ask his manager to see the best price they can give me on my trade in. I was over joyed when I heard the quote they gave me. He really went to bat for me. I'm just ironing out the details of what features I want and what my pocket can afford. When I go back I will request Mo Shahin because he was pleasant to speak to. Very honest and really wanted to help me. I will refer others to him as well.
Have been car shopping for a couple of months and checked a few of their cars online first. Went in first thing in the morning and was greeted by Ricardo M. Professional, knowledgeable and very polite. Quick and easy transaction.
Very bad service department my car was there for 2 months and no Mecanic to work on it I paid 2 tow truck to tow it back to other dealer
One star out of pity for the sales staff that try to be honest. However, management staff are outright deceptive and a bunch of liars. They stated that the internet price is used to attract people to the dealership and that I should have gone to their website to read the fine print . Nonetheless, after a price was agreed upon, they go further and tack on almost $2,000 in unnecessary fees: window etching fee, certification fee, and an outrageous document fee. To make things worse and even more dishonest, the so call certification fee is not even in the paperwork. They hid it completely except that it showed in the total amount. They were trying to get away with a $995 fee.
I did the math and I confronted them and I told them that this was illegal. Of course, this is after they had charged my credit card for $5,000. The word illegal got them a bit shook up and then the manager got agitated and then another manager came over and the deal was off. I got my refund back but I called my credit company to ensure that the refund process was executed.
In short, I highly recommend to everyone to avoid this place like the plague.
We recently purchased a jeep for my son n our salesman Brian was amazing. This was my sons first time buying his own vehicle. Brian went back to when he was young n made my sons experience pleasant n easy. Hevwas very knowlegable n knew exactly what would make jake happy. We left that night with a heep n my son beaming!!! Thank you Brian
i purchased a car from angello arias. he was very patient with me and was able to answer all my questions ...i will be sending him all my friends and family,,,
I had a great experience buying my new car from Route 46 Jeep. My husband and I came in looking for a jeep renegade and one of the salesmen by the name of Ehab helped us find the perfect one! He was very professional and does his job very well. I would definitely recommend this dealership, had plenty of cars to chose from.
The team at this dealership was so attentive throughout my entire experience. My sales person Sean made sure this process was painless and quick how I wanted. I found exactly what I was looking for and couldn t be any happier.
I just Got a jeep Cherokee and i love it.and i have to thank Diandre Mikell The sails Men how helped me. HE was very polite and great at what he dose he help me make my decision a lot easier. Thank you
DONT BUY A CAR HERE ....Finance guy is an idiot, wrote down my car was 4 by 4 ,AWD .. IT WAS NOT.... told me that would take $500 on my credit card April 3rd (took it Mar 25th) i said 1 amount for monthly payments and less down and by time it went to finance guy , they changed ALL the numbers... and the car in the first week had repairs and today, the third week, there is a new light on .... THIS IS CRAZY AND WRONG ....
I love this place. Got me into the wrangler of my dreams! If you come here make sure you you go see Sean. He was very helpful.
Mubeen was a great help to me his week. He informed me of a service that is no longer provided here at Jeep. I m thankful.
If there's a person to see at this dealer it's def. Ricardo M. He took his time explaining, showcasing, and allowing us to test driving the different models of Jeeps. He has unbelievable patients and I mean a lot of patients since we were not the easiest couple to deal with. Great overall work ethics!
Stay away........The worth ever the financing person was such a lire and all they wanna do just steel ur money!
He is the best car salesman I have ever encountered! He took his time to properly explain and honestly show me options that would satisfy my need. I came to the jeep dealership expecting to not leave with anything today but he made everything a breeze. I truly enjoyed my visit and now I'm leaving with my Jeep Patriot!
If you're in the market for a new to you Pre-owned Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler - they have a nice clean collecting to choose from - but don't pay attention to their asking prices which make them look to be competitive to others - they tac on around $1000 for "dealer prep" plus another $1000 for "document fee" and that's before they look for another grand for extended warranty (beyond the certified standard warranty) - don't forget your usual ~250 for title & tags (Reg) + good ol taxes...
Seriously - and don't try and call them to verify what I'm writing cause they'll lie to you just to get you in the door...
So, if you see something online that looks like a fair deal at this place & you think you'll be able to get them to give a little more on the price - they'll try and convince you they're doing you a favor by cutting their "document fees" but when you see the numbers there'll have already added a grand to the asking price right from the start (I'm not kidding) just like it was on the window or listed on the site that way...
Funny that the place with the cleanest looking cars we saw out of a half dozen Jeep dealers in NJ - this was the one that made me want to take a shower when I got home more than any of them...
I took my Dodge Durango to be serviced and the staff was extremely friendly. The work was done the same day and in a timely manner. I highly recommend it.
Aggressive financing tactics and shady behavior.
I went to this dealership almost 3 months ago when my existing car died. I was in a bind and needed to get into a new vehicle fast. I had a pre approved loan from Capital One for a certified used car at this dealer. I give the sales guy the info, he checks with the sales manager to confirm the vehicle is there and comes back with good news. He then takes my paperwork to the finance guy who comes back and says I had to fill out their loan information and get competing offers to continue. Even though I had the loan information from Capital One, he insisted and I filled out the form which ran my credit against about 8 different companies.....including capital one.
He comes back with good and bad news which was that they couldn t put me into the vehicle I found but could put me into a brand new 2019 Jeep. The explanation was vague but basically due to my credit and down payment ($1500) even though all this was previously approved by capital one. Since I was in a major bind I moved forward until I got wind of the payments ($800+) and I had to put 2k down which was $500 over budget.
Again because I was in a bind and the finance guy assured me if I went forward with this deal I could make 6 on time payments that I could refinance before the 7th payment to drastically cut down my monthly payments. Affording the monthly payment would be tedious but doable for me so I agreed to this credit building program on the condition I could work out the down payment since it was over budget. He agreed, we shook hands and I left with the vehicle.
After all the commotion I forgot about the money I owed the dealer entirely, and I m aware that s my fault, although I had been back to the dealership twice for plates and other things no one mentioned the money owed, no phone calls, nothing. Until this past week nearly 3 months later, I get a call asking me my name and then an abrupt you owe us money, if you don t pay it we re going to send it to collections I explained back that it s an honest mistake and that until this call no one had contacted me. They accepted no blame and said I had to pay.
I didn t debate that the money was owed and asked if it could wait until the 15th as I hadn t budgeted for this, he said ok and would call me then. Now it s about 4 days later and I received a call from collections! They sent my account to collections with no warning after the agreement to pay on the 15th!
I called the dealer, spoke to a gentleman who assured me his manager would call me within a half hour (now 5 hours ago) and no word.
After some additional phone calls today I come to find that I was duped into taking a loan against the maximum amount offered by the bank and there s now no doubt in mind that I was played. As since the loan they landed me was also offered through capital one, but for 15k more then what I would have owed to the vehicle I wanted but was ineligible for.
Be assured I ll take care of my debt but beware that these people will strong arm you into exceeding your budget and not care what happens to you after. Don t expect communication either.
Ima keep it short and sweet. Elvin gave me a great deal and I drove off in a beautiful Jeep Wrangler. Thank you to him and everyone that helped.

I been car shopping for a bit now and this place was great. Wids D was my agent and he definitely made my experience worth while. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and open to answer all my questions (God knows I had many). It will be my first purchase, so I feel that it has to be the right one. He went into detail about each one and the advantages or disadvantages that I could have with the ones that I showed interested on. I will definitely be back for my car later this month.
The entire team at Route 46 Dodge made it a great car buying experience. The sales manager John Sweeney went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
A lot of pressure and intolerance get angry if you don't buy, there are many beautiful cars
Walked around the entire lot checking out cars for 20 minutes and not even one person came to ask if I needed help!! Will be taking my business and money somewhere else!
My husband and I went to check out a car that we had seen online, but apparently with my Husbands credit the car was 5k more then the price advertised online, There was a disclaimer we didn't see it , I've worked for a car dealership before and have NEVER heard of something as asinine as that but okay that part was our fault... BUT I specifically said to the salesman , DO NOT let them run his credit a bunch of times as we are trying very hard to repair it and I don't want a bunch of hard inquiry's on it from various lenders, Try 2 or 3 banks and see what we get, we will work with that. he assured me they would follow my instructions. come to find out today my husband has 11 hard inquiries on his credit report now . So basically we didn't get the car because it was way to much money and now I'm sure his score is going to tank making it harder for us to go any place else.. I get it...It's their Job Gotta make the sale, everyone needs to get their money. But when a potential customer is asking you to not do something for a specific reason you do your best to do what you are asked, It's not all about the money sometimes.. People are important too...
Excellent customer service from Elvin. I had a truly amazing experience.
Was hoping to lease a new car for my wife and ran into the following scenarios:
1) No initial call back from sales associate to let us know information update regarding our inquiry--when asked why we didn't hear back, we received the response, "I had something come up this morning". Mind you this sales associate requested and received sensitive personal information of ours which made us uncomfortable leaving with him for an extended period in the first place.
2) We asked to see two different models to compare. They arrived on the lot with completely filthy exteriors, with garbage in the cup holders, and one with the back seats folded down and a cardboard box so big it took up the entire back 2/3 of the vehicle.
3) ZERO accommodation. We were presented a bottom-of-the-barrel model, and the most upgraded model and when we asked to meet somewhere in the middle we were spoken to like we had three heads.
4) When we took a few minutes to discuss our options, we were "greeted" by a sales manager that came up with every response possible to get us out the door that day when asked questions regarding their current offers. For a sales associate proudly boasting 12 "Salesman of the Month" awards on their desk, they certainly were not interested in identifying and satisfying our particular needs.
As customers who have no issues spending money in something we see value in, but can see past the "sleazy car salesman" sales pitch, we highly advise finding any other Chrysler dealership. Google any other local dealership and you will find them able to accommodate in every way Route 46 Chrysler says "they can't".
Came in on Saturday although I did not purchase I sat with Armando, he was very helpful And was able to answer all my questions.
willing to make deals but sales service is terrible. waited around for 4 hours while my car was being 'detailed' before I picked it up. When I got it it was barely clean.
Nice place, I was with my nephew who bought a car last night . He was treated very well by the sales men Shawn .
Their service is quick and they take care your problems
Had a great experience at route 46 Chrysler. The salesman I had was Sean and he helped me get in and out with no issues.
Sean M was hands down one of the most professional salesmen I have ever had to deal with. As an inexperienced car buyer his in depth knowledge of car buying was invaluable. With the amount of distrust between consumer and salesmen being so high in this industry, I found his undeniable honesty to be a key factor in purchasing a car with the dealership.
Great job by Ricardo M. and the rest of the staff. Thank You!
Ehab was awesome to begin with, very friendly, knows his stuff, gave me a great deal, would recomenmy friends, really satisfied with my 2015 jeep, thanks again Ehab
This is my first purchase from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They had the exact vehicle and color I was looking for. I met with my salesman Gabriel and it was the most pleasant experience out of any car dealership or salesman that I have dealt with in the past. I came across Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge through the TrueCar buying service, which I highly recommend to everyone. I presented Gabriel with a copy of their offer and he immediately and without any hesitation honored the quoted price (which by the way was several thousand dollars less than any other Jeep dealer I contacted). Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge offers excellent customer service with a no stress and no haggle experience and they were also very considerate of my time. Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep was able to give me exactly what I wanted at a price that no other dealer could (or would) have provided. Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was also very patient when explaining to me all the various factory incentives and financing options that were currently available and Gabriel was meticulous in insuring that I received all of them on my new Jeep. I plan to be a loyal customer of Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge for many years to come. I love my new Jeep and thanks to Gabriel my experience was flawless. I continue to recommend Gabriel to anyone that is interested in a Chrysler Jeep or Dodge because I am confident that he will not disappoint.
I purchased from Chrysler from rt 46, my sales consultant was Stephanie she made me feel very comfortable . I was able to test drive to cpl of vehicles and i finally found the vehicle that best suits my needs. My deal was quick and easy
Aquil was superb u Will reccomend him and the dealership
My wife loves her used jeep dont get me wrong. The problem we had is with the service between jeep and Mitsubishi as they are technically 1 entity. The 3rd day we had the vehicle it had to be brought in for repairs they kept it two weeks and acted as if giving us a free rental was gods gift even though we just bought the car 3 days prior. I returned there after Mitsubishi had our car another 2 weeks for an oil change which takes them 2 or more hours. An oil change mind you.
poor quality of marketing & sales department .
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER OR YOU WILL SUFFER !! WORST DEALER EVER SEDDN IN LITTLER FALSS NJ
The entire staff was great and kind especially Ricardo M he was very patient and helpful as a sales consultant
I bought a used Kia Optima that i saw online. I had one just like the one I purchased but had a bad accident and it was totaled. Elvin was my salesmen he was very professional and helped me get back the car i lost.
Came here on a recommendation from a friend who works for a the company but at different branch. I was given a run around about the vehicle access etc etc. still not comprehending how they can run my credit and my partners - both in excellent standing and deny us without ever given us any options. We were interested in a 2020 Jeep Wrangler FREEDOM EDITION and supposedly they had sold the vehicle which is fine but why advertise it as if it s in store and there for us to drive away in. The Gentleman assigned to take care of us was polite , but wasn t really attentive nor helpful. I would advise to prep the team and make sure they are knowledgeable of the inventory as well has have frequent customer service excercises to better improve the team. My partner and I took our business elsewhere.
Went to inquire about a Jeep Compass...the salesman we spoke with walked us out to the car and left us there in the lot with the key since he was busy with other customers. Not a great security or service policy apparently. And salespeople were crowded up six or seven together talking at the managers desk in the center of the sales floor, half of them without masks and yelling the whole time. Even saw one salesman dealing with a customer without a mask on at all. Horrible safety policies and unprofessional sales team. Lost my sale only ten minutes after I arrived.
I brought my Jeep in to get serviced and everyone was so nice! They even offered a shuttle service to my work since they needed to keep my vehicle all day!
5 stars for Eric and the entire staff at route 46 jeep
First disappointment was that they did not honor the internet price for the car. Since i had driven from CT to NJ, I bought the Dodge charger anyway. It's been two months since i bought the car. I still have not received my CT plates for the car. I have been given the runaround. Sales guy RJ does not even pick up the call. Very very poor service. Don't ever buy the car here.
Amar did a fantastic job getting us a great deal on a new Wrangler. Great sales team and dealership.
Loved the service I got from this place and my salesman, Angello. I wouldn't have left with my dodge durango if it wasn't for Angello going out of his way to help me find the car I wanted. I'm so thankful!
Thanks to you guys I got my son a great vehicle for him returning from the military. Sam was great and helped speed up the buying process. He wasn t like a typical salesman trying to bait and switch me and made everything a pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back for my car.
Sean M was an awesome salesman. He helped me get the car I really wanted for a great deal! I would recommend to all people looking for a brand new Jeep to ask for him...
I am a first time buyer and I was very clueless with many questions but luckily I came across Justin who was patient with me and answered all of them very thoroughly. I highly recommend him if any of you are in need of a new car he works great and knows what he is doing! Definitely satisfied with his service.
Very great buying experience if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Fast simple and fair. Honest service. I've visited other dealers who were not but this one was great
Michael Roundtree is a great man! And I just get my first wrangle with a good price.
Just update. Emm... After 3 weeks. I am getting with some small noise issue with the car. Sent it to the services for inspection. Let's see. But they told me need to wait 3 days just for check. I understand this is for safe but the service is not very efficient.
BTW, after I paid off the car. Their sales manager's manner change a lot. I am not surprised. But at least this is not very professional.
But Michael is a really good people.
Free oil change is pretty nice. But u know... Free is free. Do not expect serious service attitude.
Started financing my first car I got a great deal for someone as young as me with little credit! Defiantly recommend coming here my salesman was amazing ask for Ricardo if you want a good deal and great service!
We purchased a new Jeep Ckerokee from them. Everyone couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Especially Mike our salesman.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Jeep.
Thank you again everyone,
NANCY Blauvelt
I brought a car last week. Sean.M helped me out to find my dream car. He is a professional and has lots of knowledge. I would recommend everyone to see him first before you talk to anyone. He works with you from beginning to end. Thank you Sean.
Andy Rodriguez was so helpful the whole time!! I would highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a vehicle. He listens to what you are looking for and will do whatever he can to help you. Very happy! Also, Anthony was on his game as well with whatever I needed
If you're planning to get your next car from this place, ask for Ricardo Matienzo. In one quick day, I walked in, toured their lots to find the exact model I wanted, made an awesome deal and drove home in a new car. It doesn't get any easier or better than this. Thanks, Ricardo!
I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Stephanie. She was so helpful and Sweet. I am in love with my car the features and just the car itself is amazing. Stephanie was able to answer all my questions and just made me feel comfortable. I will Be sending her my family and friends. Amazing staff
Be very careful with any certified vehicle here. You need to purchase the certification, which is a good $2k. I tried to opt out of the certification, and they then told me that they won't sell the vehicle without it. List your vehicles with the extra $2k instead of tricking them to come to the dealership. Also, watch out for the random $800 safety check, and $500 doc fee.
COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN ROUTE 46 CHRYSLER THEY GIVE EVERYTHING NECESARY TO MY GRAND CHEROKEE
Fantastic experience getting my dream Grand Cherokee Altitude! Mike and Hector were 1st class and I highly recommend them to anyone! I really appreciated how straightforward and honest they were which made for a really smooth experience. They really went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I couldn t be happier!
Prices are doesnt match car price was 15900 and they add 2k for something that they call loyalty and they never break the price that was just a waste time
I emailed them to schedule an appointment and they never replied. I called them and no one picked up. I showed up in person and the staff, which was very rude, kept saying that I had to call to schedule an appointment, but I kept calling and no one picked up. Bad service. Rude people. Don t come here.
Been coming here ever since I bought my wrangler at another dealer, service has been decent but their customer service today was horrible, I came in for a routine oil change with an appointment but the service rep from the start had an attitude, he said "2 hours for an oil change" and when I told him I had an appointment his answer was "so does everyone", I thought I came all this way I might as well wait, but it didn't stop there, when we were doing the paperwork he went on a power trip giving me a lecture on how I've "gotten away" with free oil changes, I explained to him that the unlimited oil change was offered to me by a rep a long time ago there, he checked the system saw 5 separate oil changes that weren't charged and told me that was wrong, 5 previous reps were wrong and are costing the business a lot of money giving these away, didn't listen to anything I had to say, it didn't matter to him, I was getting yelled at for these oil changes! his tone was undermining and completely inappropriate, I'm done with this place, Ive done a ton of service here but why pay to have someone greet me with an attitude? There are other jeep dealers closer to me, hopefully without the attitude.
I just bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and not only am I satisfied with the purchase that I made, but with the entire process that I experienced from start to finish at this particular dealership. Both James and Frank were very professional and courteous, especially when Frank provided me with a thorough walkthrough of the automobile from bumper to bumper, allowing me to feel comfortable and trustworthy that I was at the right car dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who are looking to buy a new vehicle.
Took me forever to book the appointment but when I did was able to get everything done and was given a loaner. Better customer service than previous visits!
This place makes me wish there was an option to give no stars, meaning condemn the dealership and everyone in it to hell. We called twice the day of to check if the vehicle we were looking for was in stock, only to get there after an hour car drive to find that it really wasnt there and their salesmen are told to tell people on the phone that the car in question is there, regardless of whether or not it truly is. Please do not give them any busines!!!
I have been looking for a pre owned certified jeep under certain budget. I had Ricardo Matienzo as my salesman. He was patient with me when I kept asking to see different jeeps and changing my mind many times. He worked hard to get me what I wanted and needed. He went above and beyond to help me and I finally found the jeep I wanted. All this is due to Ricardo' s hard work. I recommend that you see him if you need to purchase a vehicle.
We purchased a Town & Country. Ed Harney was able to answer all our questions - without any pressure to make a sale. We truly appreciate the great service.
Writing this as I sit in service for nearly 4 HOURS waiting for them to change my tire.... are you kidding me. Took 2 hours for them to determine I needed a new tire, thought it would be patched in an hour and a half as I was told. K.
Started this AM when I tried to call to make an appointment at 8, as service opens early... called 6 times and went to maria s Voicemail when I hit 2. When I called and finally got someone, was told no appointment needed. Yeah okay. I never write reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. Then they re gonna have the audacity to charge me $300+ for wasting 4 hours of my time. Never again
Worst dealership experience I have had with 0 respect for the customer. Save your time and money and go to Nielsen East Hanover or Salerno Summit instead if you can! Those people are straight shooters and much better to work with. I'll share my experience and leave it up to you whether you want to go here. My husband called Route 46 in the morning asking if they had a truck in stock and that we wanted to come by and test drive. The person he spoke to confirmed and told my husband he did not need to make an appt, the truck would be there when we wanted to come in. My husband said great, we'll be coming by in the evening right after work and hung up. We arrived at the dealership around 6pm where the receptionist asked us if we had an appt. We said we did not and were told to walk in. She checks us in and we proceed to sit and wait for the next 15 - 20 minutes. Finally a salesman in the middle of another transaction comes to help us and we tell him the truck we want to see. He confirms that they have it and tells us it will take about half an hour for the car to arrive from the lot. We said OK no problem, we have to make a quick run to Costco which is around the corner so we will return in half an hour. He says great! We run to Costco and rush back because we were returning 40 minutes later instead of half an hour and the dealership closed at 8. Upon returning, the sales guys is busy again with his previous transaction and the receptionist asks us to wait. She finally gets his attention and he tells us the car will be there in 10 minutes! We thought that was weird since we were already late but figured okay sure. 10 minutes go by and nothing, 20 minutes go by and still nothing. The sales guy tells us he cannot predict the traffic and has no idea where the guy is!! Another 10 minutes go by and the sales guy finally finishes his transaction and decides to pay attention to us and FINALLY calls his driver who informs him he is 10 minutes out. At this point, it is already 8 pm and the dealership is basically closed and we're just standing there the only people left. We are so angry but figured we have waited so long that we can wait a final 10 minutes. 20 MINUTES GO BY and nothing!!!! This dealership has wasted 2 hours of our time and were the most sleazy and dishonest people we have worked with! They can't even be honest with their inventory, imagine what it would be like buying a car from them!! 2+ hours to drive a car from the lot to the dealership, is their lot in another state??? All we wanted to do was test drive and see if we could buy it! So disappointed and turned off by the disrespect.
Salesman Pedro was great! Had a good and fair deal in our new car!
I'm completely in love with my new Jeep and the way i was treated at Rt 46 Jeep was phenomenal. The whole experience was awesome. Thank you Elvin.
I will never visit this dealership again. I waited over a half hour for someone to help me. The rep then sat with me for about 15 minutes going over what vehicle I wanted, until the front desk called him over there. Apparently, he had another customer. He came back to tell me that it didn't seem like they had the exact vehicle that I was looking for, he gave me his card and said maybe I should check back with him in a week or so. He then walked over to the other customer, shook his hand, and said I'm sorry about that, as if I was an inconvenience to him and his customer. I never felt shittier as a customer. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere to buy my vehicle. I gave his card back to the receptionist and told her to tell him to give it to his more valuable customer. Never again.
Back in Janruary of 2016 I convinced my sister in law to lease a vehicle from Rt 46 Chrysler Jeep.
Biggest mistake we've ever made. The family has purchased jeeps but never leased. This was the first and last lease we will have. My sister in law traded in her vehicle (Mint condition SUV). She works at a big chain supermarket and cannot afford to go into a big SUV like the trade in. The trade-in deal was weak and the lease was for the smaller jeep renegade. We spent 4 hours at the dealer on a Friday night where at that point my sister in law was tired as she worked all day and had to be at work the next morning. The dealer couldn't close the deal because we felt the trade in value was not worth her leasing the Jeep and the monthly price was not at or below what she could afford. Dennis (New guy) called the manager over (Mike) who then kept speaking and trying to make the sale. After going back and fourth we figured we would come back the next day after sleeping on the deal. The dealer kept talking and didn't want us to leave. He then made promises which we thought would be money saving. And he got the price lower by about $10/ month. We asked for more mileage in the contract but he said no can do and besides if she's using the vehicle for work than 10,000 miles should be enough. She was tired but we figured he's really trying to help her. So she signed the lease for 3 years. Than they sent us to the financer who talked her into buying gap insurance for $20 per month. (Lie) Said she def needed to cover herself if the car got totaled in 3yrs. Turns out she does not need it!! To make matters worse she went back to the dealer the following afternoon when she found out she would def need more mileage in the contract as her daily round trip to work would be about 13,000 miles per year. Mike said they cannot do it unless she pays an additional $1,200 For the extra mileage. (Lie) Mike promised Unlimited oil changes till term of lease beginning at 5,000 miles. We bring the vehicle in at 5,000 miles and were told free oil changes are now void because we should have brought the car in at 3,800 miles. Mike told us the first oil change was 5,000 miles!!! Windshield on the renegade is defective. A small pebble hit the windshield in the 7th month of lease. What was a scratch turned out to spread a huge crack across the whole windshield in a week. Unreal. Within 24 hours of leasing we tried to remove the gap insurance and the dealer said we could not as its already done with the bank. This was the worst experience ever. Working hard to make ends meet at supermarket and taken for a ride. My family will never lease or buy a jeep from this dealership ever again. PS - the renegade was garaged over the last few months of the year to avoid going way over the 10,000 mile per year allotment. Garaged in October at 11,000. The dealer should have worked with us on the following day and should have explained all details in full, instead of trying to rush the sale in the evening to a first time lease customer. Taking advantage of an unknowing individual on a lease was a terrible thing to do. Shame on the dealer. Beware!
I have been dealing with service advisor Dave Fresca for 5 years. He is very responsive and explains exactly what the situation is every time I come in for service. Because of his one on one way of dealing with me I come here for all service issues with my Jeep Liberty.
Parts department is trash. And some of the phone attendants wont give out part numbers
When buying the car everything went fine and everyone was friendly but after the purchase it was a nightmare! Within a month of purchasing a car I started having issues and every time I'd try to contact them they were either closed, sent me to voicemail or transferring me to other departments. I contacted the person that sold me the car and he was EXTREMELY rude and pretty much said I wasn't his problem anymore. A little after three months I'm still trying to contact them because the problem was getting worse and when I FINALLY got a hold of someone they told me there was a recall on the car but it was out of their hands because it had been over 90 days that I purchased the car and should take it to the maker dealership. Now it's less than a year later and the car (2012) is broken down, in the shop for over two weeks and I now I have a loan and making payments for a car I'm not even using due to the issues!!! VERY upset and dissatisfied and I will NEVER recommend anyone there!
Very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable on their products! Will highly recommend this dealership to friend and family. A real pleasure
