I went there not planning on leaving with a car but I had a great experience with Erick Inoa. He worked hard to offer me a deal close to my budget and was very understanding of my needs. He wasn t pushy and was very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He made me feel comfortable and was very patient. I ended up leaving with a beautiful Jeep! #askforerick
My brand new 2020 Dodge Durango leased through this dealership, developed major transmission issues after just a month of driving. I dropped off the car at the service department on Wednesday and was told to expect a call the same day. No call was received. No loaner was given. I was forced to rent a car. Two days later, still no call from the service department. I called the service desk myself in the morning and was told that a service advisor would call me back. No call was received again. I called back again and was told that my advisor was not in that day.
The next call I will make is to my lawyer to cancel the lease and report this business to the BBB.
Update 1:
After reading my review, the dealership contacted me, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent me a check covering my rental. The service department also provided me with a loaner vehicle that I continue to use while waiting for the transmission to be replaced on my brand new 2020 Dodge Durango R/T. I received no regular proactive updates from the service department.
Update 2:
After "Update 1" I began receiving daily status updates via text messaging. The transmission was finally replaced after 3 weeks (but I believe there was no work done on the car for the first two weeks). I returned the loaner and was charged $25 cleaning fee even though my own car was not washed when it was returned to me.
just bought a brand new jeep wrangler from my man Ricardo, best in the business. I highly recommended anyone that is looking to buy a Chrysler Jeep or Dodge to go there and see Ricardo. He will personally do everything he can to make that perfect negotiation and make sure you walk out of there happy. Not only him but the other staff is also fantastic.
I was looking for the best deal, and i called to different dealers and non of them were transparent. Only my sales person Angelo was able to be clear and tell me stray the numbers ..... Thats why they got my business.
They have a very good customer services.
Purchased my Jeep 2014 from Terterboro, however, the service was awful there and since then been bringing my Jeep to route 46 for service, however service is not as good anymore. Oil changes takes 2 to 4 hours even with appointments. They tell you takes about 2 hours and it ends up taking twice as long for a 20 minutes of work. That's not servicing your clients the right way.
