It is actually the worst I have visited. I bought my 2016 renegade at another dealership in East Hanover but FCA sent me to drop my vehicle to this location for the 10 day final repair before going into the Lemon law NJ. Due to transmission issues. But when I went to pick up the car it was damaged. They put 429 miles on it and damaged my black premium rims and scratches on both front doors, damaged my premium seat covers as well. All that besides being so dirty outside and inside. I haven't picked up my car since then until they fix it. That was around 4 weeks ago
Do not take your car for service here. I can't speak about the sales department but I wouldn't buy from them either.
