i have called rooter plus and told them my problem with septic and they agreed to do the job . it was scheduled but they came 1hr 30 mins late and the truck driver came to the door and I showed the tank and the issue . so he called the boss and he seems like didn't want to do the job so made an excuse that we have to charge you for extra pipeline to attach the truck tank and I asked how many pipes he told me that 6 pipe at $30 a pipe so he added $180 to the cost so became $372 and plus cleaning surround additional cost . so I decline to do that. I think they say they are cheap but there are lots of hidden fees so don't even try rooter plus septic service and the guy was not friendly enough to talk to me about issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this servive

Ray Guest was service Pro that came to my house. He was very courteous immediately by giving me his name and a handshake and introducing his helper Cory. He set my expectations right away as to how much he could help and the dollar amount of the service call.
Upon assessing the situation, he immediately went to work and was very thorough in helping me to understand wherein the problem was and how to fix it. He gave me an estimate on a much needed septic tank (old 70+ year Cess Pool with dirt walls) and explained what would be the landscape "look" once installed.
He and Cory cleaned up well and they represented their company VERY professionally.

The maintenance guy was very professional. He came in with his N95 mask on, which he kept on the entire duration of the job. He also had on shoe covers, so he wouldn t mess up the floor and he educated me on a few things pertaining to piping. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs. O U T S T A N D I N G!!!! We needed emergency service on a Friday, getting late in the day. Got a tech headed our way in about an hour. Emergency was cleared on first/same visit by a great tech, Harold. Gave some good pointers to help us maintain our plumbing, suggestions for consideration on some possible changes to improve our plumbing, what types of over the counter chemicals to use, all while dealing with our emergency. Harold was very courteous, and patient in repeating everything over the phone to the absent homeowner. Great experience.

Wouldn't let me leave NO STARS! BEWARE!!!! INSPECTOR DRAIN, INC. DBA ROOTERPLUS! BAIT & SWITCH-PRICE GOUGING-SCARE TACTICS Want to start by saying we had NO PROBLEMS prior to calling for septic tank service. Called Rooter Plus to pump septic tank, was told over phone $150 for 1000 gal. or $250 for 1500. We didn't know what size we had but wanted to get this work done and asked them out. After began working, the tech said our system was needing a bunch of additional services($2900!!) or we'd have sewage backing up into our home!! It was evening, the septic opened and exposed and we were afraid not to allow this them to do the work fearing the worst. He offered us a 10% discount (WOW) for paying cash and we paid them $2640.20 cash! Felt sick about it! Next day, I made some calls and researched online to find out we were taken advantage of! We could have gotten a BRAND NEW system installed for under $2900. Several complaints online from homeowners with similar situations. I called the owner, Gary Jeffers, just to be told they did what they said they would do. He said he could offer a reduced price $2400. We did not need all these extra services and certainly didn't need to spend $1668.73 for 2 gallons of Oxidizer PLUS, which is a treatment brand only available through Rooter Plus. I was told by several companies this was totally unnecessary, I should have paid no more than $350 for the septic pump. PLEASE BEWARE of this company! They are scamming homeowners of thousands of dollars and need to be STOPPED!!

Good service. A little pricey for something not very intensive. Had a cracked service water line outside but all that was needed was a hole dug (not deep at all), a clamp, and that's it but it cost over 900 bucks when it seems a range of 450-650 was acceptable. Took less than a total hour. So with labor, materials, overhead, and profit the total profit percentage per hour seemed excessive but oh well. It got done. Nice service guy though who was informative.
My experience with Rooter was very good! Mike Green was very professional and informative. He outlined the process and made sure that I understood the wor k being done, and what I liked most was his positive and professional attitude through not the best of conditions!

George was very punctual, professional, personable and hard-working. Due to the snow storm on Saturday, our service had to be pushed back a day. Stacy worked with us to get George out here today. Our problem was a bigger issue than we anticipated. George presented a plan to prevent the same issue from reoccurring in the future. Felt like we got a fair price for the work done.
I called about my septic tank backing into the lower toilet and tub in my house. I was able to talk to a rep immediately. Within 2 hours someone was onsite. It was explained with detail what was going to be done to diagnose the problem and why. Once the problem was discovered, I was explained with detail the scope of work, time it would take, cost of the work, common issues which may cause it to take longer, and the guarantee of the work before it started.
I appreciated the pride taken in the job and the time taken to answer my questions. I spent a good 20 minutes reviewing options for repair and payment options. Within 4 hours of my call, my system was working better than before.
Richie and Paul were the onsite reps which handled my problem and Hannah was the rep which sent them to me. All were very professional in their roles to resolve my issue.

I was having an issue with my Shower on the 2nd floor not completely turning off. Upon Calling RooterPLUS! Jeff showed up on site approximately 45 min later. Didn't show up for their appointment. Was told that I was first on schedule to have my septic system serviced and that they would be here between 8 and 10a. At 9:55a someone calls me and tells me they are stuck on another job with no estimate on when they will show up. That's terrible service when I have to schedule my time away from work, for nothing now. I will never use RooterPlus for anything.
I work for a community management company in the Atlanta area. Twice I have needed a plumber in an emergency situation and I simple made a phone call to Emily at Rooter Plus and bang, the Rooter Plus guys were there. Not only were they there quickly, they stayed until after 1:00 am to make sure my homeowners were not without running toilets. They also guarantee their work. Their plumbers are the polite and well educated in their trade.
Full stoppage in our master bathroom drain that was found by the first plumber there to install a new toilet. He used an auger and wasn't able to pass after 2 hours of trying. I then called our Home Warranty (AHS ugh) and they sent out a plumber that used his auger on a few attempts and quickly suggested we would need the clog to be airjetted, which he said would have to be done from the roof, which surprise surprise.. AHS won't cover. So we had them send out another plumber to get a second opinion. He didn't even try to use an auger, but claimed he did on the AHS report, and also agreed that it would need to be air-jetted. Since at this point, we had to pony up for our own services, we called Rooter Plus, who had the ability to do a clean-out, and who services our septic. Pete came out and saved us. I can't, for the life of me, remember his assistant's name, and I want to give him praise, as well. He worked his tail off, and Pete was knowledgeable and confident. Yes, the clog was a rough one and way down the line, and it required quite the effort, but they didn't give up until it went through, also a few hours later. No need for the unnecessary and expensive clean-out!! They had the right equipment and the right people working it. And of course, AHS said they would not reimburse me, but that figures. I will no longer be using them, and will call RooterPlus myself next time!
The technician (Richie L.) had an attitude from the start. He overquoted me a service of $4200 for a Drain field flush, when I called his office to confirm, they said the service would be roughly $3000.
Then the technician threw his arms up at me and said "well, what , do you want us to stop pumping your tank or what" after I called his office for clarity.
I was also originally quoted $250 for a 1500 gallon septic flush, but thar price quicky went up to $632 after they included the "extra" charges.
Had a professional plumbing service that was done by Chad. I was in a desperate situation and talked to many professionals. I was very pleased with his service and will use this company again, and request him for all my plumbing needs.

I had 2 techs. Both were friendly, informative, and did a good job. I had them clean the septic tank they completed the task then I decided I wanted to replace the filter which meant they had to dig again and open up the area in which they had already closed, and get the equipment off the truck again. They were pleasant and till provided great service.

On Saturday morning, our toilet on the main floor near the guest bedroom started leaking a lot of water on the bathroom floor and down into the unfinished basement a floor below. We initially called two other plumbers and left a message with one and the other did not service our area. Our third call was to RooterPLus. We immediately talked to Jacqueline, a customer service representative, who said she would call back as soon as she determined who could get there the quickest. Jacqueline called back a few minutes later and said Cole would be there within one hour. Exactly one hour later, a very nice young man knocked on our door.
Upon arrival and slipping on shoe covers, Cole immediately went to our bathroom and started a process to diagnose the problem. Once it was identified, he explained the issue to us in layman terms, and provided a written estimate on the cost of the two options, dependent upon the severity of the problem once he dismantled the toilet. The final result was a bad flange seal under the toilet which he replaced. All through the process he explained what he was doing. He showed us the damaged part before removing it and repaired the toilet. We also asked him to make a few other minor plumbing repairs while he was here.
We would like to thank RooterPlus for their prompt attention to our plumbing problem and also sending out Cole. Cole was skilled, reliable, professional, and very polite. In summary, RooterPlus will now be our go to plumbers for future needs. We would highly recommend RooterPlus to our family, friends, and neighbors.

Where do I begin... it all started when I thought I needed my septic tank pumped due to slow draining toilets... Rooter Plus came out the next day to service my tank and WE DISCOVERED a major issue! Richie and Paul were so kind answering my 1,000+ questions (as I'm a single woman who knows NOTHING about septic tanks & how they are supposed to operate). They weren't even bothered that I hovered around the job site to watch what was going on. Richie explained to me the issues that he discovered and the rigged job from the previous owners in replacing the draining tee to the drain field. Needless to say, the tee wasn't connected to anything, the distribution box had collapsed, the old tee was at the bottom of the tank, 2 drain fields no longer were accessible. They took the time to explain what has happened, what should've happened, and how they could fix it. I couldn't ask for a better experience... Thanks again! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs just a basic pump or major work.

These guys came to our condo outside of regular hours with determination to fix the problem! They worked from 8pm to midnight. My husband and I are so grateful for their dedication and time. Would you want to be working those hours?! Probably not! These people are lifesavers!!!
We are not satisfied with the septic system service performed by RooterPLUS. The technicians arrived close to the scheduled time. They were professional, and they worked hard. The septic tank pumping part of the service was fine. It was somewhat overpriced, but we were willing to pay the higher price to get the service done faster. RooterPLUS did not satisfactorily complete another service we paid for, however. The technicians informed us that they encountered a problem. They told us that they were only able to perform the first 10 feet of the soil line cleaning that we had agreed to. Nevertheless, they charged us full price for that service, even though they were not able to clean the pipe all the way into the house. The fact that we were charged for services that were not satisfactorily completed, coupled with the over-priced estimates we were given for add-on services, left us unsatisfied with RooterPLUS.
Cliff was the most professional plumber I have ever met. He was caring, and I felt he had my best interest in mine.
I was made aware earlier in the day by Atlanta Gas Light that I had a gas leak that was coming from a hot water heater. Cliff assured me that he could take care of the problem which he did with a smile. Next time I need to call Rooter Plus I will ask for Cliff to come to my house, and I am willing to wait for him if I have to.

From customer service to the guys doing the job, when I first called Hannah was very very pleasant and friendly, she went above the call of duty by calling me when the guys were in route and keeping me posted until they got here, I called other company s 3 or 4 maybe and only 1 called back 6 hrs later and one company said it would be next week before they can come out, Wow but when I called Rooters plus I got Hannah and she sent me Kris...What more can I say about this guy he was so detailed in the work to be done that I was speechless with all the information he had and Kris answered all my questions and concerns I won t and will not call the locals in the area again I won t put their names out there they know who they are, so Kris and Hannah will be my team for now on and I will recommend this company Rooters plus to all my family and friends, I am one satisfied customer thanks team Rooters Plus you guys rock from start to finish!!!!

Mid-afternoon, in below freezing weather on New Year's Eve, I called RooterPlus to asses a broken water main to my house. Jason B and a team member were out there in a couple of hours (immediately after dealing with an emergency with another customer). They were willing to do the repair work that night, but had to wait for the gas lines to be located. On New Year's Day, they completed the work in brutal below freezing and windy weather. Jason and his team were very professional throughout the entire process, answered all my many questions and explained everything thoroughly.
I highly recommend RooterPlus including Holly who answered my call and kept me up-to-date regarding Jason's ETA, and Jason B and his team member (sorry, his name has slipped my mind).

They got here on time. They did a great job i would recommend this service to everyone. The guys were very nice they explained everything and gave recommendations will use them again if i need them.
I got an appointment with Rooter Plus (they gave me the time and day) between 9-12 they called 2 different times and pushed apt back. Finally after 1:00 they cancelled apt and moved to Friday 9-12. They called Friday to say they would be coming, then i called them at 12 to see where they were and was told they were late but i was next appt. then at 1:00 they called to say they weren't coming but would be out on the following Tuesday. Ridiculous, especially since we live 1/2 mile away
From the first phone call, the receptionist was most helpful and accommodating.. the prior notice contact was not only helpful but timely...considering it was my 86 year old Mother's residence, the need for help was extemely high.

After a rocky start with someone else, Cody C and John from Rooter Plus came out and did a fantastic job. I was having a whole house standby generator installed and needed the gas line run, and they did a great job. They made sure their work met the standards as required by code, and even made my landscaping look like they'd never been there. It was a very professional job and experience. I couldn't be more pleased.

Where to start... First off, if you have a problem with your septic tank, don't fall for the deceptive advertising of RooterPLUS. The $150 I was quoted turned into $497, which is probably normal, but I felt tricked by these people who assured me over and over that $150 was THE price to have my tank pumped. However, if there is ANY sludge whatsoever, which is how ALL septic tanks are (especially if they're full ), it costs more. in my case, $277 more! Other than the girl who answered the phone, I was disappointed with everyone I dealt with. The technician was smug, unfriendly and left his dirty gloves in the middle of my driveway, and the supervisor wanted to argue with me when I called to tell him his technician (who was standing in my doorway admitting it) broke my septic tank cap. After much arguing and finally giving my cell phone to the technician so he could explain to his supervisor that he did, indeed, break it, I was told they'd come back and install a new cap. It has been more than a week and I haven't heard from RooterPLUS, so we'll see if they actually follow through on that promise. I have my doubts. Something to note: Technicians are not allowed to drive the trucks on grass, so if you are like us and everyone else I know, you will end up paying for extra hosing to run from your driveway to wherever your tank is. We were not told this over the phone, and they 'had to' use two extra lengths of hose, so it cost us an extra $70. There is no way I'd use this company again. I have huge issues with liars and I consider deceptive advertising the worst case of lying. I also felt every man I spoke to talked down to me in a demeaning manner... not the sort of company I want to deal with as a woman.
