I called Rooterplus this morning and they sent out their technician Robert Williams. Robert was a excellent tech he informed me on what I needed to do to resolve my issue. He had great customer service and I will be calling to ask for him personally next week to come back out and do more work.
Robert Williams came out was quick. He solved our problem quickly and was very informative. Thank you so much for saving our lives. And ceiling!
Whittney did an outstanding job. I definitely recommend Whittney and RooterPLUS! I called on a Saturday afternoon and Whittney was at my home providing an estimate about an hour later (and then did an excellent job completing the work faster than I expected). Rooter Plus is a bad, bad company. They charged me $5,178 to repair my septic tank and 3 years later the system failed, when I called them and complained the said the warranty had expired. I hired another company and had to pay $4,500 to do the repairs Rooter Plus was supposed to do. Vey frustrated and disappointed! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ROOTER PLUS AGAIN!!

I would recommend a call to someone else for septic work. First of all, a part of my back lawn was destroyed by a mini backhoe so I had to go buy sod and spend half a day fixing my yard. Why not just dig up the lid with a shovel? Secondly, Rooter PLUS came out for a $195 pump out and we ended up spending $2600. We probably needed the new baffle and the drain field pump out but I'm sure we could have done without the $1600 Oxidizer Plus treatment. I called them back a year later when the yard was becoming saturated in the area of the drain field and they said the drain field was failing and they could replace it for $7000. I called two other companies out who said the drain field was not failing but it wouldn't hurt to put in a new drain field. Their estimates for doing the exact same work were $3200 and $3500. Everyone I dealt with at Rooter PLUS was very nice but I just feel like I spent WAY more money than was necessary.
Mike P did an Awesome Job today. I had to have my septic tank pump for a pending closing on my house. It had never been pump before. Mike P did great he show me everything and answered all my question and I watch the whole process. I had to have a little more work done but he was very upfront with the whole process and again didn't treat me like I didn't know anything. Robert Williams, may have been rushed since this was a late visit. Aggressive for an untrue google review and would not leave until it was done. I did not use the company due to the up selling he was trying to make me do. Instead of a clearing a clogged line he wanted me to spend money on digging up my Septic system. The Septic Tank was pumped 3 years ago and there is no indication of septic failure. Be careful of the New York Hustle.

Mr. Williams came to our house under a dire circumstance. Our house had an underground leak coming from our main waterline under the foundation of the house in the garage where the original builder used sub-par parts. Water was pouring up through the concrete drive way in two areas. He came out and accessed the problem quickly and gave us several options on how to proceed explaining the pro's and cons of every situation. Once we picked the best option he got to work ON THE SPOT! This was about 5pm and he kept working as it got dark AND IN THE RAIN! Then he had to call it for the night because he had to get some heavier equipment and promised to be back ready to go at 8am. At 7:57am he was there going at it to get the work done. Short of getting some supplies this man worked from 8am-1:45 an
M the next day! Again until 1:45am. THAT'S AN 18 HOUR WORK DAY FOLKS and it rained most of the day and he kept working! I felt so bad that I offered to pick him up breakfast one morning and lunch the next. All while I was picking up food he kept working. Then on day 3 he was back out at the house at 9am meaning he just had time to go home and get some sleep and he was there ready to go. He finally finished around 3pm. The yard was torn up from the digging but he still offered to put the dirt and grass back as well as clean off the driveway from all the dirt and mud. I told him just to dump the dirt back but I'd clean up the driveway since I had a pressure washer. This was a HUGE 3 day job and he did 99% of it all by himself and never dropped his pleasant spirit or ever slowed down. Rooter Plus should be greatful to have this gentleman on their roster of quality technicians.
We used this company 3 years ago after calling to pump our Septic. They said it needed about $3500 in repairs...Our basement had already flooded so we did it. Well 3 years later we just called them to pump the septic. They said they would arrive from 12-4 the same day. They arrived at 4:30 and when the technician, Chris came he said his truck was full from pumping all day and to call the office and he would come 1st thing in the morning. He was also going to recommend 3 estimates. 1) was for the pumping for $320 2) was for pumping and Enzymes added for $2900 and the 3) was to put in a new system for $10,000. But to call and he would be back in the morning at 8AM with whichever one we choose. I called at 6:10 when he left and got a verbal and emailed confirmation that he would be back 1st thing to pump the Septic. At 10:00am a lady from the office called and ask what we were getting done and I said the pumping estimate and she said OH IM SORRY WE ARE BOOKED until Thursday or Friday for that. I WAS FURIOUS!!! I feel like since we wont spend an additional $3,000 they put us on the backburner. We called to talk to a supervisor and he just could apologize and said they are over booked. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY with their INFLATED QUOTES. They DO NOT want to do the SIMPLE work of just the pumping but if you happily spend thousand I feel like they are they on there when they say they are coming. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT USE THEM

My problems started about a year after I bought my house (three years ago). I had a backup in my lower bathroom and called a plumber. After a few came out I was told it was a septic issue. I did a search and Rooterplus came up. Had them come out and they said that my lines needed one of their treatments so I got a quote of $2.6k . After scraping up the cash we had it done. One year and a few days after the treatment my problems came back. Had them back out, and another $3.6k quote to replace my entire drain fields I decided it was time to shop around. During my search I found a local septic guy that came out to look at my problem. He told me, without digging up my yard what the problem was (Rooterplus dug my yard up every time they came out ), gave me a great price and I hired him. He came put the next week and began working. Within an hour he was down to my problem and it was EXACTLY what he said it was. He worked on it and had it fixed and done in 5 or 6 hours. He worked alone and was 100% honest, something that was lacking with Rooterplus. My Rooterplus septic guy was Kris, he did good work but at the end of the day he was more concerned with making money than solving my problem. His solution was just to charge me as much as he could so his check was bigger, he is a sales guy, not a septic guy. I have been problem free for over a month, not even a sound from my lower bathroom. I would not recommend Rooterplus for any work, anywhere, they only care about how much money they can get from you, not how well they can service you. If you're in the Bartow area, do yourself a favor and call Elite Septic.

I called early afternoon and the tech, Garrett, was out in about an hour. He stayed well past dark to be sure the job was done & done correctly. He had to make a couple of trips out for parts and, I'm sure, was here longer than expected. Woke up this morning to a flooded yard- broken water main. Not a good way to start the day. Derrick showed up quickly and immediately assessed the situation. Although this was a lengthy fix that took the entire day to complete, Derrick made sure to clue me in to his every move, answer all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with the repair. He even made sure to replant a bush to its normal place after having to dig up a spot in the front yard. I"am a homeowner at the cove condominiums in building F. the plumber Robert Williams knew what to do and proceeded to do thus hence forth. He unclogged the drain keeping the damage down to the minimum. Robert was polite, courteous, and professional!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called on Friday and was told the soonest someone could be out to pump septic was the following Wednesday. I said I would make an appointment but will still call around to see if I could get someone out sooner. Then I was told someone could come out between 8-12 on Easter Sunday. I wanted to make sure it wouldn't be just for my appointment and was assured that techs are working that day as they are busy this time of year. So I said that would be great. Sunday morning they call me at 9:30 to tell me tech's truck is damaged and they cannot find keys to other trucks so they need to cancel. They purposely make appointments they know they cannot keep. Was told I would be called back from the tech manager and here it is 1:30 and no call. After looking at reviews from other people, this is common for them.

My experience has been not good with the company. Brian M. was a decent guy, helped as much as he could but, he could not fix the problem.
We still have a clogged toilet and had to pay a lot to get a video of the toilet pipe. I feel that the guy was not experienced enough with a serious clog. Draino and other clog removers work for a few days, but not rooterPlus. When we called the called in a quote of 3000$ without guarantee that it would work., The company knew that we would not shell out that type of money and we would leave them alone. The company policy is the problem not the techie.
Staff name Doc was really helpful to me and polite. They did tremendous job for our non-profit facility also I got discount! Thanks for the nice job...

From the beginning I knew we chose the right company. My wife put an inquiry in online and within 10 minutes someone called us back to schedule an appointment. We needed to have a septic inspection on a house we were under contract on. We were under a tight schedule and RooterPlus was able to come out the next day (Monday). They called an hour before they were going to be there and made it to the home within the timeframe we asked for. Kris Hayles was our inspector. He was also training another inspector, Robert. All I can say is that Kris is the man! Professional, experienced, and efficient. They clipped the water line while digging but mentioned to us that it was a possibility before they started. The water line was flush on top of the septic tank which was not within code. That was good to know before purchasing the home. Kris remained professional the entire time. After looking at the septic, my wife and I decided not to pump since it was quite low. We have experience with septic tanks in our previous homes and was able to look and tell. However, we will be giving Kris a call back in the future and will be recommending his services to friends and family. Thanks, Kris!

This was emergency service on an irrigation pipe that was leaking a lot of water. The RooterPLUS team showed up promptly and resolved the issue quickly. Their explanations were clearly understandable and I appreciated their suggestions about filling the hole as well as checking other plumbing related potential issues. I had Cliff B. come back out and fix the pressure regulator valve the next day. Again, prompt and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cliff as well as the team!

Company used a snake to rearrange the blockage back in October. They provide a warranty with their work that seems to clearly state that they warranty their work for a year. I'm still having the same problem 6 months later (presumably because they didn't actually remove the blockage). They are refusing to honor their warranty and claim that it doesn't cover drain clogs (although it doesn't say that ANYWHERE in the warranty). Also, they train their workers to guilt you about leaving 5 star reviews. The technician basically says he won't get paid as much if we don't leave a 5 star review. so just keep that in mind when you see all these 5 star reviews.
Was so pleased with their communication up to the point of my tank being pumped until they came to actually pump. Sorry no can do our pumper truck is too big and WON'T GO ON GRASS....REALLY, THEN MAYBE YOU NEED TO GET AT LEAST ONE SMALLER PUMPER. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Now I am back to square one.
Brian from RooterPlus came out and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions. He came out within 3 hours of making a call (non-emergency). He fixed the problem with my air-pressure valve and it worked! I would highly recommend him going forward for all my plumbing needs! I am nothing less than thoroughly impressed with this company and my assigned service provider, Chad. This was a busy day for plumbers in our area due to recent floods and such I was constantly updated on arrival times (as a same day service request) and assured that my situation was considered urgent. When Chad arrived, his knowledge was apparent and comforting to me as I had become frustrated and disappointed with results from plumbers in the past regarding various issues. Not only did he identify my problem, but he offered several reasonable solutions. I trusted his diagnosis, and was able to make an informed decision about my fix! Rooter Plus provided us with fast and efficient service. We had a leak spring up at the end of our driveway that could not be patched. A new line had to be installed and rerouted due to the layout of our property. Jake was outstanding, professional and kept us in the loop of the entire process. Russell and his entire staff took care of my family. I highly recommend this company!
I wish I had read the reviews before calling them. They came out and pumped my holding tank and my pumping tank...yes, the pumping tank, which had about 4 inches of water in it. Shame on me for not knowing that a pumping tank is where the water goes to be pumped uphill, and if it were full, then it'd be faulty. But a few inches is normal. They charged me an extra $195 for that, on top of the $295 for the holding tank. The "coupon" I got from the internet didn't get me any discount -- it's $295 and $195 whether you have a coupon or not -- that's deceptive in my book. They also told me I needed $3000 worth of "repairs." Fortunately, I declined and got a second opinion. The second opinion said I needed no repairs and, he was incredulous that they charged me anything at all to pump the pumping tank. I'll know better next time. Hold your nose at these guys.
My Service Pro was Derrick D; he did a fantastic job fixing some leaky pipes and replacing my water heater. Derrick's workmanship and professionalism are top notched. He was a joy to deal with and the great thing about him is he took the time out to make sure I understood everything in detail about what caused my leaks and what would be the best approach to repairing the leaks to be cost effective. I knew absolutely nothing about plumbing, didn't even know how to shut off the water in the event of an emergency; knowing that Derrick went out of his way to teach me where & how to use a water shut off valve and went into great detail to ensure I knew exactly how to use my new water heater.
